Air energy

When we are born, the first thing we do is inhale. When we die, we stop breathing. Human life depends entirely on breathing, on air. Breathing is the same function of our body as blood circulation or digestion. It is something that is given to us by nature. No one ever taught us to breathe, we were born and immediately suffocated.
A person can breathe not very clean and fresh air - such air is enough to live and not die. But to be healthy and live a long life, such air is not enough. For this, fresh air, saturated with oxygen, is needed.
What happens in the body when it lacks oxygen?
And modern man always lacks oxygen. It was not nature that invented clothes for us - it was man himself who invented it. Nature intended that our skin should be open, so that it could breathe. A person should breathe with his whole body, with his whole skin. Instead, modern man works in rooms where there is little fresh air. A person eats artificially prepared food, devoid of natural oxygen, and therefore, Air Energy. This weight forces the cells of the human body to experience oxygen starvation, they lack light, air, oxygen.
Lack of oxygen is very often caused by poor blood circulation, as a result of damage and defective work of capillaries. In this case, the amount of oxygen entering the body is not equal to the amount of carbon dioxide released from the body. And the body begins to be poisoned by poisons and carbon dioxide. This can cause many diseases. People who are rarely in the fresh air, expose their health to serious danger. From a lack of oxygen, you can get any disease!
Studies show that the products we eat first form glucose in the body, then acetic acid, then formic acid and finally turn into carbon dioxide and water. With a lack of oxygen, instead of carbon dioxide and water, inorganic oxalic acid is formed in the human body - a very harmful substance. It forms salts that are practically not excreted from the body, is deposited in the form of insoluble compounds in cells, tissues, blood vessels, forms stones, contributes to the occurrence of diseases of the joints, bones in the feet, atherosclerosis and other vascular lesions. In addition, a lack of oxygen leads to the formation of a large amount of carbon monoxide in the body, which is one of the main causes of many diseases, including cancer. Oxygen plays an important role in metabolism, improves blood circulation, helps nutrients to be better absorbed. It helps cleanse the blood, preventing it from being poisoned and contaminated with waste and harmful toxic substances. A sufficient amount of oxygen provides the body with the opportunity to recover and strengthen its immune system, that is, to receive more natural protection against diseases. In addition, it has a calming and at the same time stimulating effect on our nervous system. Enriching the body with oxygen is the key to life.
More than 90 percent of the body's energy is produced by the intake of oxygen. The more oxygen a person receives, the more vital energy they will have. Our ability to think, feel and act is largely manifested due to the energy of oxygen. The lack of oxygen in the body is most often explained by our fatigue. Any unpleasantness can occur with a lack of oxygen in the body - from a slight malaise to a serious illness.
If you have little energy, the reason may be a lack of oxygen. When there is little oxygen, the body takes its own measures: it conserves energy, reducing its use. As a result, the body simply does not allow you to use all its energy resources, and you are not able to give yourself any physical exertion, do not do your job to the fullest. At the slightest stress, you feel tired.
The lack of oxygen does not allow harmful microorganisms to be removed from the body, and they multiply freely. Enriching the body with oxygen can be a way of healing. Enriching the blood with oxygen helps to remove toxins from the body and keep harmful microorganisms and pathogens at a safe level, because they cannot multiply in blood enriched with more oxygen. This alone should make us all pay attention to the important role that breathing plays for health.
A high oxygen content in the blood also helps to reduce anxiety and nervousness, which are the cause of many physical diseases. Frequent headaches also occur due to a lack of oxygen. And to overcome a headache, it is most often not pills that help, but a few deep breaths and exhalations in the fresh air.
Oxygen saves the body from poisons. This happens with the help of the circulatory and lymphatic systems. Toxins and poisons circulate through the body, carried by the blood, and settle, like in garbage cans, in the lymph nodes. If they are not expelled from there, the nodes begin to hurt and swell. In addition, the poisons from there fall back into the blood, which is poisoned by these poisons itself and begins to poison the entire body. Only deep breathing saturated with oxygen air helps to enhance the movement of blood and lymph so that the poisons do not settle in the vessels and do not stagnate in the lymph nodes, but are removed from there through the body's excretory organs.
How should you breathe so that the blood, lymph and the entire body are saturated with oxygen and cleansed of poisons? Of course, you need to breathe fresh natural air enriched with oxygen. But that's not all. You need to breathe correctly.
What does it mean to breathe correctly?

All people know how to breathe correctly by nature. But an incorrect lifestyle, violation of the laws of nature leads to the fact that a person deforms himself, he develops various pathologies. And in most cases, modern man cannot breathe fully, as nature intended. A full breath is a deep breath. Most people do not know how to breathe truly deeply, they breathe shallowly. A real deep breath is not so much deep breaths and exhalations, but a full and deep breath, when all the cells of the body are involved in the breathing process and the body breathes literally at the cellular level. A full breath, necessary for saturating the body with oxygen, is not only breathing through the respiratory system, but also breathing through the skin. The skin is also an organ of respiration, it is a kind of second lung.
Through the pores, the skin constantly inhales oxygen and exhales carbon dioxide. This function of the skin is vital for the body. If an animal is placed in an atmosphere of carbon dioxide, and its head is left outside, in ordinary air, it will die very quickly, despite the fact that, it would seem, it has the ability to breathe through the nose or mouth with the help of lungs. If the pores of the skin are unable to inhale oxygen - a living being dies! If all the pores of the body are clogged for some reason - for example, with a large burn covering the entire body or when the entire body is covered with paint or resin - a person begins to suffocate even with a normal state of the respiratory organs and lungs, the heartbeat slows down, the body temperature gradually decreases and death occurs. There is a famous case described in the biography of Leonardo da Vinci, with a boy who was painted with gold paint for a festive presentation, and then in the festive bustle they forgot to wash it off. The child died because skin breathing stopped.
Nature created us naked, undoubtedly assuming that we would breathe not only with our lungs. But the skin of modern man has lost a significant part of its natural functions. People live in stuffy houses, spend time in poorly ventilated rooms, and on the streets breathe air poisoned by cars and factory pipes. In addition, people wear clothes that prevent the skin from breathing normally.
Truly full-fledged breathing is hindered by:
1. The condition of the skin, if its pores are clogged, and the habit of constantly wearing clothes.
2. Breathing depends on the mobility of the diaphragm. Poor mobility of the diaphragm causes poor breathing and becomes the cause of many diseases.
3. The ability to breathe deeply depends on the condition of the capillaries.
To improve the condition of the capillaries, you need to perform the "capillary revitalization" exercise, use hydrotherapy methods and physical activity - primarily what creates a vibration effect in the body. All this enhances the blood flow to the skin, fills the capillaries with blood, makes them work, and the whole body eventually begins to breathe better.
To stimulate the movement of the diaphragm, you also need to perform physical exercises, and first of all, "closing the feet and palms". The diaphragm is nothing more than the second heart of our body. It makes oscillations, and its contractions are stronger than the contractions of the heart. It pushes blood through the veins to the chest. In a healthy body, the diaphragm makes 18 oscillations per minute. With each oscillation, it moves 2 centimeters up and 2 centimeters down. This most powerful muscle in the human body does a lot of work. By improving the functioning of the diaphragm, we can make stagnant blood move actively and thereby cure ourselves of many diseases.
To restore the skin's respiratory functions, we must use nudity and take air baths.
Skin breathing, healing and restoration of skin functions.

The purpose of these procedures is to enhance skin breathing. When we expose the skin, various waste products and poisons that are released with sweat are removed from its surface. And oxygen is absorbed into the skin, which destroys carbon monoxide produced by the body and turns everything into substances that are safe for humans. In this way, a person becomes protected from diseases and healthier.
The time of the procedure is best chosen just before sunrise or until about 10 am, or in the evening - about 9 pm. Physically weak people are recommended to choose a time at noon, when the air is warmer. The procedures should be carried out for 30 days in a row, then take a break for 3-4 days and repeat the 30-day treatment again. For recovery, it is necessary to carry out 3 such cycles.
If possible, expose your body outdoors or at least in a well-ventilated room with open windows, regardless of the weather. On the first day, perform six procedures, each of which consists of stripping and subsequent warming up in clothes.
1. Undress naked and sit on a chair or lie down naked for 20 seconds. Then dress a little warmer than necessary for the season to warm up, but do not allow overheating to the point of sweating, and remain dressed, sitting or lying down calmly for 60 seconds.
2. Undress again and remain naked for 30 seconds, dressed for 60 seconds.
3. Naked for 40 seconds, dressed for 60 seconds.
4. Naked for 50 seconds, dressed for 90 seconds.
5. Naked - 60 seconds, dressed - 90 seconds.
6. Naked - 70 seconds, dressed - 120 seconds.
You can do it differently: in order not to get dressed every time, simply move from a room with open windows to a warm room. In the following days, the number of procedures should be brought to ten, adding 10 seconds to the time of exposure with each procedure, so that by the tenth procedure the exposure time is 110 seconds, the warming time, starting from the sixth procedure, is maintained: 120 seconds.
When naked, you can rub different parts of the body or do physical exercises. In a dressed state, you should lie calmly, tightly clasping your palms over the solar plexus. After completing the entire procedure, lie down in a dressed state for 10 minutes with your palms and feet closed.
This procedure is performed 1 hour before meals and no earlier than 1 hour after a bath.
This technique not only enhances skin respiration, but also improves the excretory function of the skin. The skin removes harmful substances with sweat, through the sweat glands. Sweat glands secrete 600-900 grams of sweat per day, and sometimes, especially in hot weather, or with frequent drinking, or in conditions that increase sweating (excitement, fear, anger), up to 1400 grams.
Studies conducted to find out the causes of poor health or even fainting that occur as a result of a long stay in a crowded room have shown that the cause is not only a lack of oxygen, but also an increase in the content of toxic products of human body vapors in the room.
For the health of the body, all its cells must be healthy. And in order for the cells to be healthy, all toxins must be removed from them. Nature has provided several ways to remove toxins, including through sweat glands. Tens of thousands of years ago, when primitive man was forced to constantly be on the move to get food, all excretory systems worked at full capacity. Modern man is less mobile, and in addition, he is protected by clothing that often does not let air through. Therefore, a person carries all the poisons that should be excreted through the skin, poisoning his blood and cells. As a result, the circulatory and lymphatic systems work with overloads. Diseases begin from overloads. In addition to conducting purely therapeutic procedures, one should try to take off clothes in the open air as often as possible. Man was conceived by nature as a "machine" adapted to work in the open air. A plant that has grown without fresh air looks lifeless. The same can be said about a person. A person deprived of fresh air in sufficient quantities deprives himself of vitality, energy, and the powerful support of nature.
Treatment with nudity is a good way to enrich the blood with oxygen, to adjust the excretory and respiratory functions of the skin. However, keep in mind that treatment with nudity sometimes causes various reactions of the body - in some cases, a rash or itching may appear on the skin. But these are only temporary phenomena that indicate that toxic substances accumulated in the blood are actively removed through the skin. Most often, itching occurs in people who take a lot of medications. With the appearance of such itching or rash, in no case should you comb the skin and make any lotions or lubrication. You should wear underwear made of hygienic natural fabrics, change it more often and drink more water. To relieve itching, wipe the affected areas of the body with onion juice dissolved in water in a ratio of 1 part water to 1 part onion juice. Eat foods rich in potassium - dried apricots, raisins or their decoctions and infusions. Include more fresh raw vegetables in your diet.
Some other unpleasant symptoms may appear - stomach discomfort, etc. These phenomena are also temporary and indicate that the treatment has begun. Do not lose complete self-control, do physical exercises (jogging, "revitalization of capillaries", "sky by the river", "reed in the wind") practice water therapy methods.
