Are you a classic lazy person? And no amount of force can make you get up from your chair to stretch your muscles? Don't be sad! Special gymnastics can be performed at home, sitting in front of the TV, or at work, during your lunch break.
Head and back of the head
Press your back against the back of the chair. Lower your head to your chest, relax (1). Then slowly raise your head, looking up at the ceiling (2). Imagine that a brush is attached to the tip of your nose. Now start drawing. First, draw a line from left to right, then from top to bottom, diagonally, and so on. Then move on to circles. First small ones ("draw" them clockwise). Each time, increase their diameter and change the direction of rotation.
Shoulders
Put the brush of your right hand on your right shoulder, press your elbow to your chest. Then raise your elbow up and down. Repeat this movement five or six times. Now start to describe small circles with your elbow in both directions. Ten circles for the first time will be enough. Do not forget to repeat the exercise with the other hand.
Back
Imagine that your back is itching badly. You start rubbing against the back of a chair, trying to stop the itching. You twist, rubbing with your left and right shoulder blades. You can shake your head in time with the movements. An important condition is that your mouth must be open.
Legs
Extend your legs and describe five small circles in one direction and five in the other (1). Then sit so that your legs form a right angle with your torso (2). Rest the toe of one foot on the heel of the other. Rock in this way, raising and lowering your straight legs (3).
This set of exercises is quite simple and will not take much time. And the result - in the form of a flat stomach, straight back and slender legs - will be noticeable in just a few weeks.
