To form a certain level of moral and volitional qualities and emotional stability of combat horting athletes, first of all, a personal example of a trainer-teacher and the implementation of a number of special measures that make up a section of educational work (lectures, conversations, debates) are needed. On the other hand, a specially organized educational process is aimed at this.
A combat horting trainer-teacher should introduce exercises with muscle tension into the lessons, to achieve speed of movements, high concentration of attention, overcoming negative mental states (illness, fatigue). Such exercises should be individual and group.
Game and competitive methods help to increase emotionality and at the same time the intensity of volitional efforts of a combat horting athlete. In the educational process, it is advisable to use special techniques for cultivating moral and volitional qualities, forming emotional stability of athletes.
1. Mobilization of strength of combat horting athletes through various introductions to a specific physical exercise.
To strengthen this technique, it is advisable to conduct a series of exercises or training fights, giving one of the opponents a head start of one, two, three marks (several points), which stimulates the athlete to act with maximum strength regardless of the achieved advantage, thereby conducting the ends of the fights in the most qualitative way.
2. Using athletes who have rested in the following training fights.
To increase the activity of a combat horting athlete, it is advisable to replace the sparring partner. This is done several times during the fight. There is a constant aggravation of the fight situations, an increase in pace, activity, speed.
3. Creation of conditions that are as close as possible to competitions.
All planned tasks in group classes should be performed regardless of circumstances and weather conditions, creating moderate controlled difficulties for athletes: classes with moderate additional complicating conditions; a fight in a state of fatigue, classes in the snow, in the rain (for students over 13 years old, based on the age of the participants in the class); an unexpected increase in the time of the fight, "unobjective" refereeing, etc.
4. Determination of intermediate tasks.
When using this technique, in order to achieve a certain main goal, a specific task is consistently set throughout the educational process, to the fulfillment of which the athlete's efforts are directed.
5. Repeated self-commands.
Overcoming fatigue is helped by the conviction of the need and one's ability to fully fulfill the tasks of the combat horting trainer. The more noticeable the fatigue becomes, the more important repeated self-commands become. At some points, they can be pronounced aloud.
Moral and volitional preparation of a combat horting athlete. If combat horting athletes of equal strength, technique and sportsmanship meet in a fight at a competition, then the one who has a stronger will, who is not afraid of difficulties, who is more persistent, more proactive and bolder will win. It is not for nothing that in the training of athletes, the upbringing of strong-willed qualities: courage, perseverance, confidence, resourcefulness is given no less, if not more importance, than the development of physical qualities and technical and tactical training.
People who are completely different in age, physical data and the degree of development of moral and willful qualities begin to engage in combat horting. In the educational and training process, in addition to such qualities as strength, endurance and others, purposefulness, initiative, determination, courage, the ability to overcome difficulties that stand in the way of success are developed. The development of strong-willed qualities, like the development of any other physical quality, is also carried out consistently and gradually. You cannot become strong in a short period of training, nor can you suddenly become unexpectedly brave if the athlete was not previously distinguished by courage.
The upbringing of will is possible only when the athlete in life and in training constantly and persistently overcomes the difficulties facing him. Exercises, technical actions and their implementation, the tasks facing the athlete to achieve victory in a fight are one of the main means of educating willpower. Only that which requires willpower and physical tension educates and develops willpower.
The strength of willpower, such as determination, initiative, resourcefulness, determination, courage, discipline, largely depends on the intellectual development of the combat horting athlete. Athletes with limited interests do not achieve the full use of all their capabilities in achieving results.
The issues of mental development and cultural improvement should be given great importance. At the same time, any manifestation of willpower should be based on the real physical and technical capabilities of the combat horting athlete. The desire to do the impossible, for which the athlete is not yet prepared, will only harm the willpower training. That is why an athlete who has not yet become strong should not abuse participation in competitions where most of the rivals are stronger and more experienced than him. The athlete will constantly feel their superiority and will be afraid to go out to compete with them. Timidity can gradually turn into cowardice, and the process of educating the athlete will be suspended for a long time.
In addition, the degree of manifestation of willpower depends on the goal set before the combat horting athlete. The task of winning not only for oneself, but for one's team (in the team competition), for its success, for the glory of one's country, encourages one to manifest such willful efforts that a combat horting athlete is not capable of in a normal situation, but now successfully proves himself as a strong-willed athlete.
