According to the International Program of the World Horting Federation, the activities of the combat horting club of an educational institution are regulated by a work plan that defines the goal, objectives, as well as the content, forms, means and methods of achieving the set goals. The planning of the club's work must comply with the principles of relevance, scientificity, perspective, expediency, systematicity, and consistency. The tasks set for the students of the combat horting club can be successfully solved only under the conditions of a specific definition of the goal of pedagogical activity and the prediction of real possibilities for its implementation.
The main document for the organization of educational work in the combat horting club is the annual plan of educational work, which is drawn up for the academic year and the health-improving period, approved by the pedagogical council of the collective, approved by the head of the club and agreed with the administration of the institution. The plan of educational work is carefully discussed with the deputy director of the institution for educational work.
The annual plan of educational work includes the following sections:
– analysis of educational work for the past year;
– tasks for the academic year and the health period;
– methodological and educational work with combat horting trainers and other pedagogical personnel;
– studying the state of students’ vital activity;
– educational and organizational and pedagogical work;
– the work of the combat horting methodological office, its educational focus;
– education of club members during the administrative and economic activities of the team.
Analysis of educational work for the past year. In this case, the results of the activities of all units of the combat horting club that carried out educational work are highlighted, specific conclusions are made regarding achievements, difficulties, shortcomings and the reasons for their occurrence, attention is focused on what the club members have actually become, whether they behaved decently at school and in the family, and what feedback about them comes from teachers and class teachers of the classes in which the club members study. It is possible to take as a practice the collection of feedback from class teachers in writing to improve the educational work in the further activity of the circle.
Tasks for the academic year and the health-improving period. These tasks are determined on the basis of an analysis of the work of the circle for the past year, taking into account the identified problems and needs of the educational institution. The number of key tasks that the team works on is determined by the educational institution and depends on the number of groups, work mode, etc. Their number can be three to four per year (one or two of them, provided for in the previous annual plan, are specified, expanded, the other two are new).
In the case of in-depth and versatile study by the teacher of one or two specific issues during the year, the number of tasks may be less. For example: on the formation of physical skills of pupils aged 10–11, or communicative and speech competence of pupils.
The following issues may be considered in educational conversations with students and pedagogical meetings:
– creating an environment of progress in health-improving activities with the participation of older and experienced students of the combat horting group;
– ways of creating a developmental environment in the combat horting group of the educational institution and the family;
– features of the communicative and speech activity of combat horting students (during classes or during breaks, in conditions of free communication with other students, with adults, during rest after combat horting classes, during game activities, in family conditions, etc.);
– effectiveness of the use of pedagogical technologies of physical culture and health-improving direction for the comprehensive physical development of students of the combat horting group;
– features of pedagogical influence and its effectiveness in relation to students with speech defects (age-related, physiological, pathological, as a result of pedagogical neglect), etc.
For a combat horting club of an educational institution with seasonal students, one-two-group, with short-term groups, the number of educational tasks may also be smaller - one or two educational tasks. All planned activities of the annual educational work plan of the combat horting club are subordinated to the specified tasks.
Methodical and educational work with trainers-teachers, combat horting instructors and other pedagogical staff.
When planning work with the trainers and instructors of the horting club, their preparedness should be taken into account (trainers of the first or higher category, masters of sports of Ukraine in combat horting, candidates for masters of sports of Ukraine in horting, masters of combat horting of international class or masters of combat horting of 1, 2, 3 master classes, young specialists, with teaching experience, without professional education, etc.).
This work is planned in the following areas:
– improving the pedagogical skills of combat horting instructors (as a rule, personal sports fitness, combat horting qualification level are taken into account), traditional forms of work aimed at information awareness, training, the ability to apply methods and techniques in practice in a variety of ways and effectively: educational and training and methodological seminars, seminars-workshops, roundtables, consultations, open demonstrations of various types of work with the participation of methodologists, etc.);
– improving professional creativity (non-traditional forms of conducting classes, various forms of educational work: demonstration performances in combat horting, master classes, club work, creative laboratories, etc.);
– self-education (exchange of experience, mutual visits, discussion of new pedagogical literature, etc.).
This section also determines the topics of meetings of the pedagogical council of the combat horting group (as a rule, 3–4 times a year), retraining and measures to improve the qualifications of trainers-teachers and pedagogical workers of the group are planned. Types of work with pedagogical staff of combat horting and their number are determined by the director of the educational institution.
In order to study and implement in practice the basic program of child development in the combat horting group, this section should provide for appropriate special preparatory forms of work with pedagogical and instructor staff of combat horting in advance and before the beginning of each academic year.
Study of the state of children's vital activity. The main areas of study of the work, their content, deadlines, forms of summing up, responsible persons, etc. are determined.
The study of the state of the organization of pupils' vital activity can be comprehensive, thematic, selective. Comprehensive study is a study of the state of life of pupils in a separate group or several groups of a circle in all spheres and lines of development. For example: the organization of life of young athletes 6–7 years old in the spheres: "People", "Nature", "Culture", "I myself". This allows for a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the state of work, to draw objective conclusions. Comprehensive study is planned as needed, but no more than once a year. With older boys of 14–15 years old, such educational areas can be envisaged as the ability to evaluate one's actions, a real assessment of one's skills in performing physical exercises, health-improving complex exercises, conducting training combat horting fights, the readiness of the pupil to stand up for a small child, understanding the purpose of combat horting skills and techniques to use them for good deeds, for self-defense and protection of one's family, understanding the importance of personal physical and moral training in order to become a worthy defender of the Fatherland, etc.
Thematic study is the study of individual issues in groups of the combat horting circle of the educational institution as a whole in accordance with the tasks set. For example: "Self-training of a young athlete at home", "Organization of work on the physical development of children 6–7 years old in the combat horting circle of the educational institution", "Artistic and aesthetic development of young athletes", etc. This is the most common form that allows you to determine the effectiveness of the activities of coaches and teachers in a certain line of development or sphere of life, to more deeply analyze the content, methods and techniques of working with young athletes, etc.
Selective study aims to verify the implementation of previous proposals, individual decisions, etc.
Educational and organizational and pedagogical work. Measures are envisaged for the interaction of the combat horting group with groups of educational institutions in other cities, towns, regions, with other institutions, organizations and combat horting clubs, etc. The forms of their interaction can be different: joint holding of events, recreational classes in combat horting and competitions (participation in competitions at the request of pupils), for combat horting instructors - joint holding of pedagogical meetings, consultations, parent meetings, collective reviews of work with children, joint holidays and entertainment, excursions, exchange of experience, etc. This section also includes work with parents: studying the experience of family upbringing, organization of a parent committee, parent council at the group, seminars for parents and trainings together with parents, educational pedagogical conversations, consultations, schools for young parents, etc. It is advisable to provide them with the requirements of the basic combat horting program, to provide recommendations on its use in family conditions.
General parent meetings are planned, if necessary, once or twice a year. A more effective form is group meetings held two or three times a year.
The work of the combat horting methodical office and its educational focus. If the director of the institution has provided the combat horting group with premises for a methodical office, then the trainer-teacher must establish the work of the methodical office for the purpose of training and educating the group members. The work of the office is aimed at creating a scientific and methodological center for trainer-teachers and parents. The pedagogical experience of the combat horting club employees of the educational institution and other institutions, domestic and foreign pedagogical experience, the development of methodological recommendations, planning samples, the generalization of materials on the study of the work of teachers, the provision and replenishment of the office with various materials (visual and didactic manuals on combat horting, scientific, educational and methodological, encyclopedic literature, toys, attributes, samples of combat horting sports equipment, audiovisual and educational video materials, etc.), if necessary, in order to improve educational work - the design of stands, wall newspapers, demonstration photo galleries of combat horting sports events, exhibitions, etc.
Education of combat horting club members during labor training and economic activity. Activities are planned aimed at labor education, instilling the qualities of love and respect for labor, creating a developmental living space for the child: cleaning and equipping the combat horting sports hall, walking, physical education grounds, physical education and music halls, medical, medical and preventive offices, rooms for specialized groups, cleaning, landscaping and landscaping the territory of the institution, possible assistance in repairing premises and furniture, auxiliary activities within the institution or by order of the administration of the educational institution, etc.
General principles of planning educational work. Separate plans are added to the annual plan of educational work: holding holidays, entertainment, theatrical performances, group work, medical events, etc. When drawing up the annual plan of educational work, it is necessary to take into account the type of educational institution (general development, sanatorium, special, combined, educational and educational complex) in which the combat horting group operates and the presence of narrow specialists, as well as specialized teachers. Considering that the annual educational plan is developed for the future, the teacher, on its basis, clarifies, specifies, supplements the tasks, types, forms of educational work quarterly (a special column for entries may be provided in the annual plan).
The work of combat horting trainers and teachers is regulated by a calendar plan, which is the main one, and can be drawn up for a month or 1–2 weeks, or 1 or several days, and can be approved by the director of the institution, taking into account the experience of the group, educators, awareness of the requirements of the combat horting program, etc.
The combat horting teacher is given the right to show creativity and initiative when planning, taking into account modern requirements for the development of pupils.
The principles of calendar planning are: consistency in presenting the material, clarity of the tasks set, compliance of the forms of work with the age and individual characteristics of pupils, a variety of types of health-improving, physical education and educational activities, etc.
The plan provides for types of children's activities both organized by a trainer-teacher and independent (self-education and training, productive work, artistic activities, games, communication, etc.); individual work with children (newcomers, those who often get sick, have various problems, etc.). In order to plan individual work, it is advisable to keep records of observations of the pupils of the circle.
In the calendar educational plans at the beginning of each month, a complex of morning gymnastics for two weeks (with a complication in the second week), hygienic gymnastics, work with parents, if necessary - other forms of work.
Planning educational work with students can be arbitrary (grid, text or combined) and be composed in different ways. For example:
– by spheres of life – the task of one of the spheres and all lines of development is implemented every day (the method of immersion in the topic); Friday, as a rule, is a day of generalization of skills;
– by regime moments, taking into account spheres of life and lines of development;
– by types of activity (health, training, game, labor, competitive, communicative, cognitive, motor, educational) taking into account all lines of development and content of spheres of life;
– by integrated blocks – tasks of physical culture and health, artistic and aesthetic, social and moral, speech development and others, are solved through all spheres of life. Separately, tasks and types of work on special training of combat horting athletes, physical culture are planned;
– according to the lines of development – each day one line of development dominates in interaction with others, taking into account the content of all spheres of life (immersion method), etc.
When planning educational work, it is worth using the block-thematic principle, since it is based on an integrated approach to organizing the life of athletes, ensures content integrity, systematicity, consistency, complication and repetition of the program material of the combat horting circle. We warn against irrational planning, when preference is given to one sphere of life or line of development for any long period (week, month), for example, only training loads and everything that does not provide a holistic, systemic approach to the life of pupils.
The combat horting trainer is the educator of the group members and has the freedom to choose a more effective, convenient model and form of planning educational work.
A mandatory condition in planning educational work with students is the participation of all the trainers-teachers of the group in preparing the plan of activities and submitting it for approval by the administration of the educational institution. Educational work is a common matter of the entire pedagogical team of the combat horting group.
The work of physical education instructors, music directors, art educators and other pedagogical workers is planned separately for each combat horting group in the younger age groups of students. These plans are coordinated with the work plans of the deputy director of the institution for educational work.
To facilitate calendar educational planning for trainers-teachers of the combat horting club, especially when implementing the Combat Horting Qualification Program for students, it is worth creating creative groups from among representatives of the methodological service of various levels, combat horting trainers-instructors, teachers-methodologists, educators and other pedagogical workers to draw up educational long-term plans (for a year, half a year, a quarter, a month). Educational long-term plans are developed, as a rule, in the form of grids.
The basis of teaching combat horting techniques should be a scientifically sound program and teaching methodology. Educational work in combat horting is not a short-term action designed to quickly achieve a formal result, but a long-term, consistent and daily process of forming those qualities in a person that should characterize him as a master of combat horting. The essence of this is that it is impossible to quickly achieve mastery in combat horting by forced methods of training physical qualities and motor skills. It is possible to prepare a student for sports competitions quite quickly, in 2–3 years, and even achieve successful results. This is possible if the student has extraordinary physical abilities and the correct organization of the preparation process for specific competitions, but this is something different from the comprehensive education of a person.
Speaking of the sport of combat horting, we mean only external successes, behind which sometimes the principle of deep knowledge of martial arts is hidden. The concept of "master" in combat horting is determined not only by the ability to perform predetermined movements with hands and feet, to perform throws, but primarily by real practical experience and intellectual maturity. In one case, this is a professional specialist, a teacher. In another case, an athlete, in fact, is a biomechanism that acts in accordance with a given program, which follows from the rules of the competition. Practical experience and maturity come only with years as a result of many years of professional activity. In the process of training and education, it is important to adhere to the sequence in studying the elements of combat horting, in the need to move forward in stages, from simple to complex. Any attempt to step over the stages of training and get ahead of time means to underachieve. Such methods of mastery do not add, but create many problems for the future, since each stage is logically and methodically connected with the previous and subsequent stages.
It is necessary from the first days of training to accustom students to daily and systematic work on themselves within the framework of the program of the corresponding level of training. Daily work is necessary in order to accustom the student to professional discipline and self-analysis, as well as to firmly consolidate the motor skills that are natural for a person and on which all the movements of combat horting are based. It is necessary to have clarity of purpose and clarity of task setting. The essence is that the teacher must clearly imagine the ultimate goal of training and what he would like to see each of his students as. In addition, the tasks must be clearly defined, with the help of which he intends to achieve the set goal, since without setting the tasks it is impossible to choose the means and methods with which the teacher will influence the student, achieving the set goal. Without a clear idea of the purpose of combat horting, the entire training process will be transformed from moving forward into stomping on the spot within the same forms. Only in the case of a clear definition of goals, tasks, means and methods can one count on pedagogical success and growth of skill not only in capable students, but also in students with average and even low initial data.
The teacher should think about the need for harmonious education of students. The degree of development of skill in combat horting largely depends on the state of a person's intellect, on his ability to comprehend both individual movements and the process of physical development as a whole, and the moral basis that forms the motivation for practicing combat horting gives humanitarian meaning to this activity. From the first days of training, the process of forming physical qualities and motor skills should be combined with the education of students in matters of morality and morality, as well as in matters of the theory of the subject. At the same time, the material on the specified topics should be presented in a volume and form that are accessible for understanding. The content of theoretical and practical material is determined by the training program developed for each stage of training, where important educational aspects are methodically linked. The idea that the physical, intellectual and moral aspects of the student's personality must be formed simultaneously and equally, in practice means the following. The teacher should not approach the process of transferring knowledge formally, limiting himself only to physical training, but at each lesson, at each meeting with students, consider the theoretical aspects of this activity, taking into account the level of students necessary for understanding the topic, and show the humanitarian side of combat horting. For example, when working with a group of initial training, it is necessary not only to achieve the correct execution of a simple action, but also to tell how the parts of the body that participate in the formation of this action are correctly called, what beneficial effect these exercises have on the human body. It is very important that each lesson touches on a topic that reveals the moral side of combat horting as a means of protecting people from any manifestations of evil and injustice in everyday life.
