Solar energy

All life on Earth depends on the ability of every living creature to absorb the energy of sunlight. Every living creature is a kind of receiver and converter of countless beams of solar energy. Without the Sun, our Earth would be a lifeless cold place, shrouded in eternal fog. Man is not only the daughter of the Earth, he is also the daughter of the Sun, a transformer of solar and vital energy. It is not by chance that the priests of Ancient Egypt deified the Sun. All living creatures on Earth are united by a common origin - they all owe their origin to the Sun.
Light visible to the human eye always brings energy that warms matter and activates various chemical reactions in it. Reaching the Earth, these light rays are absorbed by all earthly matter, including plants and the human body. These light rays literally dissolve in living matter, are absorbed by it and enrich living matter with new properties. Matter that has absorbed the sun's rays not only heats up, but also begins to glow as if. So it turns out that on our planet everything, without exception, glows, everything emits invisible rays: plants, minerals, water, animals, birds, and humans. A decrease in glow indicates a disorder in the body - a disease. If the body does not absorb enough sun rays, it inevitably begins to hurt.
The Sun is a healer, the Sun brings us one of the most important energies of life - the energy of Fire.

Sunbathing.

It is best to receive the energy of the Sun by means of sunbaths.
Thanks to the sun's rays, the life of all living creatures is possible, including humans. Thanks to the sun's rays, you can both improve your health and prolong your life. People who avoid the sun's rays look pale and unhealthy. By nature, we are so arranged that being covered with a light tan is quite natural for people, the skin is adapted to stay in the sun and should be barely tanned. The cause of many diseases is that a person is rarely in the sun.
The sun's rays themselves, without any additional means, destroy many pathogenic microorganisms. The more the skin absorbs the sun's rays, the more protective forces accumulate in the human body, the more it stores energy capable of resisting diseases. The sun's rays kill microbes, neutralize their poisons, and increase the body's defenses. The golden-brown color of the skin occurs due to the subcutaneous pigment, which is a special biological product designed to protect the body. Under the influence of sunlight, fats are burned more intensively in the body, metabolism improves, blood sugar levels decrease, and blood quality improves, because hemoglobin increases in the blood. Ultraviolet rays contribute to the production of vitamin D and calcium in the body, which enriches the composition of the blood and allows the body to cope with all diseases. Even serious wounds heal more easily.
You should start sunbathing gradually, especially if the body is not used to sunlight. Too much solar energy has a bad effect. You must follow a gradual approach. It is best to sunbathe on the seashore - sea breezes will protect the body from overheating. The most favorable time for sunbathing is in the morning from 8 to 11 am and in the afternoon from 4 to 5 pm. Between 11 and 16 hours you should not be in the sun - at this time the sun's rays are very hot and carry a lot of solar radiation. During the first few days, the body should not be exposed to direct sunlight, it is better to be in a place where the sunlight is shaded by a light tree shadow. The head should be protected by an awning, umbrella or hat. It is best to sunbathe lying down. In this case, the body is irradiated with sunlight evenly. It is recommended to turn over every five minutes. After sunbathing, it is advisable to take a bath.
Sunbathing has a very good effect on chronic tuberculosis of the lymph nodes, on diseases of the joints and skin, with not very pronounced anemia, general weakness, with deviations in blood pressure (lowered and slightly elevated). Sunbathing is contraindicated in cases of severe anemia, very high blood pressure, and bleeding from various organs.

Solar food.
K. Nishi

Our body's cells need not only sunlight, but also solar food.
What food can be considered solar? The one that is most filled with the energy of light. These are fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts, seeds, plant seeds. When a green leaf absorbs sunlight, it absorbs the energy of the Sun. By consuming fresh fruits and vegetables that have grown in the sun, we practically consume solar energy in its purest form - the energy of life "first hand". Heat treatment deprives plants of this energy of life, deprives food of solar energy, which is necessary for the body, without which the body starves, no matter how much a person eats. After all, green plants are filled with nutritious chlorophyll, and chlorophyll is nothing more than part of the solar energy that accumulates in the plant. Vegetables and fruits that have grown under a large amount of sunlight are the best and most useful food for the human body.
Green plants "know" how to accumulate solar energy and transfer it to humans and other living beings. The sources of your health are direct sunlight and food, which consists mainly of fresh vegetables and fruits.
Saturation with solar energy
Without a sufficient amount of solar energy, the body experiences weakness and fatigue. If not enough sun enters us through the eyes, the energy flows inside the body slow down and become depleted. In addition to sunbathing and eating solar food, you should also practice letting solar energy into the body through the eyes. In addition, this is also very useful for vision.
Start by letting your eyes simply breathe. In the fresh air in sunny weather, but without looking at the sun, take a deep, full breath, hold your breath, bend at the waist and lower your head to the ground so that your eyes are below the level of your heart. Close your eyes tightly for 5 minutes and with all your might strain the muscles of the chest. At the same time, the blood will be saturated with oxygen and, rushing to the head, will wash out poisons and burn out toxins.
Then you need to start accustoming your eyes to receive sunlight directly. At the same time, you cannot look directly at the sun - your gaze should be directed towards the sun, but not focused on the luminous disk itself. In addition, you cannot look at the sun with two eyes at the same time - you need to do this alternately. It is best to perform this exercise during sunrise or sunset. Look at the sun with one eye, squinting it, and cover the other with your palm. Do not strain your eyes, blink freely if necessary. Then change the eye. When you close your eyes after the procedure, you will see several points that glow. The more points, the more benefits from the procedure.

How to protect yourself from the sun

In recent years, there has been a lot of talk about the harm of solar radiation. Some kind of disaster has happened to the environment, ozone holes have appeared. So what now, don't sunbathe? It's really better not to, but only in cases where you have a lot of moles on your skin - this terrible disease melanoma (malignant degeneration of moles) develops precisely after excessive sunbathing.

Human skin is affected by two types of ultraviolet rays: UVA "B" and UVA "A". We owe our bronze tan to UVA "B", but they also cause sunburn (ultraviolet) burns. People are sensitive to UVA "A" when taking certain medications (including antibiotics) and with skin diseases.

Recommendations "how to protect yourself from the sun":

1. Sunbathe only in the morning hours.

2. In cloudy weather, the activity of radiation decreases by only 20%.

3. It is not advisable to stay in the sun for more than 20 minutes without a break.

4. Do not try to tan on the first day of your vacation - instead of a tan, burns and blisters may appear.

5. Remember - everyone's skin is different: people with dark, swarthy skin tolerate sunbathing much easier than fair-skinned people.

6. Do not forget to buy sunscreen. "Sun line" from Matis is ideal for all possible problems associated with the sun. The main thing is to choose the right product: for people with white and very fair skin, the cream should have a protection factor of 15-25-30 and more; for dark skin - 8 is enough. These numbers are necessarily located on the packaging of sunscreen of any brand.

If you have very sensitive skin or suffer from a skin disease, you need a cream that protects not only from UVA "B" but also from UVA "A" - look for "UVA & UVB screening" on the packaging. All Matis sunscreens protect against both types of radiation.

Any sunscreen is applied to exposed areas of the skin 30-40 minutes before going outside. If the cream is washed off with water - it must be reapplied after swimming.

Don't worry, the cream does not affect the color of the tan, it simply protects against burns.

In case you still get burned - stock up on a special "after-sun" cream, although any cream or body milk will do to relieve skin irritation. Moles should be covered from active sunlight.

Do not confuse artificial tanning products with sunscreens. All certified Matis cosmetics are accompanied by instructions in Russian. If you buy cosmetics abroad, be especially careful. "Artificial tanning cream" from Matis cannot be used during sunbathing. It is designed only for artificial tanning.
