Physical education of athletes through horting

Physical culture is a type of culture, the content of which is optimal motor activity, built on the basis of material and spiritual values, specially created in society for the physical improvement of people.

The physical culture of combat horting athletes is a socially determined area of general human culture, which represents a qualitative, systemic, dynamic state, which is characterized by a certain level of special education, physical perfection, motivational and value orientations and socio-spiritual values, acquired as a result of upbringing and integrated in physical education and sports activities, lifestyle culture, spirituality and psychophysical health.

Physical culture is one of the main types of human culture itself, the specificity of which lies mainly in the fact that this type of culture is profiled in the direction that leads to the optimization of the physical condition and development of a person in unity with his mental development on the basis of rationalization and effective use of his own motor activity in combination with other cultural values.

The theory and methodology of combat horting proceeds from the basic provisions of human physical culture and is based on its concepts. At the same time, it has specific terms and concepts that reflect its essence, goals, objectives, content, as well as means, methods and guiding principles. The main and most general is the concept of "physical culture". As a type of culture, it represents a huge area of creative activity in the general social plan to create people's physical readiness for life (health promotion, development of physical abilities and motor skills). In the personal plan, physical culture is a measure and method of comprehensive physical development of a person.

The humanitarian significance of physical culture for combat horting athletes involves achieving the integrity of knowledge about man, understanding the importance of human values in the modern world, awareness of one's place in culture, development of cultural self-awareness, abilities and opportunities for transformative cultural activity. It manifests itself through the harmonization of the spiritual and physical forces of the individual, the formation of such universal human values as health, physical culture, increased working capacity, physical perfection, good health, etc.

Physical culture of combat horting athletes is aimed at the development of a holistic personality, its ability and readiness to fully realize its essential forces in a healthy and productive lifestyle, professional activity, in building the necessary socio-cultural comfortable environment.

The values of physical culture in the educational process of combat horting must be considered as a set of values of objective and subjective forms of physical culture. The value attitude of combat horting athletes to their physical culture is an integration of more private relations: the relationship of the individual to various forms and means of physical culture and includes axiological, intellectual, emotional and activity components.

Today, it is impossible to find a single sphere of human activity that is not related to physical culture, since physical culture and sport are generally recognized material and spiritual values of society as a whole and of each person separately. It is no coincidence that in recent years, combat horting has increasingly been discussed not only as an independent social phenomenon, but also as a system for acquiring stable personal qualities.

The phenomenon of physical culture of combat horting athletes is currently being actively studied by specialists of the National Combat Horting Federation of Ukraine. The physical culture of a combat horting athlete as a phenomenon of general culture is unique. It is precisely it that is a natural bridge that allows you to connect the social and biological in human development. Moreover, it is the very first and basic type of culture that is formed in a person. Physical culture with its inherent dualism can significantly affect the state of the body, psyche, status of a combat horting athlete and his sporting achievements.
Historically, physical culture was formed primarily under the influence of the practical needs of society in the full-fledged physical preparation of the younger generation and the adult population for work. Physical culture is a special and independent branch of culture. It arose and developed simultaneously with general human culture, is its living, organic part. Culture never lost touch with physical culture in the course of its historical development, and the latter always relied in its development on the achievements of culture (science, philosophy, morality, etc.).

Physical culture arose in the depths of general culture in the process of historical development of human society. Already at the first stages of its existence, humanity was forced to accumulate experience in methods, techniques, means of mastering nature, the environment, improve production and tools. This experience must be passed on to the younger generation. Training, education arise. In the early stages of primitive society, education was predominantly physical.

In the course of the historical process of cultural development, physical culture is transformed into an independent area of socially necessary activity. The development of spiritual culture (philosophy, science, theory of education), material culture (culture of material production, its processes and products), as well as the complication and aggravation of social relations in the process of development of society determine the development of physical culture. Gradually, in its depths, physical education, sports and physical recreation are formed and then stand out into independent parts (components).

Along with this, the means of physical culture are also formed. The first of them, which a person consciously began to construct on the basis of his labor practice, were physical exercises in the form of natural movements (running, jumping, throwing, etc.). They appeared as part of games, dances, entertainment. At the same time, as the systems of education and upbringing were formed, physical culture became a basic factor in the formation of motor skills and abilities.

A qualitatively new stage of understanding the essence of physical culture is associated with its influence on the spiritual sphere of man as an effective means of intellectual, moral, aesthetic education. There is no particular need to prove the enormous influence of physical exercises on the biological essence of man: on his health, physical development, morphofunctional structures, but its influence on the development of spirituality requires special explanations and evidence.

An important argument in favor of the importance of physical culture for the comprehensive development of man can be the understanding of the value potential of this phenomenon. Physical culture is a part of the culture of society, which is an integration of various types of human activity and their results, aimed at improving man, and which exists in two main forms:

objective, in the form of real objects, in the products of spiritual labor, in the system of social norms and institutions, in the totality of people's relations to nature, among themselves and to themselves;

subjective, in the form of a person's activity abilities and opportunities to master this subject wealth.

As for the professional and applied sport of combat horting, the main specific feature of professional physical culture is its application, based on the natural and biological prerequisites of "training transfer", and consists in the formation of those needs and abilities, the development of that social experience and social values that have the greatest practical significance for the individual, preparation for work. Combat horting in this sense is very specific and often acts as a section of professional and applied training of military personnel, police officers, security guards, etc.
Health in the hierarchy of values of a combat horting athlete

The process of preserving and reproducing health is directly dependent on the level of culture of a combat horting athlete. The level of his culture reflects the degree of awareness and attitude of the athlete to himself. Culture manifests an active way of mastering the external and internal world by a combat horting athlete, its formation and development. Culture implies not only a certain system of knowledge about health, but also appropriate behavior regarding its preservation and strengthening, based on moral principles.

Health is a natural, absolute and everyday life value that occupies the top rung on the hierarchical ladder of values of a combat horting athlete, as well as in the system of such categories of his human existence as interests and ideals, harmony, beauty, meaning and happiness of life, creative work, program and rhythm of life. As the well-being of the population increases, and its natural primary needs (for food, shelter, etc.) are met, the relative value of health will continue to grow.

Three levels of health value for a combat horting athlete can be distinguished:

biological - initial health, which assumes self-regulation of the body, harmony of physiological processes and maximum adaptation;

social - health as a measure of social activity, an athlete's active attitude to the world;

personal (psychological) - health as a denial of illness in the sense of overcoming it,

According to scientific research conducted by the National Combat Horting Federation of Ukraine in 2020, there are athletes who believe that health is the most important thing in life; There are athletes who believe that health is a necessary condition for a full life, that is, they consider health to be one of the most important and necessary values of life, some people express the opinion that there are other values that are also important for health, and a certain small number of people who did not play sports believed that there are values for which one can sacrifice health, and the smallest number of respondents answered that it is better to live satisfying needs and not thinking about health.

Health, being a qualitative characteristic of a person, contributes to the achievement of many other needs and goals. It was found that the value of health as a means of achieving other life goals is more important for respondents than the value of health as a means of living the longest and most fulfilling life at all stages. These two characteristics of health as a social value are in contradiction with each other.

Of course, the contradiction between achieving material well-being and the need to be healthy is resolved on the way to improving the objective living conditions of combat horting athletes. But no less important are one's own attitudes and stereotypes regarding the real attitude to one's health as an incurable value. These facts allow us to conclude that practical combat horting classes, as a means of physical education, do not guarantee the automatic preservation and strengthening of athletes' health. It is provided by many components of the lifestyle, among which a large place belongs to regular combat horting classes, as well as health-improving factors.

From all that has been said, we can conclude: a healthy lifestyle is a holistic, logically interconnected, thoughtful and planned system of human behavior, which he adheres to not under compulsion, but with pleasure and which, in his opinion, will give positive results in preserving and strengthening health. It should be noted that the main components of a healthy lifestyle are general in nature, and have a number of specific directions related to age problems.

It should be noted that a healthy lifestyle is a dynamic system of human behavior, based on deep knowledge of various factors affecting their health, and the choice of a behavior algorithm, maximally ensuring the preservation and strengthening of health, and constant adjustment of one's behavior taking into account the acquired experience and age characteristics.

The essence of such behavior is by no means fanatical adherence to some set of healthy lifestyle principles. Naturally, restructuring one's behavior always requires additional efforts, but everything should be done with pleasure. There should be enough pleasure from the efforts expended so that the efforts do not turn out to be in vain. In order for the created system of a healthy lifestyle to be attractive, it is necessary to see the ultimate goal of efforts.
A healthy lifestyle is a system of human behavior to achieve well-being for oneself, family and state. A healthy lifestyle is a purely individual system of behavior, and each person must make the choice of this path for themselves. Helping combat horting athletes to realize this responsibility is another direction in health education, another potential that is not sufficiently used.

Athletes need knowledge about health and a healthy lifestyle. And we must give them this knowledge and teach them to use it. It is necessary to teach them to have a clearly formulated goal in life and to have psychological stability in various life situations. They must know the forms of their behavior that contribute to the preservation and strengthening of health.

The coach must help develop a positive attitude towards life in combat horting athletes, teach them to be the master of their own lives, develop a sense of self-esteem in them. And all this is part of the content of a healthy lifestyle. And as soon as athletes realize this, understand the correctness of this path, then it will be easy for them to follow these rules, relying on the knowledge they have gained. It is necessary to be optimistic, moving along the path of health improvement, set achievable goals, do not dramatize failures and rejoice in their successes.

One of the important and fundamental factors when choosing a profession is also health.

Health is a state of the body in which the functions of all its organs and systems are in dynamic equilibrium with the external environment. Health is based on the processes of development and preservation of physiological, psychological and social functions. Physical health is the most important component of any success. This is an important characteristic of productive forces, as well as a public asset that has material and spiritual value. After all, it is not for nothing that politicians, teachers, psychologists talk so much about the physical and moral state of the nation.

The decrease in the body's ability to adapt to normal conditions and stimuli is accompanied by the development of functional and structural changes not characteristic of a healthy body - diseases.

Disease is a violation of the normal activity of the body under the influence of damage that disrupts the dynamic balance between the body and the environment. There is no clear line between health and disease, but there are various transitional forms and states that take into account the individual (genetic) characteristics of the body, age, gender, level of physical development and other conditions. Absolute health and absolute disease are unthinkable. The disease manifests itself and develops when the level of health decreases to a certain limit.

From this it is clear how important it is, starting from a very early age, to cultivate an active attitude towards one's own health, an understanding that health is the greatest value given to man by nature. A healthy lifestyle is formed by all aspects and manifestations of society associated with the personal and motivational embodiment of a person's social, psychological and physiological capabilities and abilities. All subsequent activities that contribute to or hinder the disclosure of the potential of the individual depend on how successfully the principles and skills of a healthy lifestyle are formed and consolidated in the mind at a young age.

A person's life depends on the state of health of the organism and the extent of the use of its psychophysiological potential. All aspects of human life in a wide range of social existence - production and labor, socio-economic, political, family and household, spiritual, health, educational - are ultimately determined by the level of health.

There are different approaches to defining the concept of "health", which can be classified as follows:

1) health is the absence of diseases;

2) "health" and "norm" are identical concepts;

3) health as a unity of morphological psycho-emotional and socio-economic constants.

The commonality of these definitions is that health is understood as something opposite to disease, different from it, as a synonym for the norm. Therefore, the concept of "health" can be defined as follows: health is a normal psychosomatic state of a person, reflecting his complete physical, mental and social well-being and ensuring the full performance of labor, social and biological functions.
What substantive characteristics are used when considering the issue of health? The most widespread at present is the functional approach. Its feature lies in the ability of a person to perform his inherent biological and social functions, in particular, to perform socially useful labor activities. Their loss is the most common and most significant for a person, family, and society social consequence of human diseases.

Structure and motives of physical culture in the combat horting system

In this structure, the physical culture of combat horting athletes is a complex systemic formation. All the elements presented in it are closely interconnected, complement and condition each other.

Knowledge and intellectual abilities of combat horting athletes determine:

the horizons of the individual, the hierarchy of his assessments, values, and results of activity;

motives that characterize the orientation of the individual, stimulate and mobilize him to show activity in the field of combat horting;

value orientations that express the totality of the individual's relationship to physical culture in life, professional and creative-active activity;

needs that are the main motivating and concentrating force of the individual's behavior in the field of combat horting;

physical perfection, which implies such a level of health, physical development, psychophysical and physical capabilities of the individual, which form the foundation of his active, transformative, socially significant, physical culture and sports activity and life activity in general;

socio-spiritual values that determine the general cultural and specific development of the culture of a combat horting athlete;

physical culture and sports activity that reflects value orientations and needs characterizes the physical activity of the individual.

Physical culture of combat horting athletes is implemented in such forms (components) as:

physical education (associated with the development of the physical and spiritual forces of athletes);

sport (associated with the improvement of the physical and spiritual forces of athletes);

physical recreation (associated with the maintenance of the physical and spiritual forces of athletes);

motor rehabilitation (associated with the restoration of the physical and spiritual forces of athletes).

The internal content of each of them is a combination of intellectual, socio-psychological and motor components, as well as a certain system of needs, abilities, activity of relationships and institutions. This determines the specificity of each component of the athlete's physical culture, where the prevailing moment will be the inspiration of the physical.

The active part of the physical culture of an athlete engaged in combat horting is represented by the process of his physical education.

Physical education of combat horting athletes is a pedagogical process aimed at forming a healthy, physically and spiritually perfect, morally stable younger generation, strengthening health, increasing working capacity, creative longevity and prolonging human life.

Physical education is a certain type of educational process, the specificity of which is to teach motor acts and manage the development and improvement of a person's physical qualities. However, this definition does not reflect the completeness of the entire process of physical education and considers only its activity component, while the cognitive and emotional-value components are essential in it.

Physical education of combat horting athletes is a process aimed not only at teaching movements, developing physical qualities, but also at mastering special knowledge by athletes and forming in them a conscious need for combat horting classes. Physical education of combat horting athletes is also a pedagogically ordered process of directed use of factors of a sport, which includes teaching motor actions, as a result of which motor skills, abilities and related knowledge are formed, education of individual physical qualities and related motor abilities, promotion on this basis of formation and development of personality properties.

Thus, the idea of physical education of combat horting athletes reflects not only its applied nature, but also the issue of socialization of the personality, its intellectual, psychological, spiritual and creative development and longevity. It is this understanding of physical education of athletes by means of combat horting that makes it possible to put the formation of physical culture of the personality as the leading setting in this process.

The central system-forming factor that unites all components of physical culture of combat horting athletes is physical culture (physical education) activity aimed at physical improvement of a person.
Emotional and value attitude to physical activity is not formed spontaneously and is not inherited, it is acquired by the athlete in the process of the activity itself (directly in the process of practicing combat horting) and effectively develops with the development of knowledge and creative experience, with the manifestation of initiative and activity in a true pedagogical process. Endurance, strength, speed, a high level of functional preparedness of the body and its working capacity can be acquired only by using the effect of a purposeful organizational process of adapting the body to physical exertion of a certain content, volume and sufficient (reasonable) intensity, which is the result and indicator of the physical culture of a combat horting athlete.

Components of the physical culture of a combat horting athlete

Combat horting is a part of physical culture based on the use of competitive activity and preparation for it. In combat horting, the athlete seeks to expand the boundaries of his capabilities. This is a huge world of emotions, a popular spectacle, in which there is a complex process of interpersonal relations. It clearly shows the desire for victory, achieving high results, which require the mobilization of physical, mental and moral qualities of a person.

Physical education of combat horting athletes is a pedagogically organized process of developing physical qualities, learning motor actions and forming special knowledge. The goal of physical education is to educate physically perfect people, comprehensively physically prepared for creative work and defending the Motherland. Physical education is included in the education and upbringing system, starting with preschool institutions.

Professional and applied physical culture (PPPC) creates the prerequisites for the successful mastery of a particular profession by a high school student or student. The content and composition of PPPC means are determined by the characteristics of the labor process.

Health and rehabilitation physical culture. It is associated with the targeted use of physical exercises as a means of treating diseases and restoring body functions that are impaired or lost due to diseases, injuries, overwork and other reasons. Its variety is therapeutic physical culture (LFK).

Background types of physical culture. These include hygienic physical culture, included in the framework of everyday life (morning exercises, walks, other physical exercises in the daytime, not associated with significant loads), and recreational physical culture, the means of which are used in the mode of active recreation (tourism, physical culture and health entertainment).

The following are used as means of physical culture for combat horting athletes:

physical exercises;

natural forces of nature (sun, air, water);

hygienic factors (personal hygiene, daily routine, diet, etc.).

Physical culture is by its nature a mass phenomenon that involves the majority of members of society in its sphere of influence, albeit with varying degrees of activity.

Sports. Humanity consciously came to engage in sports - a specific socially organized form and area of comparison of physical and intellectual abilities and preparedness of an individual or team, approved by the social community, in which activities are aimed at achieving results through training and participation in specific (sports) competitions. Sports are included in physical culture, but only in the part directly related to motor actions.

Thus, physical culture and sports are one of the types of human activity aimed at the physical improvement of both the human population as a whole and each individual person, which has a health-improving, educational, political and socio-economic impact on the social development of mankind. A person as a personality is formed in the process of social life: in learning, work, communication with people. Physical culture and sports contribute to the formation of a comprehensively developed personality.

During training sessions, training, and especially during sports competitions, combat horting athletes endure great physical and moral stress: the rapidly changing environment, the opponent's resistance, the dependence of the outcome of sports competitions on the efforts of each team member (the result in the team standings), the ability to subordinate one's interests to the interests of the team, strict adherence to certain rules of sports competitions, and respectful attitude towards the opponent contribute to the formation of such character traits in them as willpower, courage, purposefulness, self-control, determination, self-confidence, endurance, and discipline.
In combat horting classes, young people gain knowledge about rational ways to perform motor actions, use the acquired skills of an applied nature in life, learn the rules of hardening the body, mandatory hygiene requirements. As a result of training, observation, attention, perception develop, and the level of mental stability increases.

The health-improving and preventive effect of mass combat horting is inextricably linked with increased physical activity, strengthening the functions of the musculoskeletal system, and activating metabolism. No matter how perfect medicine is, it cannot save everyone from all diseases. From an early age, it is necessary to lead an active lifestyle, harden, engage in combat horting, observe the rules of personal hygiene, in short, to achieve true harmony of health in reasonable ways.

According to health professionals and scientists of the National Federation of Combat Horting of Ukraine, the health of each athlete depends on his lifestyle by 50%. Training methods also play an important role in this regard. Risk factors for health impairment are lack of movement, unbalanced nutrition, smoking, alcohol and drug use, infectious diseases, lack of sleep and lack of proper rest. Increasing physical activity, being the main component of regular combat horting classes, has a positive effect on preserving and strengthening health.

Health is the first and most important need of a person, which determines his ability to work and ensures the harmonious development of the personality. It is the most important prerequisite for knowing the world around him, for self-affirmation and happiness of a person. Active long life is an important component of the human factor. According to the definition of the World Health Organization (WHO): "Health is a state of physical, spiritual and social well-being, and not only the absence of diseases and physical defects."

A healthy lifestyle (HLS) is a lifestyle based on the principles of morality, rationally organized, active, labor-intensive, which tempers and, at the same time, protects against adverse environmental influences, which allows maintaining moral, mental and physical health until old age.

The sphere of combat horting performs many functions in society and covers all age groups of the population. The multifunctional nature of the sphere of combat horting is manifested in the fact that the physical culture of a combat horting athlete is the development of physical, aesthetic and moral qualities of the human personality, the organization of socially useful activities, leisure, disease prevention, education, physical and psycho-emotional recreation and rehabilitation, communication, etc.

The physical culture of an athlete engaged in combat horting, being one of the facets of the general culture of a person, the foundation of his healthy lifestyle, largely determines the behavior of a person in education, at work, in everyday life, in communication, contributes to the solution of socio-economic, educational and health-improving tasks. Concern for the development of combat horting in Ukraine is the most important component of the state's social policy, ensuring the implementation of humanistic ideals, values and norms that open up a wide scope for revealing people's abilities, satisfying their interests and needs, and activating the human factor.

Forms and types of physical education for combat horting athletes

The existence of a person, where material and spiritual possession of the world is combined, is expressed in the culture of life. The culture of life can be defined as a way of conscious organization by a person of his life activity, which ensures its comprehensive and harmonious development in the interests of society. Physical culture, the means, methods and forms of which contribute to the strengthening of health and working capacity of a person, preparation for active labor activity, occupies an important place in the system of values of every effective qualified combat horting athlete.

The physical culture of a combat horting athlete is a set of material and spiritual values that are created and used for the physical improvement of the athlete. It is part of the general culture of the combat horting club, sports federation and the whole society.

Physical culture contributes to the development in a person, along with physical strength, health and good posture, such character traits as physical fitness, toughness, a sense of honor in competition, combat horting and work, speed, determination and caution, tolerance, sociability, courage, dynamism, honesty, willpower.
Therefore, physical education of children and youth in Ukraine is an integral part of the education system, an important component of their humanitarian education, the formation of patriotic feelings, physical and moral health, and the improvement of physical and psychological readiness for active life and activity.

Nature as a source of human physical development and its hardening

The holistic system of human physical education has long been based on hardening and preparing the body for the difficult trials of fate. A person can develop and live normally only when his actions resonate with the laws established by the nature surrounding us.

Our ancestors slept in the summer simply under the cover of the starry sky, with imagination and thought they tried to penetrate the secrets of the Universe. Imitation of the great forces of the Universe constantly accompanies a person throughout his life. Elements of martial arts formed the basis of combat horting, which expresses the tension of spiritual and physical forces, the urge to live, offensiveness and the triumph of victory, which requires flexibility of all parts of the body and lightning-fast reaction.

Hardening procedures

Hardening has a thousand-year history. Even in the papyri of Ancient Egypt there were instructions that it was possible to improve health with air or water procedures. In Sparta, young men walked barefoot for most of the year, without headgear, which formed endurance, resistance to trials. In Ancient Greece, hardening became widespread in connection with Hippocrates' calls for improvement.

Hardening procedures are the inclusion of a person in the healing effects of nature. For hardening, air, sun, water are used. The main procedures: air and sun baths, rubbing, pouring, showering, bathing.

During the cold hardening procedure, the skin's thermoreceptors are stimulated, from which nerve fibers instantly send signals to the central nervous system. Corresponding commands are generated aimed at heat production and heat dissipation.

Heat production occurs as a result of blood outflow to the internal organs and causes a feeling of chills. At the same time, metabolic processes and heat production in the body are activated, which leads to vasodilation and redness of the skin. As a result of repeated repetition of the procedure, the body's resistance to the effects of low temperatures increases, and the body's protective reactions are trained.

A positive result of hardening is possible if the following conditions are met:

regular hardening throughout the year, taking into account climate and weather;

use of several individually selected procedures;

the duration of the procedures and the strength of their effect vary depending on the state of health and individual characteristics of the athlete.

If there are signs of the disease, hardening should be postponed until complete recovery.

Forms of improving the health of combat horting athletes through physical education
The main organizational form of physical education of combat horting athletes is a training session (can be held in the form of a lesson), which has a scientifically sound structure and is conducted by physical education specialists in accordance with educational programs, providing children and youth with a basic amount of physical education knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to classes, extracurricular forms are widely used: classes in sports sections, in general physical training groups, therapeutic physical culture, etc.

Important forms of physical education of children and youth are classes in sports schools, clubs for interests, as well as independent physical exercises. In the life of every person, you can always find a place for physical exercises.

Walking is the most accessible type of physical exercise. Physical load when walking is dosed by the speed of movement and the path traveled. You can start walking with 1–2 km and, adding 250–500 m per day, bring it to 10 km or more. During long-term walking, the skills of correct posture are consolidated, breathing should be free and rhythmic.

Running is carried out at the end of the lesson, starting from 2 minutes. With systematic training, the duration of running is increased by 1–2 minutes. Over the week, it can be gradually increased to 10 minutes. For recovery, it is better to increase the running time than the speed.

Bathing and swimming are among the most useful hardening procedures. Mechanical irritation of the nerve endings of the skin and muscles, which occurs during swimming, is a kind of massage. Swimming activates metabolism, develops muscles and the cardiovascular system. The duration of swimming in the first days is 2–5 minutes, gradually the time spent in the water increases to 20–30 minutes. Swimming should start with a distance of 10–50 m, gradually increasing to 100–500 m and more. Hypothermia and fatigue should be avoided.

Cross-country skiing is the most popular form of winter recreation, associated with significant energy expenditure by the body. The speed of movement is 4–10 km/h, the pace is from 60 to 115 steps per minute. The duration of the first walks is no more than 1–2 hours, gradually increasing it to 3–4 hours.

Sports and motor games. Playing rugby with elements of combat horting, badminton, "ball in a circle", "golf" and other games provide physical activity, positive emotions, which increases vitality, efficiency, and switches attention. When performing various physical exercises, muscles work, metabolism improves, which creates favorable conditions for brain activity.

In the absence of movement, blood circulation is slowed down, waste products are released from the brain, and metabolism in the lungs is suppressed, which reduces the human body's immunity and resistance to the development of bacteria and microorganisms. Therefore, the benefits of even 10-minute physical education breaks, various types of motor exercises return a person to a normal state.

Physical education is necessary for a person at different periods of life. In school and university age, when full neuromuscular coordination is still being restored, physical education is necessary for the harmonious development of the personality. In an elderly person, whose body has already formed, the processes of ossification and sclerosis of the joints slowly occur. There is a need for a kind of supporting physical exercises taking into account age-related characteristics.

For the elderly, physical education is a means of combating the changes that old age brings with it. Therefore, the physical culture of the individual, which is promoted by the combat horting system, should be massive in the fight for human health, its creative activity and longevity.
