Developing students' interest in horting

This is the main pedagogical task, which is obvious and does not require proof.

The age of pupils in the initial training groups of combat horting is mainly from 5 to 7 years. At this age, personal motivation has not yet been formed, and children come to combat horting under the influence of parents, friends and other circumstances. During this period, excessive demandingness and rigidity, the desire to force the results of training at any cost, namely, such methods of raising a fighting spirit can repel a child who is not yet strong either physically or psychologically. First of all, it is necessary to form individual motivation, based on the psychophysical characteristics of the pupil, and then achieve the desire to regularly attend classes. Only after this can the demands be increased in achieving the results of physical and special training. The first combat horting classes should be easy. Then, as the body develops and strengthens, thanks to the repetition of movements, the practice of techniques with greater strength and power begins, and then physical endurance will increase. The state of body flexibility required in combat horting will also change, in particular when kicking. However, in addition to physical endurance and flexibility, a novice athlete will need an indomitable will. But along with the will that allows you to overcome physical challenges, you also need a love for combat horting. Young people like its competitive spirit in combat horting, children and older people are attracted by the basic basic technique and training duels. Female athletes find in combat horting plastic and gymnastic exercises and at the same time a method of self-defense that is appropriate for their physical data.

Education of general physical fitness and special motor skills

The solution to these tasks is achieved through a set of activities that at this stage are of a general health-improving nature with elements of combat horting specialization. For example, in order to develop general physical fitness, general developmental exercises on the spot and in motion, outdoor games, outdoor games with elements of combat horting in the grip, exercises for the formation of general coordination and flexibility, studying self-insurance techniques in case of falls are used. Special motor skills are formed using exercises corresponding to the stage of initial training. With the help of these exercises, skills are formed for performing special stances and body positions, movements that constitute the essence of strikes and defenses, simple throws with a small amplitude, various methods of grips, movements, principles of knocking the opponent off balance and principles of maintaining stability.

Education of primary skills of conducting a duel

The solution of this task is related to teaching a young athlete to use special motor skills in a training duel. Each of these skills underlies the actions that make up the simplest combat techniques, for example:

– movement avoidance and evasion of blows;

– performing defensive actions with the hands;

– moving in a fighting stance;

– performing blows with the hands and feet;

– fighting to capture the torso;

– knocking down and holding the opponent in a prone position.

The essence of the technique is to perform formalized exercises, the complexity of which increases in the process of learning from stage to stage.

Improving the skills obtained at the previous stage

The improvement stage is characterized by a more demanding attitude towards athletes in terms of achieving results and a conscious attitude towards classes on the part of the trainees themselves. This is due to an increase in the volume of physical activity and a significant expansion of the arsenal of motor skills, which, naturally, will require maximum concentration and perseverance from the trainees. Among the many tasks of this stage, each of which is important in its own way, it is necessary to highlight those that are considered important in terms of improving specialization. These are improving the skills obtained at the previous stage of training, developing special physical qualities and motor skills, and developing skills in conducting a sports duel.
This task is solved by systematically repeating technical and formative actions, basic and formal exercises, training duels of the previous stage, but with a different qualitative content. For example, technical and formative actions of such techniques as strikes and defenses with hands, kicks, movement in a fighting stance, knocking the opponent off balance, are performed not only taking into account compliance with the trajectory and nature of the movement, but also with the gradual filling of these movements with physical qualities, a semantic change in tempo-rhythmic characteristics. The same applies to basic and formal exercises, as well as training fights.

Formation of special physical qualities and motor skills

At the stage of improvement, skills are formed to perform actions that underlie effective combat horting techniques, which are throws and painful hand techniques. The training period program includes learning such throws as front and back kicks, front, back and side kicks, outside and inside hooks. Among the painful hand techniques, the levers outside and inside, the elbow knot, and the bend behind the back are highlighted. In terms of physical training, there is a clear division into general and special physical training. General physical training involves independent classes, which include health-improving running and swimming, functional gymnastics, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and personal hygiene. Special physical training is characterized by a systematic approach to the formation of coordination, flexibility, strength, speed, and endurance in the direction of the specialization of combat horting. In addition, basic and formal exercises of increased complexity are performed.

Formation of skills in conducting a sports fight

A sports duel should be understood as a training duel, which is held within the framework of qualifying exams for the level of combat horting in the mode of an improvised duel, but according to certain rules and with the aim of solving specific pedagogical tasks, as well as competitive duels. Preparation for such competitions is carried out by practicing special exercises and bringing the performance of these exercises to the level of sustainable experience. The stage of prospective profiling is a very important stage not only of the training period, but also of the entire multi-year cycle. At this stage, the qualities that characterize an instructor and master of combat horting are formed, an intellectual, moral and physical basis is created for the growth of skill at a different qualitative level. The thematic structure of the training program is significantly expanded, special attention is paid to the fundamental principles of conducting a real duel, instructor experience and experience in judging competitions are acquired. The main tasks of this stage are to improve the skills obtained at the previous stages of training, to increase the level of the most important aspects of physical fitness in the specialization of combat horting, to familiarize yourself with the principles of conducting competitive fights.

Increasing the level of physical fitness

At this stage, purposeful work on speed-strength qualities and the speed of complex motor reactions comes to the fore. To form speed-strength qualities, special exercises with unlimited loads and shock-type exercises are used. At the same time, special exercises are developed for each group of similar movements characteristic of combat horting. Typical exercises can also be used, but to increase efficiency. Complex motor reactions are a combination of a reaction to a moving object with a selection reaction caused by it. In order to improve these qualities, special gymnastics for the eyes, exercises for concentration of attention, and the ability to use tactical techniques and the ability to perform variable actions are used. The appropriate use of self-regulation methods that help relieve mental tension.

Introduction to competitive activity

The main characteristics that distinguish a training or sports duel from a real duel are the distance between the rivals at which they perform actions, the dynamic properties of the actions, the possibilities in choosing the means of conducting the duel and its ultimate goal. At this stage, ideas are given and the primary skills of conducting a competitive duel are formed. This is achieved by performing conditionally real duels in different tempo and power modes. The meaning of such duels is to perform conditioned actions, but with the maximum possible speed and power characteristics and at a real distance. As the skills of a competitive duel are improved, the degree of conditioning decreases, however, this leads to an increase in the possibility of injuries, even the most minimal. At this stage of training, the use of special protective equipment and special techniques is necessary.
