The origins and history of Combat horting in the world
Combat horting is a national professional and applied sport of Ukraine. This is a high and responsible purpose. Its creation at the beginning of the 21st century can be considered the time of the introduction in 2008 in Ukraine and abroad by the founder of horting, Eduard Yeremenko, of a new name for the sports community, invented by him, “Horting”, competition rules and a system of training athletes, which had not been used in the world before.
Then, the official recognition of horting as a sport took place by order with a significant number - Order No. 3000 of the Ministry of Ukraine for Family, Youth and Sports on the Independence Day of Ukraine dated August 21, 2009. In this historic order, the Ministry recommended the founder of horting, E. A. Yeremenko, to develop by August 20, 2011: a program for the development of the sport in Ukraine for 4 years; relevant proposals for sports classification; rules for conducting and judging competitions in the sport; methodological recommendations for conducting and judging competitions; holding all-Ukrainian competitions, implementing measures for the further development of the sport in Ukraine.
In early 2015, Eduard Yeremenko announced his promising intentions to establish not just a martial art, but a sport that will become national in Ukraine in the future, and in January 2015 he published his book - a methodological manual "Horting - the National Sport of Ukraine", which later became known to martial arts specialists not only in Ukraine, but also throughout the world.
The book became the winner, taking first place at the All-Ukrainian Competition of Scientific Developments of Ukraine of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine in 2015, which was held in Kyiv, as a result of which the author of the manual was awarded the gold medal of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the VI International Exhibition "Modern Educational Institutions - 2015". The winning book received the official stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine “Approved for use in general education institutions”, letter of the IITZO of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 14.1/12–G–184 dated 05/24/2013).
The establishment of combat horting. The idea of the emergence of combat horting, as a comprehensive system of self-improvement of the personality and training of Ukrainian soldiers, based on physical, moral-ethical and spiritual education, is associated with the revival of ancient folk traditions that were passed down from generation to generation.
The Ukrainian modern children's and youth sports and applied system "Combat Horting", which in a short time of existence has taken on a mass character and gained popularity among children and youth, as well as general distribution among the population on the territory of Ukraine, received state support, and later reformed into a national professional and applied sport of military personnel and law enforcement officers of our state, is today developed and supported by the entire Ukrainian public.
The development of the rules of the combat horting competition, as well as its qualification system, was aimed at the exclusively natural invention of self-defense techniques and martial arts techniques, initiated by an outstanding athlete, multiple world and European champion in martial arts, international-class master of sports of Ukraine, Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports of Ukraine, Honored Coach of Ukraine Eduard Anatolyevich Eremenko - a graduate of the Dnipropetrovsk State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports, Department of Boxing, Wrestling and Weightlifting, 1995 (head of the department and coach - Honored Master of Sports of the USSR, two-time Olympic boxing medalist V. G. Savchenko) and the Institute of Educational Problems of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, born in the city of Kamyansky (city of Dniprodzerzhynsk) of the Dnipropetrovsk region on the lands of the Dnieper region, where from time immemorial rich folk martial, cultural and health-improving traditions of the Ukrainian Cossacks of the Zaporozhian army.
During E. A. Eremenko's studies at the Faculty of Law of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, he had the opportunity to study with an outstanding historian-researcher, head of the Department of History of Ukraine, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Volodymyr Ivanovych Serhiychuk, who provided historical research materials on the physical training and military training methods of the Zaporozhian Cossacks, in particular the historical heritage of the Dnieper region, on whose lands ethnic descendants of courageous and perfect ancestors, representatives of the Cossacks, whose traditions are laid at the basis of the emergence and existence of free Cossack lands, the spiritual and power center of which for several centuries was the Zaporozhian Sich (Khortytsia Island and the surrounding lands of the Dnieper region).
An in-depth study of this topic of glorious Ukrainian history led to the provision of both the name of the sport and a widespread arsenal of techniques for use in the self-improvement system and sports fights of combat horting.
The development of combat horting in Ukraine. Planning the development of combat horting in Ukraine in early summer 2019, an initiative group of coaches and athletes from different regions of Ukraine supported the idea of their coach and mentor Eduard Yeremenko to establish a national professional and applied sport of Ukraine - combat horting. After that, the establishment and official registration with state bodies of regional and local organizations of combat horting in many settlements of Ukraine began.
On June 5, 2019, the first registered combat horting organization in Ukraine and the first officially registered regional combat horting federation in Ukraine appeared - Zaporizhzhia Regional Federation of Combat Horting (EDRPOU code 43094029), and this is very symbolic, because the historical sacred place of the Zaporizhzhia Sich, the largest island on the Dnieper River "Khortytsia Island" is located there. The head of this organization was a student and follower of Eduard Eremenko, a resident of Zaporizhzhia, a graduate of the Department of Physical Education of Zaporizhzhia National University, a famous athlete and martial arts master Sviridov Andriy Petrovich. The first vice-president of the organization was Yuriy Mykolayovych Penkov, a member of the presidium of the future National Federation of Combat Horting of Ukraine, founder and president of the Zaporizhzhia City Federation of Combat Horting - the first registered city federation of combat horting in Ukraine, who was the initiator of the establishment of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Federation.
June 5, 2019 - INTERNATIONAL DAY OF COMBAT HORTING, as a result of the official registration by the Main Territorial Department of Justice in Zaporizhia region of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of a legal entity, the world's first combat horting organization - the Public Organization "Zaporizhzhya Regional Federation of Combat Horting", the official date of birth on the Zaporizhia land of the national professional and applied sport of Ukraine - combat horting - can be considered the date - 05.06.2019.
On June 8, 2019, literally three days after the registration of the Zaporizhia organization, the Lviv Regional Federation of Combat Horting (EDRPOU code 43098971) was registered in Lviv - the second registered combat horting organization in Ukraine, as well as the second officially registered regional federation of combat horting in Ukraine, which was founded and headed by a teacher by profession, a resident of the city. Lviv Kravchuk Andriy Ivanovych.
On September 16, 2019 (the date of issuance of the state registration certificate), the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Federation of Combat Horting (EDRPOU code 38894351) was registered in the city of Dnipro, the president of which was Serhiy Antonovich Baburnych, a Master of Sports of Ukraine, a resident of the city of Dnipro, a graduate with honors from the Pridneprovsk State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports. This is the third combat horting organization registered in Ukraine, which was born in Ukraine, as well as the third regional federation of combat horting officially registered in Ukraine.
On September 27, 2019, the Kirovohrad Regional Federation of Combat Horting (EDRPOU code 43254173) was registered in the city of Kropyvnytskyi, the president of which was a resident of the city of Kropyvnytskyi, a participant in the ATO and a veteran of the 3rd separate special purpose regiment named after Prince Svyatoslav Khorobry, Master of Sports of Ukraine, Valery Valeriyovych Vekhtiev.
On September 30, 2019, the first city federation of combat horting was officially registered in Ukraine - the Zaporizhzhia City Federation of Combat horting (EDRPOU code 42376706), the president of which was a famous martial arts master who conducts training in the Khortytskyi district of the city of Zaporizhzhia, where the island of Khortytsia is located - the cradle of the Ukrainian Cossacks, a resident of the city of Zaporizhzhia, a judge of the international category, Yuriy Mykolayovych Penkov.
On September 30, 2019, at a meeting of the Laboratory of Physical Development and Healthy Lifestyle of the Institute of Educational Problems of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine (minutes No. 9 dated September 30, 2019), a discussion and final determination of the topic of the dissertation research for the degree of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences of Eduard Anatolyovich Eremenko took place in the following formulation: "Theoretical and methodological principles of physical culture education and the foundations of students' health in the process of practicing combat horting." The applicant's scientific consultant is Academician, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor, Director of the Institute of Educational Problems of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine Bekh Ivan Dmytrovych.
On September 30, 2019, the Cherkasy Regional Federation of Combat Horting (EDRPOU code 43257347) was registered in the city of Cherkasy, the president of which was a resident of the city of Cherkasy, a black belt in combat horting, a national category judge Voznyuk Mykhailo Grigorovich.
On October 11, 2019, the Dnipro City Federation of Combat Horting (EDRPOU code 38752346) was registered in the city of Dnipro. This is the second officially registered city federation of combat horting in Ukraine, the head of which was Andriy Volodymyrovych Trubka, a participant in international seminars on martial arts, a black belt in combat horting, a resident of the city of Dnipro, and received an extract from the state registration.
October 23, 2019 in the scientific journal of the M. P. Dragomanov National Pedagogical University. Series 15. Scientific and pedagogical problems of physical culture /Physical culture and sports/. Issue 10 (118) 19 saw the first scientific mention of combat horting and the first publication of a scientific article by E. A. Eremenko on the subject of combat horting "Education of physical culture and the basics of health of students in the process of combat horting classes."
On November 4, 2019, another significant event in the development of combat horting in Ukraine took place, when the Kyiv City Federation of Combat Horting (EDRPOU code 38777842) was officially registered in the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv. This is the third officially registered city federation of combat horting in Ukraine, the president of which was a resident of Kyiv, at that time an ambulance doctor at the Kyiv City Hospital (a graduate of the O. O. Bogomolets National Medical University by his first higher education), an international judge, a master of sports of Ukraine, a graduate of the M. P. Dragomanov National Pedagogical University by his second education, a trainer and head of the combat horting club at secondary comprehensive school No. 3 of the Podilskyi district of Kyiv, Ruslan Valeriyovych Kiblitsky.
On November 4, 2019, the Volyn Regional Federation of Combat Horting was founded and registered in Lutsk (EDRPOU code 41013985), the head of which was Serhiy Viktorovych Pyatikov, a resident of Lutsk, a graduate of the Department of Physical Education of the Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Cherkasy National University, a well-known martial arts master, black belt holder, international judge, and Master of Sports of Ukraine, became and received an extract from the state registration.
In early November 2019, professional designer Svitlana Volodymyrivna Eresova, a trainer by profession, a graduate of the Department of Horting and Rehabilitation of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Special Physical and Combat Training and Rehabilitation of the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, developed the official emblem of the National Federation of Combat Horting of Ukraine, the registration of which is planned after the general meeting of representatives.
On November 5, 2019, the Kyiv Combat Horting Club “Borets” (EDRPOU code 43331760) was founded and registered in the Dniprovsky district of Kyiv. This is the first officially registered combat horting club in Ukraine. Its leader was the physical education teacher of secondary comprehensive school No. 99 in Kyiv, Master of Sports of Ukraine, national category judge Blyznyuk Oleksandr Vasylyovych.
On November 9–10, 2019, in Irpen, Kyiv region, on the basis of the Department of Special Disciplines and Organization of Professional Training of the Faculty of Training, Retraining and Advanced Training of Tax Police Employees of the State Fiscal Service University of Ukraine, Eduard Eremenko is holding the First All-Ukrainian Combat Horting Forum.
The event was attended by well-known coaches, athletes, scientists and sports specialists from the cities of Kyiv, Irpen, Brovary, Vasylkiv, Luben, Lutsk, Zaporizhia, Energodar, Berdyansk, Rivne, Klevan, Lviv, Dnipro, Pokrov, Kryvyi Rih, Odessa, Uzhgorod, Cherkasy, Kropyvnytskyi, Oleksandria, Novomyrhorod, Gostomel, Bucha, Oleksandrivka, Dergachi, Kharkiv, Uman, as well as several district and village centers of combat horting in Ukraine.
At the first all-Ukrainian combat horting forum, during a meeting of representatives, Eduard Yeremenko was elected by open vote as the president of the future National Combat Horting Federation of Ukraine, which was planned to be registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, and the first calendar of combat horting sports events in Ukraine was formed.
Following the forum, the heads of the specialized boards and areas of the federation were elected: head of the certification board – Eduard Eremenko (Kyiv), head of the judging board – Valery Rybalko (Odessa), head of the disciplinary board – Valery Vekhtiev (Kropyvnytskyi), head of the scientific and methodological board – Zoya Dikhtyarenko (Irpin), head of the educational and sports board – Anatoliy Rebryna (Khmelnytskyi), head of the military-applied direction – Serhiy Poltoratskyi (Kyiv), head of the law enforcement direction – Borys Shapovalov (Kyiv). The forum also saw the first presentation of black belts in combat horting by Eduard Eremenko in Ukraine.
The first black belts were awarded to: Oleksandr Grechany (Kyiv), Serhiy Baburnych (Dnipro), Ruslan Kiblitskyi (Kyiv), Valery Rybalko (Odessa), Yuriy Penkov (Zaporizhzhya), Mykhailo Voznyuk (Cherkasy), Valery Vekhtiev (Kropyvnytskyi), Andriy Kravchuk (Lviv), Mykhailo Kutskir (Uzhgorod), Denys Mirchev (Berdyansk), Ivan Ilnytskyi (Kyiv), Andriy Stepaniuk (Rivne), Oleksiy Mytrofanov (Kryvyi Rih), Larysa Grechana (Kyiv), Halyna Naydyon-Ilnytska (Kyiv), Anatoliy Zhhut (Fastiv), Lidia Yatsenko (Kyiv), Taras Mischenko (Pokrov), Vadym Malinkin (Irpin), Maksym Andrusenko (Cherkasy), Vadym Nikolaev (Kyiv), Andriy Trubka (Dnipro).
On November 18, 2019, the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Federation of Combat Horting was registered in Ivano-Frankivsk (EDRPOU code 43352864), the president of which was an employee of the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, a national category judge, Master of Sports of Ukraine Demchuk Serhiy Romanovych.
On November 21, 2019, the scientific journal of the M. P. Dragomanov National Pedagogical University. Series 15. Scientific and pedagogical problems of physical culture /Physical culture and sports/. Issue 11 (119) 19 published the second scientific article by E. A. Eremenko on the topic of combat horting “The importance of physical culture values and the foundations of health for students and cadets engaged in combat horting”.
On November 21, 2019, the Kharkiv Regional Federation of Combat Horting was registered in Kharkiv (EDRPOU code 43360456), the president of which was Ruslan Vadymovich Zub, a resident of Dergachi district of Kharkiv region, a trainer by profession, a graduate of the Department of Horting and Rehabilitation of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Special Physical and Combat Training and Rehabilitation of the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, and a participant in the ATO.
On November 22, 2019, the second officially registered combat horting club in Ukraine, as well as the first combat horting club in the Kyiv region, appeared in the village of Vyshcha Dubechnya, Vyshgorod district, Kyiv region - the Kyiv Regional Sports Club of Combat Horting "VOLYA" (EDRPOU code 43363572), the founder and president of which was the holder of a black belt in combat horting, a trainer by profession, a graduate of the Department of Horting and Rehabilitation of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Special Physical and Combat Training and Rehabilitation of the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, Doroshenko Maksym Mykolayovych.
On November 23, 2019, the first combat horting sports competitions among children and young men in Ukraine were held at the sports base of primary school No. 344 in Kyiv, in which 65 athletes from different sections of combat horting in Kyiv took part. The chief judge of the competition was the physical education teacher-methodologist of the Kyiv Engineering Gymnasium, Master of Sports of Ukraine, holder of a black belt in combat horting, Grechany Oleksandr Mykolayovych. Combat horting coaches were present: Ilnytsky Ivan Romanovych, Nikolayev Vadim Volodymyrovych, Doroshenko Maksym Mykolayovych, Grechana Larisa Oleksandrivna.
On November 24, 2019, the day after the first competition in Kyiv, the second combat horting sports competition in Ukraine was held in Zaporizhia at the city sports and recreation complex, the First Open Championship of Zaporizhia in Combat horting was held, in which 96 athletes from three cities of Zaporizhia region took part: Zaporizhia, Molochansk, Energodar. The teams of athletes were represented by: Zaporizhzhia – Yuriy Penkov, Molochansk – Artem Zinoviev, Energodar – Andriy Shyshko. In the overall team standings, the first place was taken by the Zaporizhzhia team (“Olympians”), 2nd place – Molochansk, 3rd place – Energodar.
On November 26, 2019, the Transcarpathian Regional Federation of Combat Horting (EDRPOU code 43366725) was registered in Uzhgorod, with Mykhailo Semenovych Kutskir as its president.
On November 28, 2019, the founder of combat horting, Eduard Yeremenko, was awarded the Honorary Title “Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports of Ukraine” (Decree of the President of Ukraine dated November 28, 2019 No. 868/2019, certificate: PZ No. 017988).
On December 10, 2019, the Energodar City Federation of Combat Horting (EDRPOU code – 43398935) was registered in the city of Energodar, Zaporizhia region, with Andriy Petrovych Shyshko as its president.
On December 12, 2019, Eduard Yeremenko introduced into the general secondary education system of Ukraine a combat horting curriculum for students in grades 1–11 of general secondary education institutions, which received the stamp “Approved for use in general educational institutions” by the Fatherland Defense Commission of the Scientific and Methodological Council on Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (letter of the State Scientific Institution “Institute for Modernization of Educational Content” of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated December 12, 2019 No. 22.1/12-G-1143).
On December 14, 2019, the first certification seminar of the Kyiv City Federation of Combat horting and exams for belts in combat horting were held in Kyiv under the leadership of Ruslan Valeriyovych Kiblitsky. Black belts in combat horting were awarded to coaches from Kyiv: Samokha Ivan, Samokha Denis, Blyznyuk Oleksandr, Kassem Leyla.
On December 17, 2019, the Vyshgorod City Federation of Combat Horting (EDRPOU code – 43412535) was officially registered in the city of Vyshgorod, Kyiv region, with Doroshenko Mykyta Maksymovych as its president.
On December 18, 2019, the Ternopil Regional Federation of Combat Horting (EDRPOU code – 43414658) was registered in the city of Ternopil, with Artem Pavlovych Sybilov, a resident of Ternopil, a teacher by profession, and Master of Sports of Ukraine, as its president.
On December 21, 2019, the Rivne Regional Federation of Combat Horting (EDRPOU code 43423421) was registered in the city of Rivne, with Stepanyuk Andriy Volodymyrovych as its president.
On December 23, 2019, at a meeting of the Department of Special Disciplines and Organization of Professional Training of the Faculty of Training, Retraining and Advanced Training of Tax Police Employees of the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine (minutes No. 12 dated 12/23/2019), a decision was made to introduce into the educational process for cadets and students the academic discipline "Combat Horting" for the preparation of applicants for higher education of the first (bachelor's level) full-time form of study, field of knowledge 26 "Civil Security", specialty 262 "Law Enforcement Activities" specializations: "Operational and Tactical Support of Law Enforcement Activities", "Criminal Analysis", the author of the work program of which was the associate professor of the department, candidate of pedagogical sciences Badyora Serhiy Mykolayovych.
On January 23, 2020, the first district federation of combat horting in Ukraine was registered in the city of Novomyrhorod, Kirovohrad region - Novomyrhorod District Federation of Combat Horting (EDRPOU code - 43466376), the founder and president of which was the famous martial arts master, national category judge Babenko Oleksandr Grigorovich.
On January 25-26, 2020, the First All-Ukrainian Judges' Seminar on Combat Horting was held in Odessa (seminar leader - Valery Bronislavovych Rybalko, Odessa), which was attended by 50 judges from Kyiv, Kyiv, Odessa, Zakarpattia, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia and Kirovohrad regions.
On January 28, 2020, in the town of In Onufriyivka, Kirovohrad region, the second district federation of combat horting in Ukraine was registered - Onufriyivka District Federation of Combat Horting (EDRPOU code - 43466376), the founder and president of which was a member of the presidium of the Kirovohrad Regional Federation of Combat Horting, national category judge Goga Volodymyr Ivanovich.
On January 30, 2020, the official birth of combat horting took place, as the Main Territorial Department of Justice in Kyiv of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine officially registered the Public Union “National Combat Horting Federation of Ukraine” in Kyiv. Registration number in the Unified Register 1506518. EDRPOU code – 43479233. Name in a foreign language: “NATIONAL COMBAT HORTING FEDERATION OF UKRAINE”. Location: 02081, Kyiv, Darnytskyi district, ul. Dniprovska naberezhna, 19. Founders: Public organization “Dnipropetrovsk Regional Combat Horting Federation”; Public organization “Kyiv City Combat Horting Federation”; Limited Liability Company “Legal Force” Ri Group”. According to the statute, the National Federation of Combat Horting of Ukraine is a voluntary association created to exercise and protect the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, to satisfy public, in particular, economic, social, cultural, educational and other interests of its members and/or other persons. The activities of the federation are of a public nature, which is manifested in its interaction with state authorities, local governments, enterprises, institutions, organizations of various forms of ownership, establishing partnerships with other public associations, movements, foundations registered in Ukraine or abroad, citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and/or stateless persons.
The main goal of the National Federation of Combat Horting of Ukraine is to promote the development of combat horting as a sport and educational system, popularize and enhance the role of physical culture and sports, improve health, achieve high sports results, popularize a healthy lifestyle, educate moral and ethical, strong-willed and intellectual abilities of people, jointly implement and protect the legitimate social, economic, educational, cultural, sports and other interests of its members.
The main areas of activity of the National Federation of Combat Horting of Ukraine are: organization of events for the development and popularization of combat horting, including festivals, competitions, gatherings, conferences; organization and holding of sports competitions, coaching and judging courses, certification seminars, training camps, camps, schools, gatherings; promotion of the development of interethnic and international relations, support and provision of cultural exchange, study of the history, culture and traditions of nations and peoples; promotion of physical health of citizens, organization of meaningful leisure and health associations for children, adolescents, youth and adults; creation of favorable conditions for revealing the creative potential of children and young men, provision of material and financial support to talented youth; physical, patriotic, moral and ethical, ecological, cultural education of citizens; holding excursions around the native land, promotion of sports and family tourism and recreation; holding conferences, forums, meetings, conferences, assemblies, "round tables", seminars to unite the efforts of citizens aimed at achieving their statutory goals.
On February 1, 2020, the First Kirovograd Open Regional Tournament in Combat Horting "Warrior Cup" was held in the Novomyrhorod settlement of the Kirovograd region among children, younger boys, boys, older boys, cadets, juniors and adults, organized by the President of the Novomyrhorod District Federation of Combat Horting, Babenko Oleksandr Grigorovich.
On February 7, 2020, the National Federation of Combat Horting of Ukraine concluded its first agreement on joint activities with the Department of Special Disciplines and Organization of Professional Training of the Faculty of Training, Retraining and Advanced Training of Tax Police Employees of the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine (Agreement No. 1 dated 02/07/2020). The first agreement was signed by: the President of the Federation Eduard Anatolyevich Yeremenko and the Head of the Department, Candidate of Law, Lieutenant Colonel of the Tax Police, participant in combat operations, Master of Sports of Ukraine Viktor Leonidovich Hryshchuk. On the same day, February 7, 2020, the Federation concluded Agreement No. 2 directly with the Faculty of Training, Retraining and Advanced Training of Tax Police Employees of the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, which was signed by the Vice-Rector of the University for Training of Tax Police Personnel - Head of the Faculty, Candidate of Law, Colonel of the Tax Police, participant in combat operations Vasyl Vasilyovich Chmelyuk.
On February 11, 2020, the Kyiv Regional Combat Horting Federation (EDRPOU code 43504442) was registered in the city of Vyshgorod, Kyiv region, and its president was Serhiy Anatoliyovych Karasevich, a resident of Kyiv, a physical education teacher at secondary school No. 169 in Kyiv, vice-president of the National Combat Horting Federation of Ukraine, and an international judge.
On February 15, 2020, the first calendar combat horting competition of the National Combat Horting Federation of Ukraine was held in Uzhgorod at the Transcarpathian Regional Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity "Padiyun" - the All-Ukrainian Combat Horting Competition in Honor of the Soldiers Who Died During the War in Afghanistan in 1979–1989. The competitions were attended by children aged 6–7, younger boys aged 8–9, boys aged 10–11, older boys aged 12–13, cadets aged 14–15, juniors aged 16–17 and adults aged 18 and older, a total of 160 participants from 9 regions of Ukraine.
February 21, 2020, at the initiative of the head of the scientific and methodological board of the National Federation of Combat Horting of Ukraine, candidate of pedagogical sciences, master of sports of Ukraine Dikhtyarenko Zoya Mykhailivna in the scientific journal of the National Pedagogical University named after M. P. Dragomanov. Series 15. Scientific and pedagogical problems of physical culture /Physical culture and sports/. Issue 2 (122) 20 saw the publication of a scientific article by the team of authors of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Special Physical and Combat Training and Rehabilitation of the State Financial Service of Ukraine University Malynsky I. Y., Dikhtyarenko Z. M., Chaplygin V. P., Khomenko V. O., Kotsiuba S. Yu. on the topic of combat horting “The influence of combat horting training on the prevention of psychophysiological stress of schoolchildren and students, cadets”.
On February 22, 2020, in the city of Rivne, at the initiative of the president of the Rivne Regional Federation of Combat horting Stepanyuk Andriy Volodymyrovych, the first ever certification seminar on combat horting was held under the leadership of Eduard Yeremenko, the first Rivne regional seminar, which was attended by coaches and athletes from the city of Rivne and Rivne district, Klevan and Orzhiv. Special certificates-honors of the national federation were received by the instructors: Yuriy Shukalyuk (Klevan), Mykhailo Drychyk (Rivne)
On February 22, 2020, the Berdyansk TV channel of Zaporizhzhia region and the global You Tube network will air the program “My Profession – Trainer”, which tells about the famous combat horting trainer in Berdyansk, master and black belt holder Mirchev Denis Volodymyrovych, as well as about the combat horting sport born in Ukraine.
On March 7, 2020, the second combat horting seminar was held in Kyiv at the comprehensive school No. 3 of the Podilskyi district under the leadership of Eduard Yeremenko, the first combat horting seminar in the Kyiv region for instructors from Kyiv and the Kyiv region. New instructors from the city of Kyiv, as well as Fastiv, Boryspil, Vyshgorod, Brovary, Irpin, Vyshcha Dubechna, Vyshgorod, Boryspil and Baryshiv districts of the Kyiv region received certificates for the right to teach combat horting. Special certificates-honors of the national federation were received by the instructors: Oleksandr Gursky (Boryspil), Mykyta Doroshenko (Vyshgorod), Vadym Malinkin (Irpin), Oleksandr Grechany (Kyiv), Anatoliy Zhgut (Fastiv), Mykhailo Shapoval (Vyshcha Dubechnya).
The development of combat horting in the world. On February 27, 2020, the World Combat Horting Federation (EDRPOU code 43536500) was registered in Ukraine, with Eduard Anatolyevich Eremenko elected as its president and Vitaliy Valerievich Plekhanov as its first vice-president. From this moment on, combat horting is being developed in the international sports community by the World Combat Horting Federation, which was founded in Ukraine and registered in the city of Drohobych, Lviv region, with its head office in the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv.
It is an international organization of physical culture and sports that develops and cultivates combat horting in the world classification of mixed martial arts and professional martial arts. The main goal of the federation is to implement a comprehensive program to popularize combat horting as an independent sport in the international arena. The International Rules of Combat Horting Competitions include several separate, diverse sections of the competition, the main of which is “Hand-to-hand combat”, which allows you to cover the entire natural arsenal of techniques included in the sports competition program.
The calendar of the World Combat Horting Federation includes official international competitions for both adults and young men, cadets, juniors and youth: the World Championship, the World Cup, the European Championship, the European Cup, open international tournaments.
The popularity of combat horting in different countries of the world is gradually growing. The countries in which this sport is developing most dynamically are: Ukraine, Latvia, Slovakia, Poland, Moldova, Belarus. The Latvian Combat Horting Federation has already been officially registered by the Ministry of Justice of Latvia in Daugavpils, the president of which is a Latvian citizen, a well-known sports organizer in the country, Dmitry Kabakov. This work on the registration of combat horting federations in other countries is just beginning. In particular, in our country, the planning of international combat horting sporting events is carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
Currently, the Ukrainian school of combat horting is considered the strongest in the world. It is developing thanks to the holding of international conferences, educational and training seminars, the programs of which include issues of organizing and holding international competitions, increasing the efficiency of the training process, refereeing practice, improving the qualification level and skills of combat horting athletes.
Thus, we have examined the origins, history of the formation and development of combat horting, and we managed to find out that to create his martial art and implement it in different countries of the world, a citizen of Ukraine, Eduard Eremenko, used the knowledge gained in the process of many years of training and personal competitive experience at European and world championships.
But, being a modern specialist in martial arts, military and sports science, the founder of combat horting carefully studied modern reformist ideas of high-level sports and largely modernized this knowledge. First, he made combat horting an object of public domain, opening the doors of his martial art to everyone. Secondly, E. A. Eremenko introduced a philosophical component into combat horting, thereby putting it on a par with the leading martial arts in the world.
Practically all leaders of combat horting schools consider this martial art also as an applied system of self-defense, because combat horting combines traditional methods of studying combat techniques with an effective system of physical and spiritual education, which inevitably led to progress and development of the business.
Thus, combat horting is a representative of a new direction in complex mixed martial arts and a professional and applied sport in the world. However, the wide arsenal of permitted fighting techniques significantly distinguishes this sport from others due to the developed rules of the competition, which were not previously used in the world.
This sports invention attracts athletes from many other martial arts to the combat horting competitions, which determines the mass participation of participants in combat horting sports events. The World Combat Horting Federation advocates open constructive cooperation with everyone who has an interest in the development of combat horting in the international arena.
Combat horting continues to actively develop and implement its advanced methods of training high-class athletes who are able to adequately defend the sporting honor of Ukraine in the international arena. Currently, our country is experiencing a rapid revival of the nation's combat and cultural traditions. In addition to purely sporting activities, the National Combat Horting Federation of Ukraine promotes the formation of cultural centers in various regions of Ukraine to recreate the combat customs and spiritual values of previous generations.
Public and scientific interest in the history of Ukrainian culture, methods of training qualified warriors - defenders of Ukraine, has now revived, and this is natural. The combat and cultural memory of the people, nation, country, which is promoted and developed by the combat horting system, is the first and necessary condition for the self-movement of Ukrainian society, in which the younger generation has to learn from older warriors to worthily defend their land by all possible means.
