Water is a natural healer

The best water for drinking is natural, unboiled. Only in such water is the energy of life preserved. Boiled water is "dead", it does not have the energy of life. The living can only be treated with the living - therefore "dead", boiled water will not help in healing. If it is impossible to purify unboiled water and there are doubts about its quality, you can add 1 drop of iodine or 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to 1 glass of water. Microorganisms cannot live in such an environment.
The composition of water is of great importance, namely: the presence of important natural elements in it, and especially magnesium salts. Studies have shown that in areas where the soil is rich in magnesium, and it turns out that people drink water containing magnesium and eat vegetables and fruits that grow on this soil, they have a low incidence of cancer. Magnesium not only prevents and treats cancer, but also has a beneficial effect on muscles, nerves, and blood vessels.
If there is a lack of magnesium salts in water and food, a person cannot be healthy. Magnesium facilitates the course of all life processes, and a lack of magnesium slows them down. With a lack of magnesium in the body, dizziness begins, fog may appear before the eyes, hair falls out and nails break, palpitations, cramps and spasms begin. Fears, anxiety, unexplained anxiety - all this is also often caused by a lack of magnesium. If you completely deprive the body of magnesium, then leukemia will develop very soon.
In case of vascular diseases, with fatty deposits in the vessels, water enriched with magnesium is simply irreplaceable. In order for the vessels to be able to expand, and not just narrow, magnesium is necessary. Therefore, magnesium in water means a reduction in the risk of vascular and heart diseases. In boiled water, magnesium salts are modified and are not useful. Therefore, you need to drink natural water, better - mineral water, enriched with magnesium.
You should start drinking water right in the morning - immediately after waking up. First, you need to rinse your throat, then rinse your teeth, then drink a glass of water. You can’t have breakfast right after that, you need to wait 15-20 minutes. Then drink water between meals in an amount of up to 3 liters per day. You shouldn’t drink water right before going to bed - the last intake of water should be, like a meal, by 7 pm.
Why can’t you drink water at the same time as a meal or immediately after it? Because the food that enters the stomach should be moistened only with saliva, and nothing else. The habit of drinking water comes from haste, from the fact that a person has no time or is too lazy to chew, so he drinks water in order to push food into the stomach faster, instead of chewing it to a jelly-like state and creating natural conditions for the free passage of food into the stomach.
What happens in the stomach when such a mixture of food and liquid gets there? First of all, this food turns out to be unprocessed by the alkali present in saliva, and therefore it is not ready for digestion. In addition, water dilutes the gastric juice, that is, food cannot be processed by a sufficient amount of acid present in the gastric juice. Diluted gastric juice cannot digest anything. So it turns out that the food is not processed by either saliva or gastric juice, and therefore, it cannot be digested and absorbed, that is, the body will not receive the substances it needs from food, and instead the food will decompose, rot and spread through the blood, and therefore throughout the body in the form of poisons.
Drinking while eating means constantly poisoning yourself. The same thing happens when a person drinks immediately after a meal or when eating soups and broths. When can you drink water? The stomach needs only 15-20 minutes to process water. During this time, water is broken down into molecules and through the walls of the stomach enters directly into the intercellular space, starting its cleansing effect there. Food can be put into the stomach only when there is no more water there. It turns out that 15-20 minutes after drinking, you can already eat. When taking food, it is necessary to finish it to such a state that it becomes as liquid as possible and flows easily into the esophagus. After eating, while the food is being digested, you can’t drink either. It takes 1.5-2 hours to digest proteins, 20 minutes to digest carbohydrates. It turns out that you can drink only 1.5-2 hours after eating.
Anyone who observes nature knows that no animal drinks during or immediately after eating. After eating, the animal lies down and rests, digesting what it has eaten, and only then goes to the watering hole. This is a natural law of nature. If you start to follow it, you will feel that drinking during or immediately after eating is just a bad habit, because there is no real thirst at this time and cannot be. Real thirst appears, as nature intended, only 1.5-2 hours after eating.
Cleansing with silver water. At all times, silver utensils were revered - especially drinking utensils. Ancient peoples stored water in silver vessels during travels and hikes. Hindus also placed a red-hot sword in this silver vessel. In many countries, silver coins were thrown and are still thrown into a well with drinking water. In temples, if possible, silver vessels are used for consecrated water. We can conclude that people have always known about the miraculous effect of silver on water.
Microscopic particles of silver dissolved in water destroy various harmful microorganisms. Gold, for example, has a much lower ability to purify water. Silver water can be drunk in any quantity depending on your own well-being.
General rules for taking a bath and their effect on the body.

The air temperature in the room where the bath is taken should not be lower than 20° C; you should not take a bath on a full stomach, it is best to do this before eating or no earlier than 2-3 hours after eating; before taking a bath, the body should be evenly warmed up by movement, friction or heat, especially you need to make sure that your hands and feet are not cold.
If you are not used to hot and cold water, it is best to start taking contrast baths with baths for hands and feet.
Hand and foot bath. You need to take two basins, pour cold water into one of them, hot water into the other. The limbs are alternately lowered first into cold water, then into hot water, each held for 1 minute. This should be done up to 11 times, the last water should be cold. A special type of hand bath is the elbow bath, when the arm is bent at an acute angle and the elbow joint is lowered into a vessel with water up to half of the forearm and shoulder. Such baths enhance metabolism in the immersed areas, attracting blood to them, and also enhance blood flow and circulation in adjacent areas of the body (in the chest - a hand bath, in the abdominal organs - a foot bath).
The hand and foot bath are deep. Cold and hot water are poured into two large deep vessels - a bucket, a bathtub - and the limbs are immersed there alternately: first in cold water, then in hot water. Hands can be immersed almost to the armpits, legs - to the knees or mid-thigh (you can do this in the bath, kneeling).
The sitting bath. Having developed a habit of foot and hand contrast baths, you can move on to sitting baths with immersion up to the groin. First, you need to take a regular warm bath for the whole body to warm up the body, then wipe yourself dry and start contrast baths, alternating cold and hot water 5 times, staying in each for 1 minute, starting with cold and ending with cold. After that, the body should be wiped and, if possible, remain naked in the air for 6 to 30 minutes. Having developed a habit of such baths, you can move on to sitting baths with deeper immersion - up to the chest.
Full contrast bath. This bath is used after the habit of the previous baths has been developed. A full contrast bath is recommended to increase blood circulation and reduce blood pressure, which may be indicated for hypertension, circulatory diseases, as well as general fatigue and colds. Take a bath at a temperature of cold water 14-15° C and hot water 41-43° C. Each bath lasts 1 minute, the baths alternate, starting with cold and ending with cold, at least 11 times. Depending on your well-being, you can increase the course to 61 times. The body is immersed to the neck level.
Baths for atherosclerosis. For patients with atherosclerosis, it is recommended to slightly modify the contrast bath so that it has the most beneficial effect on diseased vessels. In this case, treatment begins with the smallest temperature difference between the cold and hot bath. In the first three days, contrast baths are taken with a cold water temperature of 35°C and a hot water temperature of 39°C. In the next three days, the cold bath temperature is 30°C, the hot bath temperature is 40°C. In the next two days, the cold water temperature is 25°C, the hot bath temperature is 41°C. In the next two days, the cold water temperature is 20°C, the hot bath temperature is 42°C. In the next two days, the cold water temperature is 15°C, the hot bath temperature is 43°C. Then, the last type of bath is taken daily. You should stay in each bath for 1 minute, performing at least 11 alternations.
Bath with increased temperature. Such a bath very intensively removes toxic substances from the body. How does this happen? Partly, the poisons that have accumulated in the tissues are absorbed, acquire a watery form and are excreted along with sweat through the skin, and partly they are neutralized by the blood and excreted through the excretory organs. The blood is also purified. You need to immerse yourself up to your chest in a bath with cool or lukewarm water (30-35° C) and for 15 minutes gradually add hot water as tolerated. After that, you need to dry yourself properly, wrap yourself in a woolen blanket and lie down. At this time, intensive sweating will begin. You need to lie down until the sweating stops - usually it stops within 15 minutes to 1 hour. After that, you need to immerse yourself again in a bath with a water temperature 2-4° C lower than the initial temperature of the first bath.
A contrast shower should be taken after all physical exercises, including those described in this section. You can stand under the shower, you can pour water on yourself from a bucket or a hose. First, cold water is poured, then hot - in both cases, the water temperature should be comfortable. You do not need to pour water on your head. Cold water should be poured on yourself starting from the heels, then up to the knees, then to the navel area, then to the shoulders. A hot shower should be started from the shoulders, pouring them behind. You should alternate between a cold and hot shower at least 5 times, and preferably up to 11 times. You should finish with cold water.
Contrast water compresses. These compresses can be done if you cannot take a bath or shower. Take two basins or buckets, or any containers where you can stand with both feet. Pour cold water (up to 26°C) into one container, hot water (41-43°C) into the other. Lower a thin sheet into each container. Stand with your feet in a container with cold water and pull the wet sheet over yourself so that it sticks to your entire body like a compress. Hold it on for a minute. Then remove the sheet, put it back in the water and move to a container with hot water, pull on a wet sheet soaked in hot water. There should be at least 5 such changes, preferably 11. What happens during this time? Hot water will dilate blood vessels, the pores of the skin will open, and poisons will begin to come out through them. You cannot stay in a hot sheet for longer than 1 minute, because in this case not only poisons will come out, but also vitamins and mineral salts. To prevent this from happening, you need to switch to cold water in time, which closes the pores.
As a result of such an alternation of temperatures in the body, a powerful restructuring will begin. Blood circulation will increase, the blood will be enriched with oxygen, the flow of oxygen-rich blood to the cells will increase, the cells will be filled with vitality. At the same time, a kind of internal massage of the vessels occurs, and as a result, their cleansing.
Seawater treatment.

The sea always brings all kinds of gifts - health. The sea is ready to share its gifts with all people - with those who seek health, harmony, a full life. Life itself came out of the sea. And the sea continues to give us life and its energy.
Rocky shores, teeming with stone terraces, and the sea - always different, sometimes stormy, sometimes calm, sometimes slightly playing with waves, changing shades of color every moment - that's why we remember and love it. The sea, rich in plankton, mollusks, fish. The sea carries the most natural food, health.
In other countries, it is not customary to add salt to food, obtained naturally - by evaporation from sea water. This is done only in Japan. And isn't that why the Japanese are considered a healthier nation than other peoples? Lymphatic gland cancer, heart disease, premature sclerosis, mental illnesses are less common here. Not only sea salt, but also seaweed, eaten as food, bring people the health of the sea! You can also use seaweed for treatment: check its effect on yourself, recommend it to other people. And we can say that it is one of the healthiest products on earth, one of the best natural medicines.
There are many varieties of seaweed. Almost all of them are healing. If we summarize the healing effect of all varieties of seaweed, it turns out that in general they overcome more than 300 diseases. Moreover, seaweed and food made from them become medicine at any stage of the manifestation of the disease. They can eliminate the disease when even the very first signs of it have not appeared. They help to recover even when the disease is advanced and has already gone far.
Seaweed is both medicine and food. Or rather, food that becomes medicine. They contain protein - one of the main and most important components of nutrition. Moreover, there is more protein in algae than in any other food product. But the protein in algae is much more useful than the protein in meat. After all, there is almost no cholesterol in it. Therefore, regular consumption of algae products allows you to saturate the body with necessary substances, and rid the blood vessels of fatty deposits, and cope with atherosclerosis! Algae contains many vitamins and a variety of useful substances that are simply necessary for the blood and its normal composition. The normal functioning of the nervous, cardiovascular and other systems of the body is impossible without these substances. They also have a rather positive effect on the protective functions of the body. Moreover, all these substances are contained in algae in the most acceptable for humans, very easily digestible form. Almost everything that is in the sea is very useful for humans. Even sea salt itself is very useful, because it contains almost the full range of minerals necessary for humans. It becomes useless and even harmful when it is purified as a result of industrial processing so that pure sodium chloride remains. Ordinary table salt, which is used by most people on the planet, is practically pure poison.
Anyone who cares about their health will use only natural rock salt, not chemically purified, and even better - sea salt.
The body cannot live without salt. What does blood taste like? Salty. What does sweat taste like? Salty. Many body fluids have a natural salty taste. It turns out that they contain salts, this is their natural property, their natural composition. And no matter how much they talk about the harm of salt, salt cannot be completely excluded from the diet. The body will not receive the necessary substances, and besides, many products without salt will simply be devoid of any taste.
It is known that many animals like to lick salty sweat from human hands - after all, it contains important trace elements. There are studies that indicate that blood cancer in cattle can develop due to a lack of salt in their diet.
And since you can't do without salt, and regular salt is harmful, there is only one thing left: to use sea salt, naturally evaporated from sea water. Moreover, only sea salt, not chemically purified, contains all the components necessary for the normal composition of the blood: magnesium, calcium, sodium, iodine, etc.
Every person should believe in the healing power of the sea. Spending long days on the seashore, look at the sea and pray to it as to God, asking for health. In good weather, immerse yourself in its waves, continuing to say your prayers. You should feel how the healing sea salt enters the body through the skin and heals you, how the sea air seems to wash your sick lungs and heals them. You must believe in this sacredly. And thanks to your crazy faith, you will really heal. And you will be grateful to the sea for this. Do not get tired of thanking it, do not get tired of telling others about its healing properties.
A warm wind blows from the sea, the surf is noisy, light waves break on the shore... The air is saturated with oxygen and small, microscopic, almost imperceptible water droplets that form sea waves breaking on the shore. It turns out that the air is saturated with iodine, bromine, and salt crystals. All this is absorbed by the skin, all this is inhaled by the lungs. You enter the water and feel a slight shiver - this is because the surface blood vessels constrict from the water, which is below body temperature. But the momentary breath becomes deep and accelerated, the heart begins to work harder, the metabolism in the whole body increases - and a pleasant warmth spreads over the body. Blood vessels expand again, blood pressure decreases slightly, blood begins to circulate more intensively, capillaries work better, nutrition of organs and tissues is strengthened... Excellent training, hardening for blood vessels! Muscles relax - sea waves have a light massage effect on the body. You swim while breathing deeply. This means that the body is enriched with oxygen.
It is best to swim in the sea at a water temperature of 20 to 27 C. The best time for swimming is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Breakfast before swimming should be very light. If the food intake was abundant, then you need to see for at least 2 hours before entering the water. After undressing, you should not immediately enter the water, first you need to expose your body to fresh air and sun, let it breathe a little. If the body is sweating, it is necessary to let it cool down, it is necessary to dry the sweat before entering the water. The normal duration of bathing is from 3 to 20 minutes at a cold water temperature of 14-15°C and a hot water temperature of 41-43°C.
Cleansing and healing with water.
K. Nishi

The most important energies of life - Water, Fire, Earth, Air - are our main healers, our doctors, who can provide incomparable help - the help of nature itself.
The cleansing abilities of water are inherent in its nature. People have long used it in various spiritual and religious ceremonies and rituals. Water has long been associated with some special secret of human existence. There are many legends all over the world based on the belief that water gives life, youth, wisdom and immortality. The ancient Egyptians considered water the birthplace of the gods. Hindus believe that water is the beginning and end of everything on earth. For the inhabitants of Mesopotamia, water served as an inexhaustible source of human wisdom. In many cultures, a kind of cult of water even developed.
In the Christian tradition, water is the main component of the baptism ritual. Jesus was immersed in water by John the Baptist, after which he emerged from the water reborn, transformed, and Christians continue the tradition of baptism to this day.
In primitive cultures, water was often used in healing ceremonies. The Cherokee Indians placed a wounded person in water, allowing the flow of a stream or river to wash the body. They believed that water calms the spirit of the wounded and washes away wounds from the body.
Water, like no other substance, connects us with the whole world, with all of nature. After all, the water that we drink and the water that flows through our bodies is the same water that flows in rivers, that lies frozen in the snow caps of mountains. It is the same water as the water of mountain streams that flows into the sea. It is the same water that has gathered in clouds above the earth, that falls as rain. Water is created by nature itself to cleanse, restore, and revive. It heals, cleanses and rejuvenates.
Water, like nothing else, allows us to feel our unity with nature. To do this, you just need to listen to yourself, to your body, imagine how various fluids flow and move in our body. Feel the moisture of your body, the moisture of your skin, mouth, eye... Now drink a glass of water, trying to feel how your body absorbs water with every cell, how water dissolves in your body, watering and cleansing you. And now imagine that water that rushes with mountain streams straight to the sea. Imagine that this is the same water that flows inside your body. Feel yourself the only one who owns a common nature with lakes, rivers of the whole world, the surface of all seas and oceans... Imagine yourself as a tiny drop of dew, a raindrop, and a powerful mountain stream... All this is a part of nature, and man is a part of nature with which he is one and indivisible.
Nothing living can do without water. The human body consists of 70 percent water. Water is a part of intracellular and intercellular fluids - blood, lymph, gastric and intestinal juices, cerebrospinal fluid, the liquid environment of the eye and ear, joint and periarticular fluid.
The aquatic environment is natural for man. Everything that is natural for man, everything that is given to him by nature, becomes for him the best doctor, the best way to restore health.
Water is food
The organism to a large extent consists of water, and this water does not remain there in a stationary state. Water exchange is constantly taking place. Water is lost in the form of sweat, in the form of vapors through the skin and lungs, water is excreted through the bladder and rectum. On average, the human body releases 3.5 liters of water per day. Naturally, these losses must be replenished. You need to take in as much fluid per day as was released. If this amount is not replenished, then waste accumulates in cells and vessels, the blood becomes viscous and diseases arise. The need to drink a lot of water is a law of life, a law of nature that cannot be violated. Medicine considers the human body as a collection of some separate and seemingly dry and solid organs, which does not exist in reality, and does not take into account the presence of a connecting liquid environment of the body. This approach does not correspond to physiological reality at all.
No vital process in the body can take place without water. A cell of the body that loses fluid simply dies and ceases to live. The body needs more than 5 liters of blood for its vital activity. This amount and the necessary composition of blood cannot be maintained with a lack of water. Even the lungs would not be able to breathe if their surface were not moistened!
Food cannot be digested without water. Saliva and gastric juice consist of 90 percent water. It is with the help of water that food is broken down, transformed into substances necessary for the body, which enter the blood and are carried to all organs and tissues, nourishing them.
Soluble waste is also removed from the body with the help of water. In order for the body to be properly cleansed of waste, you need to drink a lot of water - it literally washes the body, every cell of it.
Blood plasma consists of 80 percent water, and this is what allows it to circulate freely throughout the body.
Water inside the human body allows it not to overheat, to maintain body temperature at 36.6° C. Water is part of the lubrication that exists in the body, which allows organs not to rub against each other, and bones and joints to move freely and smoothly. Without this lubrication, we could not bend our knees or elbows.
Muscle tone cannot be maintained without water.
The body begins to protest when it lacks water. Thirst appears, the amount of saliva decreases, and the mucous membranes dry out. There are other symptoms: headaches, inability to concentrate, indigestion. All these unpleasant sensations signal: the body urgently needs water, it is necessary to urgently introduce water into it. Water can enter the body both in pure form and as part of products that contain water, primarily vegetables and fruits.
The main rule of water consumption: you need to drink it only between meals and in no case during meals or immediately after them. You should drink 3 liters of water a day. If you are not particularly hungry, you can replace your meals with water.
Remember that water is also food, it is a truly necessary food!
Different types of health baths.

Health depends on blood circulation, and normal blood circulation depends on whether the capillaries work well. What is old age? It is nothing more than the gradual drying of the body due to poor nutrition of cells, closing of capillaries. Any disease is accompanied by aging processes. Therefore, health is always rejuvenation. Youth is characterized primarily by good work of capillaries. Treatment with baths is an excellent way to make capillaries work, and therefore, a way to rejuvenate the body.
Turpentine baths. Such a simple and natural remedy as turpentine has a huge advantage: being dissolved in a bath, it is able to affect the entire capillary network of the body at once. Turpentine baths are the most harmless and most effective means of combating disease and aging. This remedy can be used by people of various ages, up to the elderly. And even in old age, people after a turpentine bath feel as if they have rejuvenated themselves by more than a dozen years. Not only do old age diseases go away, but also the feeling of old age itself, and outwardly such a person, although he bears the signs of age, ceases to look old. Two types of turpentine are used for baths: white emulsion and yellow solution. Each of these types has its own indications for use. White emulsion performs a kind of capillary gymnastics, stimulates the entire capillary system, which covers both the skin and internal organs. Thus, white emulsion affects the general condition of the body. But it should be borne in mind that white emulsion has the property of increasing blood pressure. Therefore, these baths are indicated for people with low blood pressure, and those who have high blood pressure should be careful and not abuse such a bath. A bath with yellow solution, on the contrary, lowers blood pressure. It is indicated for people with high blood pressure and requires caution from those whose blood pressure tends to decrease. A bath with a yellow solution removes harmful deposits in the walls of blood vessels, dilates capillaries, and helps treat atherosclerosis. Mixed baths are also used: with a white emulsion and a yellow solution at the same time, they have no contraindications for people whose blood pressure does not exceed 180 mm Hg.
Turpentine baths are easy to use, they can be taken at home. With normal blood pressure, it is recommended to alternate one and the other bath - with a white emulsion and a yellow solution, with pressure disorders a person can adapt to the most suitable type of bath for him: choose one or the other, or a mixed bath.
The course of treatment is from 10 to 30 baths, baths are taken not daily, but once every 2 or 3 days, depending on well-being. To take a turpentine bath, take 100-120 ml of white emulsion or yellow turpentine solution, or in the case of a mixed bath, 50 ml of both and dissolve in a bath with a water temperature of 36° C. After 5 minutes, add hot water to bring the temperature to 39° C. The duration of the first bath is 10 minutes, the second - 15 minutes, then with each subsequent bath add 1 minute until the duration of the bath reaches 20 minutes. Starting from the third bath, at the 12th minute, the water temperature is brought to 40° C; starting from the fifth bath, the temperature is kept at 41°C for the last 4 minutes, starting from the 12th bath, the temperature is kept at 42°C for the last 4 minutes (but not more).
You will emerge from the turpentine bath refreshed and rejuvenated, with capillaries that have opened, with improved blood flow, with an excellent ability of all body cells to receive nutrients delivered with blood, with good metabolism that does an excellent job of removing harmful substances from the body. You will notice that after a turpentine bath, any pain goes away - the analgesic effect of these baths is truly wonderful.
Mustard baths - improve blood circulation and open capillaries, have a slight irritating effect on the skin. Ordinary dry mustard copes well with this task. Being dissolved in a bath, it improves blood flow not only to the vessels adjacent to the skin, but also in all internal organs.
For a full mustard bath, 200-300 grams of dry mustard are added to a bath with warm water (35-37° C). The duration of the bath is no more than 10-15 minutes. In case of heart diseases, such a bath is not recommended, because it can have too strong and heavy effect on the heart, which is not favorable.
A more gentle version of mustard baths is hand and foot baths. Such baths perfectly train the vessels, and not only the hands and feet, but also the whole body - after all, even the effect on a limited area of the body is sufficient to cover all other parts of the body. For these baths, 1-2 tablespoons of dry mustard are taken, poured into a cloth bag and lowered into a bucket of warm water, after which the bag is squeezed several times. Hands are immersed in the bath up to the elbows, legs - up to the middle of the shin.
Foot baths reduce the blood supply to the vessels of the brain and reduce intracranial pressure, which has a positive effect on increased blood and intracranial pressure.
Hand baths are useful for mild forms of heart failure, angina, and inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract. The duration of hand and foot baths is 10-20 minutes.
"Spanish cloak". A full wrap, called a "Spanish cloak", allows you to easily and quickly remove "dirt" from the body, which, when the pores expand, will come out along with sweat.
You need to sew or get a ready-made "cloak" in the form of a shirt made of coarse linen, floor-length and with wide long sleeves, which is folded in front like a kimono. The "cloak" must be soaked in cold (or warm, if you can't stand the cold) water, wrung out and put on, folding the hems in front so that they are tightly pressed against each other. Then, right in the "cloak", as soon as possible, so as not to be exposed to air, you need to lie down in a pre-prepared bed, covered with a woolen blanket, and on top - a feather bed so as to stop the access of air. You can also cover yourself with a layer of wax paper (in no case do not use polyethylene or oilcloth). In this state, you need to lie for 1.5-2 hours, but you need to get up before the "cloak" dries completely on you. At first it will be cold, then it will become warm, and finally you will start sweating heavily. The cleansing processes will begin with sweating. Rinsing the cloak after the procedure, you will clearly see how much dirt you carried in yourself, and now they have come out of you: the water will be dirty, you will even feel mucus in it - this is all that came out of you along with sweat.
Water gymnastics

For a change, you can do gymnastics in water. These exercises will help you lose weight. It is easier to move in water, fatigue does not come so quickly. However, when performing the exercises, you will overcome the resistance of the water and strain your muscles. The pressure of the water also acts as a massage. Gymnastics in water improves mood, improves well-being. Do it in the pool, at sea, on the river, where there is an opportunity to lean your hands on the side or ladder.

1. V. p. - standing sideways to the edge of the pool. Holding the side with your hand, perform swinging movements with your foot back, 8-10 times with each leg.

2. V. p. - standing with your back to the wall of the pool. Holding the edge with your hands, turn your hips to the right and perform the "bicycle" movement, 15 times in each direction.

3. V. p. - o. p. Raise one knee, then the other, making boxing movements with your hands, 20 times.

4. V. p. - lying in the water. Swim dog-like, swinging your arms and legs. The pace of movements is fast at first, then slow. Finish the exercise with calm swimming.

5. Breathing exercises. Take a deep breath. Then lower your face into the water and exhale as slowly as possible through your nose and mouth.

6. Swimming without the help of hands has a good effect on the abdominal and thigh muscles. Take a ball or board in your hands and swim forward, strongly and rhythmically hitting the water with your feet.

Two exercises for those who cannot swim.

7. Take a pose: hands in a support behind, feet barely touching the water. Now lift the breezes with your feet. Squeezing on a shallow spot strengthens the abdominal muscles.

8. Standing on a shallow spot, lift the sprays with long, strong arm movements.
