The difference between health training and sports training. Health training in combat horting has certain differences from sports. If sports training involves the use of physical exertion in order to achieve the maximum possible sports results in combat horting, then health training is aimed at maintaining or increasing the level of physical performance and health of a person.
The main focus of the health direction of combat horting is to increase the functional state of the body and the physical fitness of the athlete. The effectiveness of physical exercises of a health direction is determined by the frequency and duration of classes, the nature of the means used and the corresponding intensity, the mode of work and rest.
The health program of combat horting applies to all age categories of people from children of early preschool age to the elderly. The exercises of the health system are designed in such a way that they are suitable for people of different levels of physical fitness, both male and female, individual physical exercises of a special developmental nature can be used for children with various pathologies, adults who are disabled. The dosage of special physical exercises of a strengthening nature of combat horting is able to provide rehabilitation of the affected limbs, and the technique of breathing exercises of the health direction will contribute to improving the health of even a person who is unable to walk. A trainer-teacher of the health direction of combat horting, who has the appropriate professional skills, will not refuse to teach a school-age child who is assigned to a special group of children due to health conditions, and with the permission of the parents and the class teacher will work with her, provide a moderate load on muscle groups that can improve the general health of the child, in each case it is possible to compose a special set of exercises in a certain sequence that can improve, and even subsequently correct the health deficiencies of the child. Such positive examples have been noted in the process of practicing combat horting during the period of existence of the health-improving direction of combat horting in the system of general secondary education. It is their native system, which has health-improving methods and is based on the experience of many years of work and has been tested by time, that both children and adults trust. The ideals of modern sports - faster, higher, stronger - are not the main ones in combat horting. The health-improving direction of combat horting is necessary for a person in order to master and develop the reserves of his body and consciousness, to be enriched with new knowledge, to realize his capabilities. The gradual increase in the loads and difficulties of various physical and mental tasks associated with mastering the simple basic technique of combat horting undoubtedly contributes to the growth of abilities necessary for a person in everyday life. Important in combat horting, as in a sport included in the physical education program, is the simplicity and accessibility of means and exercises. Combat horting is unified and can be done by young and old, boys and girls, men and women. The health-improving direction of combat horting is also an indispensable tool for developing coordination skills, for combating displacements of internal organs. Due to the repeated repetition of various flips, rotations, jumps, the children's body reacts less and less to unusual body positions. This is a system of exercises in which the athlete improves all the properties of the body, such as flexibility, jumping ability, balance, learning to move back and forth, left and right, up and down, freely and universally.
The health-improving direction of combat horting has a positive effect on the development of the ability to combine breathing phases with movement phases in acyclic actions. Along with the respiratory system, the function of the heart and blood vessels improves under the influence of physical exercises. When performing movements associated with flipping over the head, an untrained person increases the pressure in the blood vessels of the head. Under the influence of the health-improving direction of combat horting, these phenomena disappear. With the help of special exercises, conditioned reflexes are formed, which ensure the redistribution of blood with each change in the student's body position.
Exercises involving body rotations, with turning over the head, have a positive effect on the vestibular apparatus of children. They experience dizziness, nausea, and disorientation much less often than people who do not play sports.
Thanks to the health-improving direction of combat horting, people get in good physical shape. Being in good physical shape guarantees them many advantages. The most obvious of them are the following: the activity of the cardiovascular system improves and the risk of cardiovascular diseases decreases; resistance to stressful situations increases; weight stabilizes; sleep and digestion improve; self-confidence increases; daily duties are performed more energetically; the risk of injuries decreases; pleasure from horting and any other activity increases; self-esteem increases; self-discipline increases; the effectiveness of performances in sports events increases.
As technical skill increases, the number of benefits from being in good physical shape is steadily increasing. The most important thing is that the healthy energy that fills a person makes each new day of his life joyful and full.
