How to overcome the disease

In search of ways to health, the first question that arises is: why does medicine only fight diseases, and does not care at all about how to bring the body to a healthy state, restore and maintain health? After all, there is a very big difference between these concepts - restoring health and treating disease! Doctors start from disease, not from health; disease becomes for them a fulcrum in the healing process, not health! Signs of health are not studied in medical institutes; medical students are not required to study healthy people. Professors of medicine never give lectures on what health is - they constantly talk about diseases. It turns out that medicine simply does not know what health is! How can you cure a person, that is, bring him to health, without knowing what it is - health? Medicine does not think about what health is. Therefore, it very often treats one thing - and cripples another. Medicine tries to cope with diseases - one, another, the third - without bringing the whole organism to a state of health. Unfortunately, today even in Japan traditional Eastern medicine is forgotten: it is increasingly being supplanted by Western medicine, that is, medicine that approaches a person very mechanistically, considers him as a set of separate organs, and not as a single, integral being, merged with nature. In the East, medicine has never been something separate, an isolated branch of knowledge that deals only with the organism in isolation from all other components of the complex "device" that is a person. Is it possible to heal the organism without changing the very way of life of a person, without rearranging the perception of the world in a more harmonious way, without replacing gloomy, dark thoughts with beautiful and bright ones? This is impossible in principle. And the East has always known this. Therefore, traditional Eastern medicine is inseparable from Eastern philosophy, which preaches a special way of life - a way of life in peace, harmony, unity with nature. The Chinese art of harmonizing space - feng shui, the limitless possibilities of which are not yet known to Western civilization, is also built on this philosophy, the Japanese nutrition system - macrobiotics, and all kinds of martial arts, from deep antiquity, which have come down to our days...
But the West, with its purely pragmatic mood, with its approach to man as a soulless mechanism, does not want to know this yet, does not want to think about it. Western doctors think that a person can be treated like a machine: grease it somewhere, tighten a nut somewhere, tighten a spring somewhere - and everything will be fine. But there will be no good in a misaligned mechanism until the truly human soul shines in it - beautiful, harmonious, one with nature...
What is harmony and perfection of nature? It is primarily harmony and a normal balance of creative and destructive forces. In nature, processes of creation - restoration and processes of destruction are constantly taking place. Nature preserves itself in integrity and harmony due to the fact that none of these two processes prevails over the other. As much as is created, so much is destroyed - this is the law. As much as the new comes, so much of the old goes, and vice versa. Morning is born - night dies. Sunset is born - day dies. Wind is born - calm dies. One life is born - another dies. As much as the new comes into the world, so much of the old goes. Life is continuous dying and continuous rebirth.
The human organism is a part of the Universe, an integral part of nature. And in it, as in all of nature, the same law applies: as much is created - as much is destroyed, as much comes - as much goes, as much dies - as much is reborn. This is the law of life of a healthy organism. When this law is observed, there are no and cannot be diseases.
What is a disease and where does it come from? From some external causes? From dirty hands, infection, contact with sick people, unfavorable environmental conditions? But studies show that pathogens of infections in one way or another live in the body of absolutely all people, but for some reason some get sick, and others do not. It turns out that in someone the infection grows and multiplies and creates a disease, and someone peacefully coexists with these microorganisms that carry the infection, and does not allow them to take power over themselves. Are diseases inherited? But after all, even a hereditary disease once appeared in someone for the first time. Where did it come from?
Diseases are not the result of an infection entering the body or stupid tendencies inherited from parents.
Diseases are the result of a person's violation of the laws of nature. Only when the laws of nature are violated, then harmful microorganisms begin to multiply on a threatening scale, then stupid inherited tendencies begin to take effect. Disease is nothing more than a violation of the laws of nature. And these laws are violated when a person begins to lead an incorrect lifestyle. An incorrect lifestyle disrupts the balance between creative and destructive forces. More enters the body than is excreted, more cells are destroyed than are formed, more forces are used than are restored. And this is where disease comes in. It would be more accurate to say that the body itself creates the disease. And it arises as an attempt by the body to restore the lost harmony, to restore the disturbed balance of creative and destructive forces. The body creates the disease because in this way it is looking for a means of salvation! After all, the body, as a very wise natural system, cannot act to its own detriment! Disease is nothing more than a manifestation of the work of the healing forces inherent in every organism.
Illness does not arise from nowhere. But illness is not a heavenly punishment for sins, as many people think. Quite the opposite. No matter how hard it may be for someone to believe it, illness comes not as an enemy, but as an assistant. Illness wants to help us restore the lost balance in the body. Illness is the only means by which the body tries to independently eliminate the problems that arise in it. Thus, illness is only a means by which the healing forces of the body try to restore the broken harmony. But it is also a kind of signal for help, a sign that an accident has occurred and rescuers need to be called for help. Illness itself is both a signal of an accident and the start of the rescue system.
