General procedure for submitting and processing entrance documents for individuals and legal entities

Procedure for registration and conditions for submitting admission documents for individuals to become an individual member of the World Horting Federation

1. Reach the age of 14 (fourteen) years.
2. Write an application for personal entry into the federation in the established form
3. Fill out the application form for an individual member of the World Horting Federation in the established form

Procedure for registration and conditions for submitting entry documents for legal entities (organizations) to become a collective member of the World Horting Federation

1. To formalize the decision of the governing body of a legal entity to become a member of the Federation and to recognize the provisions of its Statute in a protocol
2. To fill out the questionnaire of the head of the organization in the established form
3. Fill out the questionnaire of the organization in the established form
4. Submit an application for admission to the Federation on the organization's letterhead, signed by the head, with the attachment of copies of the following documents certified by the organization's seal:
A). Extract from the protocol of the competent governing body of the Organization with the decision to join the Federation.
B). Copy of the Organization's Charter, certified by the signature of the head.
C). Copy of the organization's registration certificate.
D). Copy of the organization's registration certificate.
E). List of organization members with positions (in free form).
F). Questionnaire of the organization's head.
G). Organization questionnaire.
Your application and documents will be considered at the next meeting of the Federation Presidium and the President of the Federation, based on the decision of the Federation Presidium, will accept you as a member of the Federation. The terms and conditions and procedure for joining the World Horting Federation are developed and operate in accordance with the legislation of the United States of America and are mandatory for all individuals and legal entities wishing to join the organization.
 
World Horting Federation
The World Horting Federation (WHF) is the official international governing organization responsible for the worldwide development, regulation, promotion, and administration of Horting as a modern system of physical education, combat sport, martial arts, self-defense, health promotion, youth development, and patriotic education.
Established as an international non-governmental sports organization and officially incorporated in the State of New Jersey, United States of America, the World Horting Federation serves as the highest international authority responsible for coordinating Horting activities across all continents and member countries. The Federation develops unified international standards governing competitions, education, coaching methodology, officiating, certification, ethical conduct, organizational development, scientific research, and international cooperation.
The Federation operates in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, its official Statutes, internal regulations, and internationally accepted principles of transparency, equal opportunity, fair play, integrity, and respect for human dignity.
The World Horting Federation maintains an extensive international organizational structure that includes:

The highest governing authority of the Federation is the Congress of the World Horting Federation, which represents the collective will of affiliated member organizations from different countries.
Between Congresses, the Federation conducts its activities through elected executive bodies headed by the President of the World Horting Federation, together with the Executive Committee, Presidium, Vice Presidents, Standing Committees, Scientific Committee, Ethics Committee, Technical Committee, Referee Committee, Medical Committee, Educational Committee, and other statutory bodies established in accordance with the Federation's governing documents.
