Psychological principles of increasing the level of willpower of horting athletes

Combat horting as an influential educational system and sport among the qualities of character mainly develops willpower in a person. Willpower is a wonderful leading quality of a person who is engaged in martial arts. In general, who a person will become in this life, what he will achieve, to what level of perfection he will rise, largely depends on his willpower.

A strong-willed person swims against the current in this life. Victory always comes through effort. So many beautiful, wonderful, kind, but weak-willed people who could not become what they were called to become, because they did not have enough willpower.

Knowing yourself, the world around us, realizing your place in this world, your purpose in all centuries occupied the minds of many thinkers and teachers of all generations. Some sought answers through science, others turned to religion, contemplation, and some tried to solve the questions posed for themselves through art - through observation and reflection of the surrounding world in one or another sphere of their activity.

Thus, in literature, the aesthetic reproduction of the world is carried out through words, in painting - through visually perceived images of the color richness of the world, in sculpture - through plastic images, three-dimensional forms, in graphics - through the line of the drawing, stroke, chiaroscuro, in music - through sound intonations, in theater and cinema - through the embodiment by actors of the actions of the heroes and the dramatic relationships and conflicts underlying them.

In combat horting, the aesthetic reproduction of the world is carried out through a fight, or rather through the ideal pattern of a fight. The philosophy of combat horting is based on the concept that the world around us is perfect, ideal, is in complete harmony, only a person with all his fears, ambitions, experiences and problems is not perfect.

The attempt of a combat horting athlete to let through himself all the harmony and beauty of the world, through movement, through a fight is a way of cleansing himself of all those shortcomings that, by and large, prevent him from living in harmony with the world around him and himself. Exhale so that your breath travels endlessly to the borders of the universe, inhale so that your breath reaches one point and continues there endlessly.

Energy breathing methods are an important component of the unification of soul and body. Diligent students of combat horting strive to understand this. For a negligent attitude to training, an inattentive athlete receives a full-fledged punishment from the coach, which is largely a reminder to the student of his incorrect behavior and internal disrespect, first of all, to himself.

A fight in combat horting is a certain form of testing the athlete's progress in this art. The ability of an athlete to win a fight with a serious opponent indicates the correct work on himself and a high level of skill in this sport. Some people come to engage in combat horting mainly to learn how to fight, and as a result they gain abilities that are much more significant for them than just a banal fight. This is the ability to control the situation when the fight ends before it has even begun, self-control, self-confidence, health and harmony in the soul. These aspects are methodically reflected in the Code of Ethics of Combat Horting.

Will is an important factor in the moral development of the individual, the basis for conscious adherence to the rules of both sports behavior in the sport of combat horting, and general human behavior, which ensures the choice of a way of behavior in accordance with the norms of morality, sometimes even contrary to one's own desires and inclinations. To achieve the goal, to complete the assigned task, to give up the dreamed-of prospect in favor of a comrade, the athlete must demonstrate not only knowledge, skills, personal culture, but also perseverance, principledness and strong-willed efforts.

The morality of a combat horting athlete is a consequence of such moral and strong-willed qualities as perseverance, independence, organization, purposefulness, discipline, courage.

The development of strong-willed qualities of a combat horting athlete begins with his first consciously directed, voluntary actions. And voluntary behavior develops with the formation of initiative - the athlete's independence in choosing an action, making a decision, which allows him to feel like a source of action, and awareness - the ability to understand the meaning of his activity and the situation in which this activity takes place. Gradually, the athlete develops the ability to set himself more complex tasks, overcome difficulties, which gives his actions a truly strong-willed character.

When a person comes to a combat horting gym, he is faced with strict rules of etiquette and discipline. Such rules are introduced so that combat horting clubs and sections can develop, exist in the conditions of market relations of society and regulate the internal order and relations between members of the organization. Without discipline and compliance with the rules of etiquette, the path of knowledge and self-education is impossible. These rules later become the norm of behavior and positive habits of every combat horting athlete.
Martial arts for these athletes is not a stage of preparation or a temporary hobby, but the goal of the entire life path, in which, at first glance, the external form is ahead of the internal content, but in fact, the internal content is the main thing. This gives the athlete the opportunity to cultivate the qualities of a strong and developed personality, who throughout his entire life is tuned only to good and positive actions, but who cannot be led off the chosen path.
