One participant from each team stands opposite their team with the ball at a distance of 2 meters. At the signal, the participant begins to pass the ball to the players of their team. The 1st player, having caught the ball, passes it again to the participant, then sits down, etc. After the last player has returned the ball, the team members quickly rise and the participant standing opposite raises his hands with the ball up.
2nd relay. "Hold the ball"
In this relay, two people run. Two participants stand facing each other, and hold the ball between their bellies, placing their hands on each other's shoulders. This is how, unusually, holding the ball, you need to run to the line and return back, passing the ball to the next pair. Whoever copes with the task faster with the fewest mistakes wins.
3rd relay. “Rolling the ball”
At the signal, each participant must roll the ball with his foot to the target and back, passing the ball with his foot to the next player, and he himself becomes the end of the column.
4th relay “Frog on the hunt”
Each participant is a frog. The ball is a mosquito (prey). You know that frogs prefer a mosquito or a fly for lunch. But for this, in order for the hunt to be successful, it needs to get out of the water and overcome a certain path to find prey. The frog moves in jumps (demonstration). The 1st participant crouches at the signal and jumps like a frog to the target. It is necessary to jump, turn to face the team. The next participant standing behind the start line throws him the ball.
5th relay. “Stamping the ball on the foot”
2 participants are selected from each team. Participants first 1st, then 2nd knock out a basketball on the left or right foot. The ball can be caught once by each participant's hands and continue. Whoever scores more points for the team without dropping the ball. If the ball falls, the participant stops the game.
6th relay. “Rope Jump”
Each team member runs with a rope to the goal (one rotation of the rope for each running step, and then runs back and passes the rope to the next player.
7th relay. “Unsatisfactory”
One team member is selected. The selected team members must show as many types of jumps over the rope as possible in 40 seconds (5 times each type). If a participant gets lost, this type is not counted and is not repeated.
8th relay. “Guess”
At the signal, the first participants run to the goal, burst a balloon containing 3 riddles and carry them to the teams. The team captains take turns reading the riddles, the presenter counts to 5, the team must name the answer. The team that correctly and quickly names the answer wins.

9th relay. "Hockey with a ball"
At the signal, each player needs to run between the hoops with a stick and return in this way.
10th relay. "Everyone home"
The 1st participant from each team, jumping over a rope (for each running step, 1 rotation of the rope), runs to the goal and returns to his column, takes the 2nd participant and they run together, holding on to the rope, they turn around and take the third one, etc. The team that returns to the starting line with all the team members the fastest wins.
