The emergence of the philosophy of horting

The issue of the emergence of the philosophy of combat horting as a martial art is connected with the development of combat and sports educational practice aimed at forming the worldview of athletes who are engaged in and trained, educating them with the means and methods of combat horting of universal human qualities that will help them throughout their lives to be worthy members of society and use the acquired skills for the benefit of themselves and others. Also, the issue of the emergence and development of the philosophy of combat horting is directly related to the development of the educational system and the improvement of the training program for this sport, the development and complication of social relations due to industry and progress.

The principles of combat horting coincide with the principles of morality and norms of behavior in general, and in sports life, in particular. The issue of educating strong-willed qualities by means of combat horting is resolved according to the training program and on the philosophical foundations of combat horting as a martial art. In this area, the art of combat horting can help educational institutions by attracting children and youth to their gyms and accustoming them to physical culture and sports. The study of the state of the problem in educational practice, for example, in a comprehensive school, showed that the process of forming ethical and strong-willed qualities in high school students can be characterized as unsystematic, spontaneous and unmanaged by teachers. In the process of physical education, the functional load, the acquisition of new motor skills are not sufficiently consistent with the solution of educational tasks for the formation of universal human qualities of character, and especially strong-willed qualities.

Over the past decade, various non-governmental organizations such as combat horting federations have become active subjects of socio-pedagogical work with children and youth in Ukraine. With the active participation of these non-governmental organizations of physical culture and sports, such important issues for society as the upbringing and improvement of children, support for children at risk, defending their rights to a favorable environment, prevention of negative phenomena among minors, organization of leisure, development and implementation of new educational technologies, etc.

The transition of our state to new international standards of education requires a change in the education system and the introduction of new inventions and ways of implementing the targeted state education program. Currently, a number of organizations are operating in Ukraine that implement various educational projects in the interests of children and contribute to the upbringing of moral and strong-willed qualities of the individual. At this stage, among such organizations, the Combat Horting Federation occupies one of the leading places, because in its educational work it is guided not only by the principles of pedagogy and sports ethics, but also by deep philosophical aspects that are historically embedded in the combat and cultural traditions of our people. How exactly is this expressed and how did the necessary powerful favorable philosophy arise?

Combat horting was born in Ukraine. Like any cultural phenomenon, it bears the imprint of the mentality of the people who created it. The basis of the Ukrainian worldview is the extreme individualization of the psyche, pragmatism and ordinary interest. Pragmatism gave rise to the applied orientation and effectiveness of the combat horting technique, interest - sports and competitions as a means of satisfying the personal ambitions of coaches and athletes. The philosophy of combat horting arose and was finally formed according to the same principle. The goal of the martial art of combat horting is a means of positive transformation of a person, his complete physical and mental restructuring. The issue of using martial arts in street fights concerned Ukrainian masters of combat horting much less than ancient folk rituals, cultural, combat and health-improving folk traditions, which previously served as a means of socializing a person in past years and fruitfully serve as such a means in modern society, or meditation, which develops a master of combat horting from the inside.
This question was answered by a detailed study of the Cossack traditions and fighting style, where the roots of the philosophy of combat horting lead. Thus, combat horting as a fighting tradition - its applied section, differs from other paths to the peak of self-knowledge in that the path consists in studying and improving fighting techniques, which were originally intended to kill the enemy in battle. The techniques of the sports direction of combat horting are transformed in such a way as to provide a powerful physical impact without actually injuring the partner. This is perfectly thought out and done without losing the effectiveness of the technique of techniques.

To begin to reveal the topic of the emergence of the philosophy of combat horting as an educational system, let's consider the general aspects of philosophy as a science. It is known that in ancient times, man began to comprehend his actions towards nature and other people, saw the difference between the existing and desired world. People did not want to starve, die, so they acted in such a way as to survive. They developed programs of such actions that would contribute to their survival, to bringing the existing world closer to the desired one. But not all of these actions were effective, not all led to success. Therefore, man began to attribute certain features to nature, to create programs that would prevent the wrath of nature, cause its benevolent attitude towards him. As a result, mythology arose. The mythical type of worldview of that time was based on the personification of the forces of nature, attributing human features to them. It reflected and consolidated the experience of people of primitive society. In mythology, there was no clear distinction between man and the environment, natural and supernatural, thoughts and emotions.

It was an undifferentiated, holistic worldview. Being oriented towards overcoming the fundamental contradictions of human existence, mythology contributed to the harmonization of man, society and nature, explained the connection between the past, present and future. It also formed collective ideas of social communities about a certain system of values, norms of behavior and ensured the spiritual unity of generations, the emotional and volitional vitality of people. Elements of morality, religion, philosophy, art and science were born in its depths. Religion as a type of worldview grows out of mythology and preserves it in itself as its own element. The basis of mythology and religion is the likening of the external world to man, the transfer of human properties to it. The difference between religion and mythology was not that myth recognizes the domination of nature over man, in mythological consciousness nature is not yet separated from man, and different religions recognize the domination of different gods. Nature is reality, and gods are a product of human imagination.

The real domination of nature and social processes over people, reflected in their collective consciousness, gives rise to the idea of the domination of gods over both nature and man. In place of the original magical cults, to some extent rethinking them, there arose laudatory and propitiatory cults characteristic of religion. But in place of mythical, religious, vague ideas were to be replaced by dry and precise concepts that could show how one phenomenon arises from another, generates it. With their appearance in the form of natural philosophy, materialism appeared. The reason for the emergence of natural philosophy was that natural science had not yet been separated into a separate branch, nature had not been mentally dissected. However, a new way of thinking was emerging, according to which philosophy explained how one phenomenon arose from another, one knowledge came from another. Thought delved into the essence and theoretical thinking appeared. The result of such thinking at this stage of the development of Ukrainian martial traditions was a philosophy that is acceptable for the process of educating a person according to the methods of martial arts, which takes its historical roots from the times of the Cossack army of the Zaporozhian army. Cossack warlike traditions left a significant imprint on the development, character and direction of the revived martial arts of the Zaporozhian Sich, precisely because the martial art of martial horting positions itself not only as a sport, but also as a path of the spirit, a path of human transformation.

Modern man also needs a path to transform himself, and through himself - the world around him. It is for the change of himself, his body and his psyche that people go to the halls for the knowledge of martial horting. Students of the martial horting circle, especially older ones, hope to find in the hall something that cannot be understood and comprehended in ordinary life. This is the path that athletes who need a deep understanding of the process of self-knowledge, and not an external shell without content, become. After all, those methods that came to us through the sieve of Eastern or Western nationalist rationalism, which our enthusiasts brought directly from other countries, do not work so fruitfully and deeply in the conditions of our Slavic traditions and ways of life. Attempts to understand and comprehend the essence of others according to the tradition of teachings are similar to an attempt to communicate with a foreigner without knowing his language. Rituals alien to us and even applied incompetence do not rebuild our person, do not give him even a hint of approaching the truth.
Favorite pictures and hieroglyphs, received titles and belts never become the Way of Life for the majority of Ukrainian children and youth. What is left for people of Slavic roots to do in this situation? To preach traditional sports styles of martial arts, at least there people found that applied aspect that was lacking in halls teaching methods based on the traditions of other peoples. No one questions the usefulness of any sport for health and character, its spectacular and educational function. But with the development of society, culture, increasing the role of upbringing and education in our country, leading martial arts specialists are increasingly thinking about whether a certain educational method is really suitable for the Ukrainian mentality?

After all, whatever one may say, health and human development are the main results of striving for the main goal - the realization of personal efforts in life, and only then victories in competitions. We simply do not have the cult of the individual beginning that foreign educational systems need to influence students. In contrast to the active development of martial arts, those martial arts that do not have a solid philosophical foundation peacefully and quietly degrade to the level of simple strengthening fitness as a means of maintaining good physical shape. Understanding this, with the development of the sports direction of martial arts, martial arts masters were faced with the task of presenting deep methods to students on how to comprehend and perceive the world as it is, to know a person and his inner world as it is, and to determine a person’s place in the world and on this basis to form his goals and tasks. Solving the first task led to the manifestation of natural skills. Solving the second - to the emergence of social skills. Solving the third - to determining the main goal of a person, the justification of his ideals, assessments, practical and theoretical activities.

The last block of questions belonged and belongs exclusively to the philosophy of martial arts, which arose as a result of this. This also includes problems of methodology. Each thing is considered in its relations and development from different positions, scientific and philosophical categories of combat horting are formed. Leading Ukrainian scientists became interested in this issue and began to work on it. Within the framework of philosophy as a "science of sciences", scientific knowledge arises and develops in parallel with philosophical knowledge. They have become the only form of theoretical comprehension of reality, moving from the empirical to the theoretical level. In modern life, an active process of separation of scientific knowledge from philosophy has begun. Its subject has changed, although in its development it continued to be in constant contact with scientific knowledge. The process of influence on science from philosophy and vice versa has always been fruitful.

In the process of emergence and development, the philosophy of combat horting is interpreted as knowledge that has sensory concreteness, knowledge of the essence, of the general. Like science, it expresses its knowledge in a theoretical form, although it differs from it. It also differs from religion, which is oriented towards the non-cognitive comprehension of the sphere of supernatural existence, fixing it only in acts of faith.

With the emergence of the philosophy of combat horting, "interested", "indifferent" knowledge arose, which is intertwined with knowledge of anatomy, physiology, sports medicine, pedagogy, psychology, natural science and many other scientific knowledge. Therefore, the philosophy of combat horting, as a worldview, differs from other types of worldviews. It implements a worldview function based on a theoretical attitude to reality, contrasting the anthropomorphism of mythology with a real idea of the world as a sphere of action of objective understandable forces, developing and educating each person, and the traditionalism and immediacy of myth with a conscious search and choice of one's relationships and statements based on special logical criteria, physical and moral qualities of a person. Theoretical attitude to reality in the philosophy of combat horting involves comparing the subject and the object and clarifying the relationships between them.
The fact is that people who have chosen such a sport as combat horting for themselves must orient themselves from the very beginning and understand that combat horting requires complete dedication of physical and mental strength. They must possess all the necessary qualities of a fighter, such as the will to win, composure, mental balance, courage, determination and, most importantly, the steadfast character of a fighter. There are fighters by nature, for whom combat horting comes relatively easily, and their first victories are also easy, but not all of them become champions and reach the highest pedestals of honor. Some of them may leave training. Despite their natural talent, they either do not fully understand the principles of combat horting, or they lack endurance and patience, because combat horting also requires enormous self-discipline. In contrast to them is another category of masters brought up in the traditions of combat horting, who, unlike the first, have achieved the highest results thanks to work, perseverance, patience, enormous dedication and fanatical love and devotion to this difficult, but interesting complex sport. There are certain training methods for raising such masters of combat horting.

The methods are different, but they flow from each other. The word "method" comes from the Greek "metodos" and in a broad sense means - "a way to something", a way of social activity in any of its forms, and not only in cognitive, and especially sports. However, one should not reduce the entire arsenal of methods to rational, since there are other means and techniques of cognition. The problem of methods of training athletes has always been and remains in the focus of philosophical and scientific thought, and is discussed within the framework of various teachings. Currently, the issues of the method and methodology of combat horting are widely raised and resolved in such philosophical directions as philosophy of science, dialectical materialism, phenomenology, structuralism.

Thus, educational and training methods in one form or another are reduced to a set of certain rules, techniques, means, norms of cognition and activity. They are a system of principles of martial arts, requirements of competition rules that orient the student to solve a specific task, achieve results in training and competitive activities. From a philosophical point of view, the method disciplines the search for truth, allows you to save energy and time, move towards the goal in the shortest possible way, regulating cognitive and other forms of human activity. However, one should not reject the role of methodological problems and exaggerate and absolutize the meaning of the method, turning it into a universal solution to everything. In modern methodological concepts, they try, as a rule, to avoid these extremes, although they do occur. The concept of methodological anarchism is interesting and quite popular among scientists. There is an opinion that the method of living research is as individual, special and unique as its subject. The methods and techniques used in one case when solving a certain problem are not at all suitable for solving another. This means that it is impossible to create a general method of cognition. It is necessary to look for a new way of research every time, since the methods that we used before do not give positive results and do not move the cognitive process. Each new discovery requires the use of new methods. These principles of general philosophy left an imprint on the formation of practical methods of training combat horting athletes, using for education their own, suitable for the implementation of combat horting tasks, structured philosophy of being.
The path of martial arts has two sides: external and internal. The external path consists in the development of a person's physical structure, improving character and acquiring applied self-defense skills. In one version or another, this with a residue gives martial horting as a style of martial arts to its adherents. The internal path also has stages, but they are much less common. The first stage of the internal style is the control of physical fitness, health and psyche of a person. According to the philosophy of martial horting, a person is integrity, the body is the lower level of the mind. By analogy, the mind is the higher level of the body. Any sustainable changes should concern both the body and the psyche of a person. At the second stage, changes in the inner world should lead to changes in the external, surrounding world of a person. The fighter of martial horting and the world are a single whole, therefore, changing consciousness, he changes the world around him.

Every student of martial horting must observe the connection between martial arts and everyday life. What a person receives during training should help him solve problems and personally control the outside world. Changes in the psyche and perception should not distract a person from life, but make him more effective in the outside world. At the third stage, after harmonizing the inner and outer world of a person, the martial art of combat horting expands the framework of the world we are familiar with, takes a person beyond the limitations of ordinary perception. In this version, the martial art of combat horting has become a path for Ukrainian people, because it so happened that we Ukrainians are a nation of Slavic blood, and this is our historical roots, our path is the path of the spirit of our Slavic ancestors, and nothing else can be said from history. Ukraine is the birthplace of combat horting, a beautiful and practical martial art, which is aimed primarily at knowing one’s essence, and only then at physical perfection and the ability to defend oneself.

Every person on our planet can open their soul, feel peace and unity with nature, learn about the secrets of meditation and combat skills of combat horting in the largest country in Europe. This worldview works for the further development of combat horting as an educational system. This is natural, because in the spiritual and mental plan, every person, athlete, coach, civil servant, etc., needs to feel like a part of some global association. For example, the people (I am Ukrainian), their state (I am a citizen of Ukraine), church (I am Christian or Muslim), etc. This involvement comes from the ancestral roots of a person, the land where they were born, which is based on patriotism, love for their Motherland and its native traditions, and devoted pride in the state. These ties, like economic security, are strengthened in moments of stability and resilience and weakened in periods of social upheaval. It is also true that in moments of weakening of these ties social upheavals occur, but for a person the voice of blood is the loudest and most native, and therefore combat horting, founded on this land will have the support of its people.

The development and complication of the cognitive process require increasingly newer, more perfect research methods. Therefore, the methodology of combat horting is based on both the historical traditional arsenal of methods, techniques, research tools, and on the latest methods that take into account the specifics and features of the modern sport. Moreover, the practice of scientific knowledge confirms the correctness of this methodological thesis, since the objective world is characterized not only by individual, single properties and characteristics, but also by general, regular things that a student of a combat horting club can comprehend in addition to the necessary sports knowledge. In the cognitive process of combat horting, the extrapolation of the results obtained when studying a limited number of self-defense techniques to large layers of social reality is constantly taking place. That is, the prohibition of using these techniques to commit crimes, etc. Each training method in combat horting is developed on the basis of a certain theory, which thereby serves as its necessary prerequisite.
The effectiveness and strength of each training method is determined by the content, depth, and fundamentality of the theory that coexists with the method. As a result of the emergence of the philosophy of combat horting, along with the fundamentality of the theory, the formed philosophical knowledge coexists with the methods of combat horting. In turn, the method is developed into a system and is used to further deepen and branch out the knowledge of combat horting and its materialization in practice. This gives its effective results, given that combat horting, by its level and direction, has a demand for strong applied application. This phenomenon is evidenced by the absolutely guaranteed applied value of the methodology for training combat horting athletes, which have become frequently used in the programs of various state power structures.

Definition of the philosophical aspects of the martial art of combat horting is based on the awareness of the world and its principles through self-improvement and self-education. The ultimate goal of this self-education is to become a harmonious positive personality who lives in harmony with nature and his inner world. The philosophy of combat horting, which appeared as an additional method of educating athletes, in the process of perestroika and reformation became a solid foundation for the formation of the traditions of modern martial arts, based on the ancient military customs of the Zaporozhian Cossacks.
