Hygienic requirements for horting

For representatives of combat horting, there are general basic provisions for hygienic provision of sports training.

1. It is necessary to select equipment, devices and exercises taking into account the age characteristics of those who are engaged.

2. During classes, it is necessary to provide insurance simultaneously on all equipment. It is better if it is performed by the teacher himself or his assistants from among the students (instead of mutual insurance).

3. Adhere to hygienic requirements for the structure, content and dosage of loads (see the section "Hygienic requirements for the structure, content and dosage of loads in one training").

4. To prevent injuries, appropriate technical training and training in coordination of movements are necessary. The ability to coordinate the shortening of individual muscle groups in space and time is very important.

5. The maximum temperatures for combat horting in the open air are approximately within ±25˚С, however, specific hygienic standards are determined by the local sanitary service. Wind significantly enhances the cooling effect of air, as it enhances heat transfer by convection. A strong headwind makes it difficult to exhale, a tailwind makes it difficult to inhale. Humidity at low temperatures enhances heat transfer, as humid air has a higher thermal conductivity than dry air, therefore the risk of hypothermia increases. Humidity at high temperatures makes evaporation difficult - the main way of heat transfer - and thus increases the risk of overheating. Heat transfer is difficult in places with limited air movement - forests, cities.

6. The correct organization and conduct of training sessions in combat horting is important (dosing of load, alternation of work and rest, daily routine, diet, use of recovery measures, etc.).

7. Anyone who decides to engage in combat horting, or anyone who systematically plays sports, should always remember that it is necessary to follow the rules of personal hygiene (see the section "Rules of personal hygiene").

8. Hardening plays an important role in the prevention of diseases in athletes.

9. A balanced diet and an optimal drinking regimen will help the athlete to regain strength faster and realize all his abilities.

10. After training in a combat horting club, it is imperative to carry out recovery measures: special exercises for active recreation, short-term massage and self-massage of tired muscles, water procedures, physiotherapy.

However, when applying hygiene measures, it is worth considering that certain types of training in combat horting have their own characteristics, which are associated with the conditions of competitions and training, sports equipment, etc.
