Basic principles of horting philosophy
The definition of the philosophical aspects of the sport of horting as a martial art is based on the awareness of the world and its principles through self-improvement and education, creative search and discovery of one's personal talents, training one's spirit and body not only for one's own benefit, even in its most beautiful expression, but most importantly, to become useful to society and the state, to the people who live around, in order to make the world around one harmonious and perfect, to add one's unique personal contributions to the development of society, and in the general understanding of this issue - to become a harmonious positive personality who lives in harmony with nature and one's inner world.
In the general sense, horting is considered as a sports direction of mixed martial arts, where all techniques are allowed, a full-contact version of mixed martial arts, a set of skills to defeat an opponent in a competitive fight. A sincere understanding of this martial art is much broader, and the skills of conducting a fight are only a small applied part. Horting is a way of life, a special view of the surrounding reality and the primary task of which is to educate a spiritual person, create a rich inner world. Only by achieving inner harmony can a person direct his vital energy to achieve his goal.
First of all, a horting athlete learns to control himself, his emotions and desires, intentions and actions. Such an athlete can be considered a warrior, he is always responsible for his decisions and actions. Impatience, the search for easy ways, achieving the goal at any cost are not characteristic of a warrior. The first and most difficult victory that a future warrior must win is victory over himself. Physical strength is not the main characteristic of a warrior, age and health do not have power over his spiritual state, he is not far from the feeling of fear, however, he enjoys his ability to direct this feeling in the right direction, his ability to mobilize all the resources of his body to solve the task at hand, he first of all cares about the expediency of using brute force, and then about the method of using this force. A realistic assessment of his abilities, which are much higher than the abilities of the average person, allows him to calmly assess the situation and make the right decisions in critical situations. The ability to use brute force is combined with the desire to avoid such its use.
A combat horting athlete knows how to use any situation for his own purposes and emerge victorious in a fight even in losing situations. Any defeat for him is another step towards achieving his goal - gaining experience, assessing the opponent, temporarily calming the enemy. Despite the optional physical superiority over the opponent, he as a warrior cannot be weak to win. Only by surpassing the opponent in one of several components: strength, skill, cunning, agility, endurance and, finally, simply the desire to win, can he win.
Constant training and strict discipline in the combat horting gym certainly instill in athletes a sense of control and tension, the need to give all their internal strength to understand the technique of techniques and the philosophical content of the martial art. But with the accumulation of training and competitive experience of athletes, the coach bears even greater responsibility for how each member of the combat horting club or section will apply combat knowledge and skills. The process of transferring knowledge about the usefulness of life, universal human values presupposes close communication between the coach and students. For the fruitful upbringing of moral and consolidation of strong-willed qualities, the coach needs to conduct educational conversations, briefings, explanations not only of the technique of techniques, but also of the psychological and philosophical aspects of martial arts more often. In this sense, the coach must ask the students the question: is it all for the good? To psychologically guide and orient the students in the philosophical direction of horting. Having received the initial information and direction, a qualified athlete will be correctly oriented in matters of self-education, direct himself to good and worthy deeds throughout life outside the gym, in communication with any environment.
In the philosophical understanding, there is no real boundary between good and evil, each person considers the actions of a person to be good or bad deeds, in accordance with his personal ideas and concepts. Horting can become a guide to a person’s correct understanding of good and bad deeds. It is precisely on the ability to protect oneself, one’s loved ones and family that combat education is aimed. It is impossible to use force to harm other people. These main aspects of morality are laid out in the "Ethical Code of Horting".
A person, according to his understanding, throughout his life is on the verge of choosing between good and evil. He personally decides how to behave, for what he should open his soul: for good or bad. Understanding the good in everything comes together with understanding the bad, but a poorly educated person who has oriented his soul towards bad cannot immediately come to his senses and understand the good, he will go through problems and trials, suffering and losses until life itself stops the bad person in his actions. A badly-disposed person is characterized by irresponsibility for his actions, which means that any problems can be expected from him. People turn away from a badly-disposed person, even his family shuns him, and this can lead to the final degradation of such a person as a personality. That is, bad very quickly captures a negatively-disposed soul. Conversely, when a person has decided to do good, to open his soul to good, to be useful to the people around him and his family, it is easier for such a person to endure difficulties, because he can always rely on good people like him. "A good person is helped by the earth," says a Ukrainian folk proverb. This simple folk wisdom, like no other, conveys people's view of a good and positive person. Even a not very talented and gifted person in horting can perfectly position himself in the team and, finally, thanks to his decency, determination to achieve results and perseverance, achieve much greater sporting results than an athlete who has talent, but has chosen a negative path and accumulates negative qualities, such as disrespect, impoliteness and arrogant attitude towards younger athletes or the elderly. A negative person in combat horting has two choices: either to improve by making personal efforts, or to leave. The feeling of a good environment of like-minded people in a combat horting team can positively influence any person, even the most negative, if only they themselves would open their soul to goodness. The team and complex training, dedication in classes literally exhaust bad qualities from a dirty heart, and in the vacated place they will accumulate everything good and useful for the person himself.
The path of goodness and justice is ultimately achieved by everyone who aspires to it. If a person has felt this path, he will certainly follow it, he will walk only on it, without expecting a corresponding reaction from others, he can give gifts, help without expecting a reckoning, smile, even in response to dirt, and feel in harmony with nature, which unites everyone, both bad and good. Rejoicing for others, for their successes, helping others is a good path. Protecting the weak, small children, the elderly, not allowing one to offend one's friends and family is the path of a strong person, properly brought up in the martial arts collective. All his efforts, and everything that a person can do, he must do for good, this is the educational content of martial arts. The power of good is limitless, and if this good is in the strong hands of a person raised according to the philosophy of martial arts, it has triple power.
This is the kind of goodness that should be in the heart of everyone who engages in combat horting and has understood this charitable path of self-improvement, rising to the feeling of the natural state of harmony of a pure soul. This path, the philosophy of horting, directs a person not only to receive theoretical knowledge and talk nicely about philosophy, but to do good today, not tomorrow, to do worthy deeds that both the combat horting team and his family will be proud of. A real miracle lives only within ourselves, and everyone will be able to reach any heights in sports and life if they follow the path of goodness and justice, which has real meaning for a person, and infinitely enriches their life with peace of mind, a world of nobility, and devotion to their chosen Path.
The whole life of a horting athlete consists of struggle and self-improvement. The type of occupation is not his main feature. An athlete, as a warrior, is a type of personality, a way of life, a way of interacting with the surrounding reality. He does not necessarily have to engage in horting, but it is among people who engage in this martial art that one can most often find such a type of personality, because horting contributes to the development of qualities inherent in a warrior. It is much easier to teach a person to perform technical elements than to instill in him new personal volitional qualities. Therefore, the path to learning combat horting, as a martial art, the art of the warrior spirit, always lies through a long process that precedes training. During this period, the Teacher must determine the abilities and inclinations of the student. Of course, the first classes, as it may seem to beginners, are held under heavy loads, after such classes some of them may not be able to stand it and leave, but after such selection there will be those who are really ready to engage in combat horting. However, this does not mean that the remaining group should immediately be taught techniques and fighting skills. Further education is carried out by instilling the skills of etiquette, spiritual development, studying the morals of a warrior - the rules of sports etiquette of horting. Only when the Teacher considers the student's spiritual development sufficient for him not to be dangerous to society, does he begin to learn techniques, the use of which can become dangerous. The combat horting technique itself cannot be bad or good, it is only a way to achieve the goal, and the probability of achieving the goal directly depends on the mastery of this technique. Mastery of the technique is not enough for victory, it is only one side of the athlete's skills. For the effective application of the combat horting technique, a fighting spirit is necessary - the Spirit of Horting, which is inherent in this martial art, the desire to win - an indomitable will to win, the ability to make decisions in non-standard conditions. Such skills come only with experience. The Teacher's task is to feel the psychological state of the student and imperceptibly for him to set tasks at the limit or even beyond his capabilities, being able to help in overcoming difficulties on the way to achieving such goals. The main thing that the Teacher must teach the student is the ability to set goals and achieve them. This ability comes along with the formation of a worldview and the upbringing of the spirit of a warrior in the student - the Spirit of combat horting. Not every student can become a warrior, it largely depends on the psychological makeup and determination.
A horting athlete, like a warrior, is never satisfied with himself and his achievements, he will never say about himself that he is a "Real Warrior". He is extremely sensitive to other people's pain, because he knows what pain is, treats his mother and father with deep respect, respects the elderly and sincerely loves children. He is, as they say, a true gentleman in his relations with a woman, he will never offend or humiliate her. The character of a warrior athlete does not allow him to complain and speak disrespectfully about his horting club, his native place of training. And the main thing that characterizes him is that he does not betray, because he was brought up in the traditions of combat horting, wherever he is, he remains faithful to his Teacher!
A person who engages in horting has the same problems in life as everyone else - he adapts to social life and the rules of behavior like everyone else, even, at some points, he ceases to be himself, but coming to the horting gym, they put on a sports uniform and forget about their problems, for a certain time they get an environment in which the truth of being comes, the truth of the life they have lived and the harmony of body and spirit, from which peace emanates and in which you want to be. After training and communication in a friendly environment of like-minded people, a person feels needed by society and confident that he is following the right and true path, understands his importance for others, his parents, his family, he gains faith in the path of self-improvement, which is able to fill life and the personal path that you are following with worthy meaning, feeling like a happy person. In all other cases, a person embarks on the path of self-deception and complacency, he stops working on himself, and this leads him to an empty killing of time, a cool and indifferent attitude towards the people around him, his family, his professional career, and even to the meaning of his life and the perception of joy, happiness and other positive human perceptions with his heart. Thus, one of the main tasks of training in horting is the upbringing of moral and strong-willed qualities of the personality, which will contribute to the choice of the right life path. "Strength and Honor!" - in two short words of the adopted life-affirming slogan of horting, a great and invincible formula of modern self-education and tempering of character and the philosophy of ancient teachings, tested by time, which should serve the benefit of people.
The results of the education of the strong-willed qualities of character inherent in horting and the benefits of their acquisition are reflected in almost all spheres of human life, which helps in overcoming life's obstacles, making the right decisions, achieving goals, maintaining health, and even in the fight against serious illnesses. There are many examples when a hopelessly ill person, using methods of will, hope and recovery, completely psychological and volitional methods, begins to fight for his life, strains all his spiritual strength, gathers his strong-willed qualities into a fist - and overcomes the most serious diseases, continues to live when all medical methods have been exhausted, which is even impossible to believe. It is impossible to believe in many things, but in such a case, in the most difficult hour, you can believe in a real great miracle, the name of which is HUMAN WILLPOWER!
