Responsibilities of a horting instructor regarding the organization of work with parents

The job responsibilities of a horting instructor of a sports section regarding the organization of work with parents can be determined in accordance with the list of indicative job responsibilities of a teacher-organizer of a general educational institution, according to which he liaises with parents in working with children's associations and organizations:

- coordinates the activities of children's and youth organizations in school and outside it, provides assistance in organizing their work, cooperates with student self-government bodies;

- provides assistance in conducting organizational, mass and cultural and educational work in children's and youth organizations, organizing children's leisure and recreation at their place of residence;

- promotes the introduction of the best folk traditions, customs, rituals, holidays, fostering respect for the native language, native dance, song, music;

- organizes student associations and charitable events aimed at fostering mercy, kindness, humanity and humanity;

- involves children and adolescents in work in circles, sections, clubs, societies in the interests of the school, in extracurricular institutions, at the place of residence. Pays special attention to children prone to delinquency, from disadvantaged families;

- participates in the organization of summer recreation for schoolchildren: in the creation of various types of health camps, involving in them primarily orphans, half-orphans, children from large, low-income, disadvantaged families;

- pays special attention to the development and satisfaction of interests, the organization of leisure of younger schoolchildren, pupils of extended day groups;

- studies new forms and methods of educational work, uses them creatively in their work;

- provides assistance to class teachers, educators in conducting cultural and educational work with students, promotes the meaningful organization of recreation and leisure.
