Safety rules during combat horting classes apply to all participants in the educational process without exception during the organization and conduct of classes (in lessons, in combat horting clubs, physical education groups and sports sections for general physical training with elements of combat horting). The causes of injuries and damage during classes can be: poorly conducted warm-up, defects in the technique of performing techniques, methodological errors of the instructor, etc.
In order to prevent injuries and damage during classes, basic safety requirements are observed.
1. At the beginning of each training session, a general and special warm-up is performed to warm up the muscles and prepare the body for the main work.
2. Before starting each physical exercise, the movement structure of this exercise is studied in detail.
3. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the methodology for teaching the technical actions of the combat horting program.
