The main content of tactical training for a horting athlete

The following main areas are highlighted in the tactical training of a combat horting athlete:
study of the basic theoretical and methodological principles of combat horting tactics;
mastering the basic elements, techniques and variants of tactical actions;
improving tactical thinking;
studying the information necessary for the practical implementation of tactical preparedness;
practical implementation of the tactical preparedness of a combat horting athlete.

Tactical training of a combat horting athlete in each of these areas has its own specifics, which is reflected in the tasks, means and methods. However, in all cases, the direct dependence of the athlete's tactics on the level of his technical preparedness, the development of the most important motor qualities - speed and strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, functional capabilities of the most important systems of the body, the level of psychological preparedness is taken into account.

The tasks of the basic special strategic and tactical training of a combat horting athlete include many important components of the vision of the fight. At this stage, two groups of tasks are solved: basic and additional. When consolidating and improving basic tactical actions, methodological approaches to studying one movement are used, that is, its tasks are consistently put forward and solved.

The main attention is paid to the methods of pedagogical observation and further analysis of basic tactical actions, which will be widely used by combat horting athletes in the further development and application of tactical action skills, as well as in consolidating and improving methods of attacking combat construction.

The stage of forming tactical action skills. The main focus of the training process is determined by the fact that the tactical actions of a combat horting athlete are certain movements of the basic technique. When solving the main task of this stage, the methodology of familiarization with the combat horting technique, the formation of motor skills and the formation of motor skills should be consistently applied.

For each tactical idea, it is necessary to select the optimal number of training steps and actively use the pedagogical influences of all levels of cognition. In the process of training, not all tactical actions are brought to the level of motor skills. The coach must determine which of them only need to be introduced to combat horting athletes, which ones to be brought to the level of motor skills, and which ones need to be brought to the level of motor skills. At the level of motor skills, there will be a limited number of tactical actions, at the level of motor skills their number will increase significantly, and at the level of familiarization there will be much more of them.

Formation of skills for implementing tactical settings. The solution of this tactical task is associated with the formation of various behavioral skills in separate segments of the combat horting battle. Previously mastered basic and other tactical actions, the ability to build attacking actions will contribute to the formation of such tactical attitudes as: reconnaissance, conquest, building and maintaining an advantage over the opponent, pursuing the opponent, losing the planned attack, waiting, restoring strength, demonstrating activity, the dynamics of using technical and tactical actions during the fight. Each coach must independently identify basic tactical attitudes and, first of all, teach athletes to implement them in fights.

Formation of skills for organizing one's own martial arts. Organizing one's martial arts in a fight means planning it in advance and implementing one's specific tactical plan for the fight. There are significant differences in the features of planning a fight by masters of combat horting of different classes. Thus, middle-level athletes prefer to organize their own martial arts and form their own arsenal of techniques, high-class athletes choose to disorganize the opponent's usual confrontation and interact with the opponent for the final victory.

The solution of this task leads to the fact that combat horting athletes learn to rationally distribute technical and tactical actions, as well as their own forces in a fight. Such tactics are focused, first of all, on the economical expenditure of energy, in order to survive without losing, and only secondarily - to win.

Consolidation of an individual style of using elements of combat horting techniques. The solution of this task is carried out in the process of constant observations of the training and competitive activities of combat horting athletes with minimal intervention by the coach. The process of formation should be natural, which excludes unnecessary care, contributing to the independent selection of elements of the technique, but also not be completely uncontrolled, which still includes a certain consideration of individual characteristics.
The combat horting trainer must monitor the compliance of the style chosen by the athlete with the individual characteristics of the opponent, so that there are no discrepancies between the physique, coordination abilities, possibilities in the manifestation of power, endurance and flexibility, on the one hand, and the independently chosen style of applying the elements of technique and tactics, on the other. This approach stimulates the athlete to further improve the elements of technique and tactics, which began to be effectively and efficiently carried out during the fights.

The structure of the process of learning tactical actions should be focused on familiarization, consolidation and improvement of skills in performing techniques. However, in a combat horting fight there are no isolated actions that begin without obstacles from the starting positions. Figuratively speaking, combat horting athletes compete with techniques and tactics that combine individual movements into one.

In this regard, the structure of the training process should include not only schemes for studying receptions as single actions, but also combinations of preparatory and directly attacking actions, as separate parts that are part of a real fight. This makes it necessary to introduce into the training process such training tasks that would play out situations regarding overcoming defensive actions and their use, implementing attacking actions against the background of the opponent's pressure, and developing skills for conducting a fight in unusual conditions of its beginning and continuation.
