Educational hour for students of the horting club on the topic "Traffic Rules"

Purpose:
1. To continue to acquaint children with the rules of the road and safe behavior on the streets and roads.
2. To develop cognitive interest, broaden the horizons of children in the field of knowledge of traffic rules.
3. To cultivate a sense of collectivism, rivalry, and to form practical skills in some traffic rules.

Note: to make the lesson dynamic and emotional, the group is divided into four teams. Whoever scores the most points is the winner.
Team results are summed up by the sum of the points scored by each team at all stations. Five points is the highest score.
A commander is chosen. Before the start of the game, coupons should be prepared. At the beginning of the game, commanders receive coupons in the control room in order of turn. Commanders are given riddles. Having guessed them, they choose the type of transport on which they will travel.

The game “Traffic light”
(A traffic light is installed in front of the players). When the presenter turns on the green light, the guys slowly begin to stomp their feet as if they are walking. When the yellow light is on, the guys clap their hands. There should be silence when the light is red.

Station “Traffic light”

Answer: You can’t. A yellow signal prohibits pedestrians.

Answer: A two-color traffic light has a red silhouette of pedestrians at the top and a green silhouette of pedestrians or the inscriptions "Stop", "Go" at the bottom.

"Red - green"
At his choice, the presenter shows the team a red or green circle. Red means: show prohibition signs, green - permitted.

"The most clever"
• What do a bridge and a sidewalk have in common?
Answer: a sidewalk and a sidewalk are a road for traffic.
• What is the difference?
Answer: paving stones - for transport, a sidewalk - for pedestrians.
• What is a railroad crossing?
Answer: the intersection of a road and a railway.
• Where should you carry a stroller or sled?
Answer: on the sidewalk, on the right side.
General question: how should you get around the type of transport you were traveling on?

“Regulator”
The regulator shows the main permissive and prohibitive pedestrian traffic signals, and the teams perform the movement according to them.

“Smart pedestrian”
A traffic light is attached to the board. Each player on the team must hit a small ball into the circles of the traffic light from a distance of 3-5 meters. When the ball hits the green circle of the traffic light, the participant walks along the conditional roadway, in red - stays in place, in yellow - throws one more time to get into the red or green circle. The goal of each team is to pass as much of the roadway as possible.

"Cross the street"
The task of the participants is to cross the street without any conditional losses. If the judge shows red, you need to take a step back, green - forward, yellow - stay in place. Whoever makes a mistake is eliminated from the game.
