Raising a strong mind in a strong body comes down not only to the physical health of the brain and its blood vessels, but also to training the mind. By the way, there are both direct and inverse relationships: a healthy brain with normal blood circulation has a clear, pure, trained mind, and training the mind also physically heals the brain.
We often catch ourselves thinking that we cannot stop the flow of negative thoughts and emotions that carry us downstream along the river of life - to illnesses and misfortunes. We often feel helpless in the face of feelings of fear, resentment, and hopelessness. This is how we feel if we cannot cope with the fear of death and the feeling of hopelessness until we look into nature. Having looked into nature, you will see that there is no fear, resentment, or hopelessness in it. There is only eternal life, eternal rebirth, and the eternal joy of being.
Start learning from nature. Nature will teach you how to cope with emptiness, a sense of meaninglessness of life, fatigue and depression. How can a person's life be meaningless if there is nothing meaningless in nature? Everything is meaningful, everything is necessary, everything is natural, everything has meaning. And let us not always understand what exactly the meaning consists of. But we must know that meaning exists. Simply because man is a part of nature, and everything in nature has meaning. Man has distorted himself with an incorrect way of life, a deviation from nature, and therefore loses a sense of meaning.
How to regain a happy and joyful feeling? To do this, you need to train your thoughts and feelings.
Training is putting positive thoughts and emotions into your brain. Instead of experiencing your troubles and failures again and again, you need to turn to the light, hope and joyful thoughts. Positive thoughts need to be cultivated, you need to accustom your brain to them. Think about how many years you have succumbed to sad thoughts. Look at your life from the outside: what it is is what you yourself have created with your thoughts. We ourselves create our life, our happiness and unhappiness, our health and illnesses with our thoughts. Our life is the embodiment of our own thoughts. If something is wrong in our life, we can confidently say: something is wrong in our thoughts. We are sick because our thoughts are sick. For many years we can destroy ourselves with gloomy thoughts, resentment, self-pity - and not even suspect that we ourselves create the causes of our illnesses.
Our body always reacts to what we think. A self-confident and happy person even has a completely different posture than a depressed and eternally tired person. Tell yourself: "I am happy and healthy", repeat it several times until the words start to sound confident and easy - and you will feel how your shoulders straighten, how a smile appears on your face, how muscle tension weakens and the posture of your head becomes proud.
A person by nature has the ability to control his nervous system, and therefore, his body. The highest skill in this is achieved by Eastern fakirs, who order themselves to sleep on nails. Ordinary people do not need this. But everyone can learn to control their thoughts, their nerves and their body in such a way as to become healthy.
Sometimes when we relax a lot (for example, on the seashore), we notice that our well-being has improved, this is a pleasant state - healing. And if we start to breathe correctly with a deep full breath, the state will become even more pleasant. There will be a feeling as if an unexpected joy has seized your being. Tension will gradually disappear from all parts of the body.
Everyone can relax, all you need to do is find a secluded place where it will be quiet and peaceful. You need to lie down, close your eyes and imagine some pleasant picture - for example, a calm sea, a light rustle of waves on a stone. Then you need to start breathing correctly and with each exhalation make sure that the muscles of a certain part of the body relax. For example: inhale - tension in the right leg, exhale - relaxation of the right leg, inhale - tension in the left leg, exhale - relaxation of the left leg. Then you also need to sequentially relax your back, chest, arms, shoulders, neck, face, forehead, eyelids. Then you need to imagine that your body is getting warmer - first your legs, arms, then other parts of the body, except for the head - there should be a feeling of coolness and lightness in your head. Having reached this state, tell yourself: "I feel great. I have good health." Don't be embarrassed if at first you find it hard to believe, because in reality this is not the case, and it is difficult for you to pronounce the phrases easily and confidently. Do not give up, practice pronouncing these words. After all, in this way you are laying down in your body a program of what you want to have. You can lay down in your body any program, achieve everything you want from life, if you are in a state of relaxation and warmth, you will speak about it in an affirmative form. It is very important to practice the exercises constantly, because autosuggestion does not give instant results. From autosuggestion, move on to creating mental images. Form in your brain thoughts and feelings that indicate the healthy state of your body. In a state of relaxation and warmth, say to yourself: "My vessels are clean and healthy. My blood flows through the vessels easily, quickly and without hindrance. My blood is clean and healthy, it saturates all tissues with necessary, useful substances." Saying this - not necessarily out loud, better to yourself - imagine as clearly as possible a picture of your healthy blood vessels and healthy blood.
The next stage: instilling positive thoughts and feelings in yourself when performing physical exercises. While performing exercises, tell yourself: "Every cell of my body is renewed, the blood becomes clean and fresh, the vessels - young and elastic." Do this every day.
Every day start with a positive statement about yourself: "I am healthy, young, full of strength, my body is a perfect creation of nature, in which powerful healing forces are embedded, day after day they bring me health, vigor, strength, confidence."
Learn to constantly monitor your thoughts. Many people notice that in their head there seems to be some unpleasant inner voice that constantly tries to instill something negative in them: life is hard, you are ugly, unhealthy, you do not know how to solve your problems, you will never be able to recover. This harmful inner voice must be learned to notice and turn off. As soon as you notice that you are saying negative phrases to yourself, tell yourself to be silent. And immediately say some positive phrase. For example, the inner voice says: "You will not recover." Make it silent, tell it to be silent and tell yourself: "I am already recovering. I am already healthy!" Constant control over your consciousness ultimately leads to the fact that the entire direction of thoughts and feelings becomes positive, you fall into the happy flow of the river of life, and it carries you only to happiness and health.
