Conscience is the supreme judge

The path begins only when spirituality and reflection arise in a person, and before that, we are only dealing with a way of life.

When a beginner just starts to engage in combat horting, in his classes he sees, first of all, external indicators and certain sports achievements, namely: to be able to fight well and to be physically strong. Such goals are for every person who comes to the gym. The whole philosophy of sports tells the beginner about this, therefore, combat horting is no exception. Of course, it is impossible to say that at the beginning of classes someone has found the true path, but a beginner does not even think about it, not having the slightest idea about this concept, although the hobby can become a very serious matter for him. Gradually, through physical tests, the student's bad qualities are depleted, and their place is taken by positive thinking. The circle of communication of the student in a sports healthy team adds responsibility and significance to him. The student's responsibility to the coach, teammates, and parents gradually leads him to self-control and responsibility for himself. In the understanding of responsibility for others and under constant self-control, a desire to do only good deeds appears in the soul of a combat horting student, even when he is alone with himself. This feeling makes a person monitor the results of his life activities and subconsciously checks, makes a person check himself, independently weighing and evaluating the actions taken. This feeling is called a person's conscience. Conscience is a person's ability to critically evaluate his actions, thoughts, desires, to realize and experience his non-compliance with duties. Both duty and conscience are essentially independent of the views of others. In this sense, conscience differs from another internal controlling mechanism of consciousness - shame. Shame also reflects the awareness of one's own inconsistency with some accepted norms or expectations of others and, of course, guilt. But shame is completely focused on the opinions of other people who can express their condemnation of violating norms, and the experience of shame is all the more significant for a person, the more these accusing figures are. In positive families, children from early childhood are accustomed to a healthy lifestyle, do not smoke, study well at school, systematically train or are busy with something, and work on themselves, trying to help their parents in everything.

When raising a child, parents often emphasize the appeal to their conscience. In the event of harm, the mother asks the child: “What have you done? Do you have a conscience?” Thanks to this lifestyle, a beginner in combat horting will become stronger, calmer and healthier, will learn to listen to and understand elders, respect and be grateful to them. This will become a real school of education and self-improvement for them. The chosen way of life will help to understand more deeply, first of all, oneself and one’s physical capabilities, show what one should strive for and what one should refuse, teach one to fight and win. Everything that a person does should be measured through the prism of one’s personal conscience. In modern life, the concept of conscience is being undermined, its place is taken by necessity or, even worse, benefit. Responsibility for one’s actions and life has gradually been transferred from a person to other instances of civilization. To reduce individual risk, humanity has invented various professions. Doctors are responsible for diseases, sports trainers for physical condition, and police for conflicts. At the same time, representatives of these professions are not always in the right place and at the right time.
From this point of view, the problem of teaching the rules of decent behavior, personal safety in our time is quite acute. Relatively few people know and understand the peculiarities of their own physiology enough to be able to treat themselves without resorting to medication. Not a large number have the skills of developing and organizing their own body, and a very small number of the population have the skills of self-defense and conflictology. So there is nothing to be responsible for their actions, and therefore there is nothing to be ashamed of. The concept of human conscience, which was necessary before, fades into the background. Combat horting classes in the life of an ordinary person will always be in second place, but a person puts his future professional career and material well-being first. A person often does not know exactly what he will do in life, but division and priorities with adolescence or youth may already exist. In order to realize oneself on the path of combat horting, a person will need to finish school well, enter an institute, get a higher education and a specialty, and only then a good job and position.

It is this sequence that means for an ordinary person achieving the goal of life, and therefore, the presence of a true path. Yes, this is the philosophy of an ordinary person, and it is she who dominates every student, and examples from the surrounding life actively help to establish oneself in this understanding of the path and meaning of human life. After years, a diligent, talented and hardworking student of combat horting should have a spiritual insight, through physical exercises and overcoming, through sweat, tears and blood, the student will discover in himself the ability to see and feel the relationship between what he experiences in training classes and what is happening in his personal life outside the walls of the gym. This relationship will give harmony and answers to many unresolved questions and life situations. The entire training process will turn not only into a tool for achieving physical or technical mastery, but also into spiritual improvement, a solid positive philosophy of life, born through the knowledge of combat horting. The student will stop adapting to someone and live the life that was actively imposed on him from the outside. He will see himself and his place in this life and this world, will realize what is good and what is bad, what is life and where is the truth, what is its purpose. Through all these trials, a path will come into the athlete's life that he did not know before and which will help him become himself, become a person with a conscience. Conscience demands to be honest in the dark - even when no one can control you, when the secret may not become apparent, when no one will know about your possible dishonesty. Conscience is the voice of another "I" in a person, which pushes away from everyday worries and temptations every day and speaks to a person in the language of higher universal values and insists on the fulfillment of duties and the return of monetary and property debts.

Combat horting is the path of conscience, sounds short and precise, where external differences do not matter, when the spiritual content and goal are the same. The chosen way of life can eventually turn into a true path, if there is a goal and faith, if there is diligence and patience. Life according to the philosophy of combat horting is not simple or complicated, it is always what it is. It cannot be changed or adjusted to suit yourself, but trying to change yourself is always within our power. Thanks to our improvement, we will be able to discover not only ourselves and our capabilities, change life and ourselves, but also understand what truth is and what true success is. A person's success is ensured by his conscience. In ordinary language, the expressions "calm conscience" or "clear conscience" are often found. They mean the fact that a person is aware of the fulfillment of his duties or the realization of all his capabilities in a given specific situation. From the point of view of the science of ethics, the state of an "uneasy" conscience, if we understand this phrase literally, is a sure sign of a tendency to worry about what has been done, to pay attention to the judgment of the inner voice of conscience. People say: to hide from conscience. This is correct, but only if it concerns a well-educated person. Human improvement is potentially endless and the assumption of a combat horting athlete that he has achieved sporting perfection indicates his imperfection.
Thus, confidence in the purity of one's own conscience is either hypocrisy, or blindness in relation to one's own mistakes, inevitable for every person, or evidence of complacency, or even worse - a bad soul. Repentance, remorse - this is also the path to improving the personality. A successful person is a humble and conscientious person deep down, and on the path to this quality, special attention must be paid. Moreover, conscience must be developed and supported. Any school of combat horting is designed to give people not only comprehensive knowledge and practice, it is designed to educate a personality in each person. When champions appear in the school of combat horting, it is very good, we can and should be proud of this, but it is much more important that the school becomes a forge of harmoniously developed personalities, so that each student has a conscience, following the path of self-improvement, through the physical, finds in himself such spiritual qualities that will be useful to him in ordinary life and will adequately characterize him as a person.

Achievement or a special position in society always intuitively requires us to show conscience when evaluating our actions. Conscience is in accordance with the mental reaction, which should be called moral, since it always appears where consciousness leaves ways for acquired custom and educated morality. Therefore, in most individual cases, conscience means a negative reaction to a real deviation from the moral code. It is similar to the primordial fear of the unusual, and therefore of the immoral. This behavior is, so to speak, instinctive, at best only partially conscious, and therefore, despite its morality, it cannot claim ethical significance. In a person who follows his own ethical code, this behavior will always be traced to politeness and respect for others. A person's conscience and modesty are not shyness and timidity. If in the first case it is the advantage of a strong character, achievement and height, then in the second it is something that needs to be worked on and from which one must move away. If you are a leader or an idol, never forget that you are first and foremost a person. You will be recognized and respected, emulated and admired as long as you remain conscientious and modest and one of all. At all heights, always be accessible, do not turn up your nose, think about your improvement, and not about the fact that you have become better than everyone, only in this way will you achieve respect for yourself. Be responsible for your actions, do not lose your sense of conscience. You will take a rash step towards others, and one day you will see that everything in your life will begin to change. You will become an outcast and will be left alone with your achievement and your pride, which you will not need later. No matter how you justify your conscience, it makes demands on a person: go and listen to your inner voice, do not be afraid to go astray.

You can disobey this order, referring to a moral code supported, for example, by religion, but at the same time feeling a heavy sense of betrayal. It is never possible to deceive conscience, it does not listen to your lies. In turn, conscience is a high indicator of a person’s willpower, reliability and self-discipline. A person's conscience was and remains an intrinsic value, its loss is a major moral problem, comparable to straying from the true path of combat horting, and in certain circumstances, tangible mental consequences of such loss are possible. Conscience is the main exemplary indicator of a person's upbringing and decency, proof that the path chosen by a person will become integral and will lead him with clean hands to true success.
