Working with parents of horting club students

Upbringing in the family is the primary basis for the development of a child as a person. Article 59 of the Law of Ukraine “On Education” places responsibility on parents for the physical health and mental state of children, the creation of appropriate conditions for the development of their natural abilities. Keeping their children until adulthood is a constitutional duty of every citizen of Ukraine. A significant role in the upbringing of the club members of the educational institution should be attributed to the joint actions of the combat horting instructor and the family, the effectiveness of which depends on the peculiarities of organizing work with parents in a modern combat horting club.

The main tasks of the work of the combat horting club of the educational institution with the family are:

– promotion of pedagogical knowledge of combat horting in order to increase the pedagogical literacy of parents and their interest in the good health of their pupils;

– organization of activities aimed at mastering by parents the system of skills necessary for organizing the pupil’s physical culture and health activities at home;

– humanization of the content and forms of work with the family and relationships – instructors-parents.

Parents and trainers-teachers of combat horting should become partners, active participants in the great creative process of raising children, which will allow to realize the educational goal of the combat horting group. In the conditions of socio-economic, political instability and spiritual crisis of society, which has recently developed in our country, the role of combat horting groups and other forms of extracurricular work in preventing crime, drug addiction, smoking, drunkenness, preventing child neglect, vagrancy, begging has significantly increased. To overcome the crisis of children's development, spiritual decay, and prevent teenage prostitution, it is necessary to disseminate preventive physical education and health knowledge (sports, medical, moral, and legal), create conditions for consolidating attitudes toward achieving good health and interest in continuing to practice the sport of combat horting, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, conducting individual preventive work with club members who have behavioral abnormalities or use narcotic substances, selecting new psychological and pedagogical approaches, and seeking advice from psychologists.

From childhood, it is necessary to lay the foundation for future knowledge and behavior, to form harmonious relationships between club members of both sexes, qualities that determine the necessary attitude and ability to build correct relationships with persons of the opposite sex in a combat horting club, the ability to resist such forms of relationships that cause sexual perversions and crimes, and to prepare for family life. In a combat horting club, it is worth creating information corners where you can post messages, information, announcements of general content from the club's life, information about the results of recreational activities and competitions (if students participated in them), achievements of the best students and other special information, excerpts from the club's work plan. It is advisable to indicate the contact numbers of combat horting trainers, instructors, addresses, working hours of adolescent doctors who serve the combat horting group and will advise on the specifics of combat horting classes, the peculiarities of the female and male body at different age periods, the impact of bad habits, early and promiscuous sex, pregnancy symptoms, signs of sexually transmitted diseases, AIDS, the working hours of child psychologists, social educators who will identify the causes of deviations in the behavior of students attending classes, the telephone numbers and working hours of social adaptation centers, lawyers who can advise both parents and students, and familiarize with the measures of responsibility for offenses provided for by current legislation. A special place among modern combat horting groups in Ukraine is occupied by a group in a rural educational institution, which has its own specific conditions for organizing the educational process and life in general. It is a cultural center in the village, a center for preserving the national health, martial and cultural traditions of our people, Ukrainian folklore, folk holidays, rituals, customs, folk crafts, an organizer of the intellectual and cultural life of the village, educational work among children and adults. The educational process of the combat horting circle of a rural educational institution is closely connected with the life of the rural community. A combat horting trainer-teacher is an active public figure, a bearer of the spirituality of the national sport of Ukraine, a model of intelligentsia.
When interacting with a combat horting trainer, students are not immediately able to listen, understand, and follow his instructions, instructions, and requirements. Therefore, the teacher, like parents, resorts to personal participation in children's affairs, helps, encourages during recreational combat horting classes, in games, and in everyday moments, takes into account the peculiarities of the psychological state of students during the period of getting used to new conditions, the group team, rules, and norms, and makes certain concessions to students. Thus, the image of the trainer-teacher softens, becomes similar to the image of parents, which facilitates the establishment of contacts, eliminates excessive shyness and isolation, and relieves children's tension and fears of the expected difficulties and physical exertion during classes. At the same time, it is important to maintain the position of the trainer-teacher and parents as authoritative, experienced senior comrades who teach and educate, whose advice should be listened to, whose requirements should be fulfilled. This will prepare the children for future relationships with adults.

It is important to teach parents how to properly interact with children who are involved in a combat horting group. Pedagogization of families takes place through advisory and recommendation work (open physical education and health classes and training, parent meetings, oral and written consultations, conversations, workshops, trainings, etc.), lecture and educational work (parent lectures, comprehensive, conferences, pedagogical readings), advisory activities, involvement of parents in the educational process ("Show performances of the combat horting group", "Open classes", "Open days", participation in the preparation and conduct of health-improving events and competitions, educational and cognitive seminars on combat horting, general and personal sports and state holidays, entertainment, individual classes, in equipping the pedagogical process and arranging sports facilities, territory together with children and trainers-teachers).

The timeliness and success of the development of combat horting students depends on the parents' awareness of the importance of the correct choice of available forms of school education, good teaching and the care, activity, and competence of the institution's management and local authorities, which are primarily responsible for covering all children with extracurricular activities, including the work of clubs in the national sport of combat horting.
