Practical implementation of tactical preparedness of horting athletes

The practical implementation of the tactical preparedness of combat horting athletes is a synthesizing direction of the tactical training process, which involves solving the following tasks:

creating a holistic idea of the fight;

forming an individual style of competitive fighting;

implementing tactical decisions taking into account the characteristics of the opponent, environment, refereeing, competitive situation, etc.

A holistic idea of the fight is created in the process of educational and training work, participation in competitions, accumulation of tactical experience, acquisition of special knowledge.

Important components of a holistic idea of the combat horting fight are:

the athlete's awareness of his own technical and tactical equipment, the characteristics of his individual manner, the advantages and disadvantages of training;

understanding the relationship between preparatory actions and the main means of conducting competitive fighting;

understanding the nature of the initiative in the fight, the place and importance of such tactical elements as surprise, maneuver, timeliness, etc.;

understanding the need for endurance and reasonable risk, knowledge of behavior options at different moments of the fight, the ability to warm up and regulate the mental state;

mastering the ability to counteract opponents of different styles and strength;

a clear idea of the goals of training, participation in individual competitions, in a separate fight, the possibility and reality of achieving the set goal and individual training and competition tasks.

Formation of an individual style of competitive fighting. The practical implementation of the tactical preparedness of a combat horting athlete involves the formation of an individual style of fighting. The style of fighting tactical fighting should include the general trends of combat horting tactics, take into account the strongest individual characteristics of the athlete himself, as well as his characteristic shortcomings. Of great importance in preparing for the competition is the correct selection of sparring partners in training and control fights.

Preparing for a competition, a combat horting athlete checks the effectiveness of his combat arsenal, and if during training, especially in control fights, a partner easily destroys all his attacks, the athlete has doubts about the effectiveness of his techniques in competitions. And this very often happens during preparatory training.

During joint training, combat horting athletes study their sparring partners so well that by the end of the training, despite all their efforts, they cannot properly perform a single technique. Therefore, it can be recommended to conduct one or two training sessions shortly before the start of the competition with athletes from a friendly sports section, combat horting club, who will not take part in future competitions, or to provide an opportunity to conduct training fights with opponents of lower weight or with less well-trained athletes.

When preparing for a competition, it is necessary to test and prepare new variants of techniques, methods of their preparation or combinations. They need to be tested in fights with experienced athletes, but, of course, not on opponents who will have to face in future competitions.

Implementing tactical decisions taking into account the characteristics of the opponent

A combat horting athlete who expects a high result in competitions carefully studies his future opponents, observing their meetings with other athletes, and prepares in advance for a meeting with them. It is necessary to know the most characteristic stance of the opponent, his favorite holds, the techniques that he uses in a fight, and the methods of preparing the techniques, as well as his strength, endurance and basic style of fighting in the stance and on the ground.
Together with the coach, it is necessary to discuss the most appropriate plan for conducting a fight with a particular opponent, select attack and defense techniques and learn them during training. It is possible to recommend conducting a fight with sparring partners whose fighting style resembles future opponents.

With such a huge amount of technical actions in combat horting fights, the use of which, one way or another, is possible according to the rules of the competition, the ability to intelligently and timely combine the use of strikes and throws, painful techniques and finishing moves comes to the fore, and operational tactical thinking and individual technical and tactical training of combat horting athletes are of great importance.

Undoubtedly, differences in the technique of opponents' techniques leave their mark on the content of the technical arsenal of each fight. The use of finishing kicks of a lying opponent with full contact is permitted by the rules only to the torso, but it is an effective means of achieving victory and occupies an important place in the training of athletes. Holding an opponent on the shoulder blades does not give victory in combat horting, but only adds points for this. For holding, you can get a higher score - 2 points, and blows do not bring points, except for a knockdown.

The essence of all technical and tactical training of combat horting athletes is to form the ability to conduct a fight on the basis of a balanced definition of the strategy for conducting a fight with different opponents, quick assessment of the combat situation, making the right decision and implementing them to achieve victory. In general, the tactical skill of a combat horting athlete is based on a rich reserve of special knowledge, skills and abilities that allow you to accurately execute a previously drawn up fight plan, and in the event of expected or unforeseen deviations, quickly assess the dynamic situation and find the most effective solution.
