Before becoming a human, a person moved in a horizontal position, and it was for the horizontal position that nature created his spine. A person took a vertical position, and the spine did not have time to rearrange and adapt to this type of movement. From a vertical position, some vertebrae can become curved, slightly displaced, and move to the side. Such small shifts are called "subluxation". Many diseases are associated with "subluxation" of the vertebrae. These shifts disrupt full blood circulation, and therefore, nutrition, restoration and purification of cells and blood. The correct horizontal position helps restore normal blood circulation and save from many diseases. The correct horizontal position is, first of all, the position of lying on a flat, hard and even rigid bed. A hard bed seems uncomfortable to many - there are people who prefer something like a cradle. And thereby they harm their health. A soft bed, and even more so a "cradle" only increases the subluxation of the vertebrae.
That is why a flat, firm bed is considered the most important rule of health. When a person lies on such a bed, the weight of his body is distributed evenly, the muscles are completely relaxed, the spine is straightened, the intervertebral spaces increase, and thus the blood vessels are freed from compression. And this means that the organs and tissues that have not received nutrition during the day begin to be freely and abundantly washed with blood and receive everything necessary with it. As a result, all waste and decay products that have accumulated during the day are removed from the body during the night, and natural recovery occurs.
Exercise "leaf"
This is a special exercise for the spine, which allows you to correct posture, put the vertebrae in place and release pinched blood vessels, thus strengthening and correcting blood circulation in the vessels. The exercise stimulates blood circulation in the brain.
Starting position: lie on your back (face up) on a hard, flat bed or on the floor.
Relax your body and imagine that it is completely empty inside, and therefore light, weightless.
Then you need to bend your knees without lifting your heels off the surface you are lying on. To do this, slowly pull your heels to your buttocks, as close as possible.
Then, without lifting your spine off the surface you are lying on, slowly raise your head forward and at the same time reach your knees with your palms.
Reaching your palms to your bent knees and raising your head with your spine horizontal, stay in this position for as long as you can. Imagine that a flow of energy is flowing into your body through the top - the healing energy of life. Then slowly return to the starting position and relax.
Perform the exercise every morning and evening for 1-2 minutes.
Exercise "willow branch"
The exercise has a powerful healing effect for back pain, as well as for sluggish cardiac activity.
Starting position: stand up straight, place your legs as wide as possible, feet parallel to each other; focus on your body, imagine that it has become light, weightless, as if empty.
Grasp the kidney area with your palms, connecting your fingers at the sacrum.
Begin to slowly bend back. Bend your spine slowly, slowly and carefully throwing your head back.
When the spine bends to the limit, freely lower your arms back. Now the body begins to sway easily, like a green willow branch leaning over a river.
When you feel a little tired, grasp the kidney area again and straighten your spine to a vertical position.
Do the exercise every day.
