The family for each child is a place of mastering life social experience and character formation. Here it finds examples to follow and here its social formation takes place. And if we want to raise a morally healthy generation, then we must solve the problem of raising a child in the family.
The main task of the combat horting sports section in an educational institution on the problem of raising young athletes is to organize a system of work of the combat horting trainer-teacher with parents.
The purpose of this work is to help the young athlete become a confident mature personality who can find his place in modern society, understand and accept universal human values. The combat horting sports section is designed to help the family in raising children and the main role in this task is assigned to the trainer-teacher. Therefore, the effectiveness of educational work depends on the teacher's relationship with parents, his ability to cooperate with the family, rely on its help and support.
This is painstaking daily work and its forms and methods are diverse. These include parent meetings, group and individual conversations, promotion of combat horting knowledge, demonstration performances of the best athletes of the section in front of parents, consultations, open training, pedagogical workshops, "round tables", home visits, involvement in competitions and direct work with children. However, a combat horting trainer-teacher must understand that the diversity of forms and methods does not always ensure the success of the work.
The main and main task of a combat horting instructor, as a teacher, is to make the family his ally, like-minded, to create a democratic style of relations. For this, the instructor must have great patience and tact. Sometimes it is much more difficult to work with parents than with children.
Not only adults, but also modern children, and especially novice athletes, demand respect for themselves. Sometimes we take a child's desire to defend their own opinion for impudence and bad manners. Over time, misunderstanding, dislike, insults, injustice (in the child's perception) leave negative consequences. Respect and sincere love combined with the pedagogical skill of a combat horting instructor are the key to training a high-class athlete, upbringing and development of the personality. The trainer-teacher and parents need to approach each student with optimistic faith in the positive that is in him, that can be developed, help the child believe in himself, reveal his individuality both in training and in competitive activities, and in general understand the path and meaning of self-improvement throughout his future life.
This difficult task can be accomplished only with a relationship of complete trust and sincerity between the trainer-teacher and parents. Such relationships lay the foundation for proper upbringing, form self-confident children who love themselves and the world, and attend combat horting classes with pleasure.
The purpose of the instructor's work as a methodologist: based on the analysis of the methodological work activities in the National Federation of Combat Horting of Ukraine (NFBHU) and personal experience in working with the family, to determine the conditions for cooperation between parents and the sports section of combat horting in the matter of upbringing based on a single pedagogical position and mutual understanding of the common goal.
Tasks:
– study the literature on this topic;
– study the documentation available in the institution;
– outline the prospects for the work of the methodological direction and the exchange of information with the family.
Having analyzed all the points of view on this issue and the situation in the combat horting section, the instructor will be able to influence the attitude of parents to the formation of healthy relationships in the team and build positive interaction with them in the matter of educating athletes.
Interaction with parents is one of the most important areas of socio-pedagogical activity of the team of the combat horting section. Interaction allows the trainer-teacher to more fully reveal the abilities of children, to use their creative potential more widely, to combine educational efforts on a targeted integrated basis.
