Harmony is the basis of health

In the human body, opposing forces are constantly at work, opposite in their action. So, during blood circulation, arteries suck blood, veins suck it in. These are acids and alkalis, which mutually neutralize each other. This is heat and cold, inhalation and exhalation, this is the work of the right and left hemispheres of the brain. Human health depends on how balanced these opposites are. A violation of the acid-base balance and the balance between the introduction of nutrients into the body and the removal of decay products is especially dangerous. As soon as one of the processes begins to prevail over the other (the predominance of acid over alkali and vice versa, the predominance of substances that are introduced over those that are removed and vice versa) - the disease begins.
Meanwhile, the body itself constantly strives for a harmonious balance of all its components. It is only necessary to help it in this.
Pay attention to the fact that in almost all religions there is one common gesture - folding the palms in front of the chest, and think: does this gesture have any physiological justification? It turns out that it does. When a person folds his palms in front of his chest, all the fluids in his body, including blood, are normalized and balanced. The composition of the blood, the uniformity of its circulation and blood pressure are balanced. Having measured the pressure before and after performing this gesture, you can make sure that the second time the pressure will be closer to normal compared to the first measurement.
In addition, folding the palms allows a person to strengthen his Healing Powers and give healing energy to himself. The healing property of the palms is used by yogis. The yogi, using special exercises, accumulates healing power in the palms, then, applying the palm to the diseased organ that is being healed, directs prana, or vital energy, into this organ, and the patient feels better.
Exercise "sky by the river"
This exercise also allows you to establish the necessary balance of body and spirit, not only having a beneficial effect on the circulatory system and spine, but also contributing to the development of imagination and intuition.
Starting position: lie on your back on a hard surface. The whole body is relaxed, legs are extended.
Hands are thrown behind the head and clasped in a lock at the top.
Now begin to slowly raise the torso so that you are in a sitting position.
Continue to bend the torso as close to the legs as possible without stopping.
When the torso bends to the legs as low as possible (try to touch the knees with your forehead), you need to freeze and imagine that you are near the river. Your inclination is an inclination towards the river; you look into the water of the river and seem to dissolve in it.
Start straightening up, gradually unbending your spine and returning first to a sitting position, then lying down. Do not lose the feeling of dissolving in the river and, raising your eyes, imagine that you see the sky and, turning to it, also feel the dissolution in the sky.
Do the exercise every morning and every evening.
Each time, performing all these exercises, tell yourself that every day you feel better and better. If you do the exercises, not believing in success and being pessimistic, then you should not expect success. You must believe that health will come. If you believe that you will be healthy, that you will overcome the disease - so it will be.
