In the modern world, traditional horting is of interest as a unique pedagogical system that participates in the formation of a positive personality. Today, combat horting should be understood as a multi-year process based on daily work aimed at physical and moral education. The body is formed through a set of activities aimed at studying and improving the techniques of a real duel. Moral, ethical and intellectual qualities are brought up through scientific research in the field of history, philosophy and methodology of the subject, the study of disciplines that contribute to understanding the processes of forming martial arts skills. A student of a combat horting club must work to improve his character, be faithful to finding the right path, develop a spirit of diligence and perseverance, always behave in accordance with good manners, and get rid of rude and uncontrolled behavior that is dangerous to society. This statement concentrates the essence of training, which makes it possible to consider combat horting not just as a method of practicing techniques or a competitive sport, but as moral education. These postulates are necessary for physical and psychological balance not only in training, but also in everyday life of a person.
The philosophy of martial arts differs from all others in that from the point of view of life, the practice of training the body and tempering character in its materialistic understanding it makes the basis of the theory of knowledge, which causes the emergence in a person of the desire for physical perfection and simultaneous spiritual growth. According to this principle, the methodology of education in combat horting is formed. Understanding the basic technique of effective sports techniques and understanding the philosophical aspects of this sports methodology is carried out through practical classes. Practice is the basis of education in combat horting. Only through the practice of mastering techniques, through testing skills in situations of a real competitive duel can one improve the technique of combat horting, and through thousands of repetitions of such a technique, through its performance in difficult conditions, overcoming pain thresholds and the tension of training, a person defines for himself such important concepts as resilience, patience, perseverance, willpower, which gives a significant educational effect and improves the body and spirit of the individual. The feeling of harmony of body and spirit comes with a certain high level of training of both physical and psychological abilities.
The philosophy of achieving harmony of body and spirit and the true philosophy of combat horting. This philosophy understands the practice of training as all sensual-objective, material activity of a person. In its broad sense, the word "practice" covers material-practical and spiritual-practical activity. In a narrower special sense, practice is material-productive activity, if it concerns work, values, matter and work. It is in this sense that it is opposed to theory. Just as spinning tops that spin wildly and quickly are in a calm state, so the fastest movement occurs in peace. Just as the center of a hurricane is always at peace, so inner peace is expressed in the enormous power of action. Peace and action come from one center. Only when we connect our soul and body at one point can we find free time, even when we are busy. Keep your spirit calm, and you will be able to do everything you are capable of, even in case of danger or in the face of important tasks. The initial, main type of practice is the real improvement of the combat horting technique, as a result of which students, using the created tools, means and methods of training, influence the nature of qualities and transform them. In a healthy body - a healthy spirit. So says the health system. The rules for maintaining the strength and health of the body include contrasting air and water baths, proper nutrition, training that physically hardens the body. These means simultaneously form a powerful nervous force and mental health. The health system of combat horting helps the body to renew, recover as a whole, and its organs and cells, including nervous ones, to function perfectly. But according to the philosophy of combat horting, there is another fair formulation: "in a healthy spirit - a healthy body." Strengthening and improving his spirit, a person strengthens and trains his physical body.
About the interaction of body and spirit, we can say that harmony in the body adds beauty and harmony to the spiritual component of a person, at the same time, spiritual growth is transmitted and responds to the desire of a person to have a strong and beautiful body. In return, a person begins to improve not only his physical, but also spiritual energy, makes his life more harmonious, healthy, creative. A healthy nervous system helps a person to withstand all the adversities to which he is exposed in life. To achieve excellent health, a huge nervous force is needed, which accumulates in the nerve cells of the body. The human nervous system is controlled by three forms of nervous force: muscular nervous force, which creates muscular actions - tension and relaxation; nervous force of organs, which creates health and the ability to resist diseases; spiritual nervous force, which creates spiritual endurance and the ability to resist stress and nervous tension.
A person with high spiritual strength is constantly in a state of mental balance, lives wisely and meaningfully. Life flows through our nerves. When you have nervous strength, you are full of enthusiasm and happiness, health and ambition, you overcome all difficulties and are ready to accept every challenge of fate. You are not afraid of problems, you welcome them - because your nervous system can cope with them, and you are sure of this. As for the scientific experiment in this matter, it, being a sensory-objective activity, has a certain specificity. A scientific experiment is directly subordinate to the tasks of theoretical research, and therefore it must be included in the system of cognitive activity itself. This indicates that there is no "pure" practice or "pure" theoretical activity. Any practice also contains cognitive moments, and theoretical activity - sensory-objective, that is, practical moments. For example, knowledge of the sequence of performing techniques includes understanding the practice, mastery of these techniques, and the development of the basic technique of combat horting and repetition of techniques includes a theoretical basis and knowledge of terminology, methodological principles of combat horting, etc. However, this does not deny that the practice and theory of combat horting differ from each other both in their main content and in their immediate tasks and results. Philosophy considers the practice of combat horting, its significance for the training of athletes in the aggregate and the interconnection of all its types and also in historical development. Only with such an approach can the functions of practical combat horting classes be fully clarified.
Practice and knowledge, theory and practice of combat horting are always one. These are the sides of knowledge that interact with each other, mutually influence each other and are dialectically connected opposites that are in a state of conformity and harmony, as well as disharmony, conflict, confrontation, etc. The harmony of the body, its beauty is not yet the harmony of the soul, and vice versa. The task of combat horting is not to put one above the other, but to do exercises and educate your mind at the same time.
Practice and knowledge are organically connected with each other: the first has a cognitive side, and knowledge has a practical side. They are one, but each has its own special specific nature and originality of functions. In turn, knowledge of the theory and methodology of combat horting implements certain functions in relation to practical educational and training classes: informational, regulatory, corrective and others. But this does not mean that knowledge of the combat horting technique grows only from practice. It can even outpace it, solving problems arising from the internal logic of the development of the theory of sports itself. This does not deny the circumstances that, in the end, it is practice that is the basis of the theory, the source of the problems it studies. If the combat horting technique largely depends on the state of development of the sport, then the development of the sport depends even more on the state and demand of people for combat skills and combat horting technique. If a technical need appears in society, then this moves science forward more than a dozen universities. Nowadays, due to scientific and technological and other revolutions, science has become the leading factor in sports activities in combat horting, it opens up fundamentally new directions for it, significantly expands its educational and training potential. This changes the traditional nature of the relationship between practice and theory of combat horting, although it indicates a constant increase in the relative independence of theory and the strength of its reverse influence on practice.
The spiritual strength that a person has thanks to training in combat horting will allow him to persistently approach training and comprehend the technique of combat horting at a perfect level. But if a person is physically strong, but not spiritually prepared, he can lose his acquired positions in life and even degrade. The practice of combat horting not only sets tasks for theory, but also arms it with research tools: the development of new forms of training and improvement, methods, materials, devices, equipment, experimental installations, etc. Accordingly, science turns into a direct productive force, helps to develop any sphere of life with more fruitful methods, and in sports and combat horting, scientific research has even more illustrative examples, which are reflected in high sports achievements and victories in competitions. The use of scientific research methods in combat horting gives this type of activity even greater efficiency, which contributes to the education of the most important strong-willed and moral qualities in athletes - the source of harmony of body and spirit. It is in such harmony that a person feels happy. The formation of personality, all human qualities in the younger generation occurs through the inclusion of a person in a complex range of human relationships. Education, re-education, change of views, worldview occurs under the influence of social relations. The older generation of combat horting athletes, through relationships, passes on to the younger generation what they received from their teachers and ancestors.
Human life is a process of his activity in various spheres, not only in sports and self-education, as it is established and done in combat horting. An active person is a being that carries within itself the natural and the spiritual. Activity is possible only in the form of relationships with nature and other people. Relationships between people are the social form of the movement of matter. Social relations are the same form of being of a person and human society as the mechanical form of the movement of the existence of the solar system. It never occurs to anyone to reduce the essence of the solar system to mechanical movement. First, the sun and planets are needed, and then mechanical movement will be a necessary condition for the existence of the solar system. Therefore, social relations are not a determining, but a derivative side of human existence. Activity, relationships, and relations are all a real manifestation of the essence of man. Social relations are a way of realization, a tool for the formation and development of human abilities, and not a human essence, at least a potential one. A person as a phenomenon does not have a single or defining substantive component. A person must strive to acquire firmness, without which there will be no joy. The firmer the spirit of a person who follows the path of goodness, the more joyful, cheerful the person’s soul. And weakness always entails a lack of joy in the heart, despondency, longing, sadness and other negative feelings.
The first component of a person – his physical being – is a prerequisite, carrier and important stimulus for manifestations of activity. Physical being is a bridge between man and nature. The second component – spirituality. This is a very complex, specifically human phenomenon, in which consciousness-knowledge, morality, religiosity and other aspects of the human psyche are combined. Social relations are a form of human existence.
It is important to pay attention to another essential characteristic of a social being, which is what makes it related to all existence. A person is defined not so much by the level of development of individual parts as by their interconnections. The qualitative characteristic depends more on the method of interconnections, the features of the harmonization of elements, the nature of hierarchical structures, than on the level of development of the mind, education, religion, morality, etc. That is why we see wise, altruistically oriented, prudent, life-loving people in different historical eras, in different social strata, under different socio-political circumstances. The complexity of the interconnections of the elements of human essence and religion and science has been fixed for a long time. In Christian doctrine, this complexity was reflected in the form of a contradiction between spirit and body. This is a contradiction of faith and reason, a contradiction of the individual and the social. The system of interdependence of the elements of the human essence is the main, defining qualitative characteristic of a person both in the universal and in the individual plans. Everything depends on what is at the "top of the pyramid" in a particular person, which determines his behavior: good or evil, altruism or egocentrism, logical or emotional, rational or irrational. It is here that one cannot ignore social relations and the socio-political systems that organize them. In the development of the essential properties of a person, one cannot overestimate the role of social relations, those conditions, that atmosphere in which a person lives. A specific social system provides space for development, causes a fully defined human property to be activated, or it can be qualified as such: a side of the human essence. This side of a person becomes dominant and in a certain way subordinates everything else in a person. This is how the master of martial arts, the businessman, the civil servant, the intellectual, the master of production, the preacher and all other human types, both positive and negative, are born.
Strength of spirit is a spiritual category. According to the teachings of the philosophy of martial horting, a person consists of spirit and body. A person is built on a hierarchical principle, according to which there is the main thing, and there is the subordinate. In other words, there is lower and higher. A person is designed so that the spirit dominates in him. So that the spirit dominates the body. The higher category is the spirit, the lower is the body. In fact, recently, we see that a person has ceased to be spiritual, a person has become carnal, follows the path of a consumer. Very often in modern man the flesh dictates the spirit, suppresses the spirit and controls it. That is, voluptuousness, lust and other passions often govern a person's actions. But, the strength of spirit is when the spirit nevertheless enters into its rights, when it dictates to the body how to act, how not to act. Today strives for the implementation of the principles of democracy in all spheres of life. This, in turn, creates a demand for those qualities of a person who seeks to cultivate a fighting horting, which were laid down in the primitive tribal society, and were once developed by ancient generations of ancestors. But then for almost two millennia these qualities were not required of a person, and in a way they withered, faded away. Everything that we had in the history of human development for more than two and a half thousand years is not new. All the human qualities inherent in us appeared in primitive society, and ultimately this process ended with the formation of classes and world religions. One can predict objections to what has been said and accusations of metaphysical deadening of the human essence. Changes in a person are ongoing, a person is developing relentlessly, but now, like five thousand years ago, these changes are quantitative. Serious qualitative changes are not taking place. However, quantitative changes in the future will lead to a qualitative leap. It is then that humanity, endowed with a new quality, will move into the rank of harmony with itself. Now we can only note one thing: a new stage of development will be possible only when the human essence changes. Future generations will differ from us in the same way that we differ from Neanderthals. Perhaps this difference will be greater or lesser, but it will be significant.
In order to have harmony in the soul, we must plant positive emotions in our brain. Instead of experiencing our troubles and failures again and again, we must turn to the side of light, hope and joyful thoughts. Positive thoughts must be cultivated, we must accustom our brain to them. Even a suggested attitude eventually goes beyond consciousness and becomes firmly rooted in the brain. All methods of self-purification of the spirit are based on the principle that the human subconscious accepts as truth any repeatedly and convincingly repeated attitude. Why don't we plant in our subconscious thoughts about victories in high-level combat horting competitions, health improvement, success in business, happiness instead of endlessly indulging in sad memories and drowning in self-pity.
The maximum use of knowledge about man for the benefit of man is one of the main tasks of anthropology in general, and the philosophy of combat horting in particular. For the development of the humanistic worldview of the Slavic peoples, for the transformation of humanism into an influential worldview, it was enough to use the already acquired knowledge of anthropology. A broad philosophical development of the educational system is needed, the study of philosophical issues with the active use of the philosophical tradition. Such an essential means is the educational system of the personality - combat horting, which has stable philosophical views on the upbringing of such qualities necessary for human life as moral and strong-willed. Having a certain level of such qualities, a person is able to harmoniously feel himself in a community and even in a competitive sports environment. And the practical skills of the sport of combat horting will only strengthen his confident position.
Changes in the socio-political life of the state require a radical restructuring of the process of upbringing in general, and of children personally, starting from an early age. That is why it is recommended to start training in combat horting from the age of 5–6, because this is the right age to start cultivating all human qualities without exception.
