The analysis of combat horting tactics should be based on the study of its psychological aspects and reveal the process of upbringing and training of a combat horting athlete, that is, the process of direct pedagogical practice of the coach. First of all, it is necessary to clarify the general orientation of the mental processes of a combat horting athlete, which is determined by the conditions of sports wrestling on horting and the nature of the difficulties that the athlete overcomes during this struggle.
Psychological features of sports wrestling in combat horting.
The conditions of sports wrestling on horting, constantly acting on the psyche of an athlete in a fight, are as follows:
overcoming the direct active resistance of the opponent;
the threat of receiving a blow;
a small distance between athletes, which causes the need to act in extremely short intervals of time;
high pace of the fight;
high physical exertion;
the acutely emotional nature of the combat horting competition in general.
In combat horting, the athlete's tactical actions are to a certain extent aimed directly at physically and morally suppressing the opponent's resistance, mainly by means of accurate and quick strikes, performing convenient holds, throwing and continuing the fight on the ground. In horting, there is an intense competition between two opponents, each of whom has a certain character, temperament and a number of various mental qualities.
Each of the combat horting athletes has his own plan of action and, having deciphered the opponent's intentions and assessed his physical and mental characteristics, seeks to effectively use his technique, his physical and mental qualities in order to suppress the opponent's will, overcome his resistance and win the fight.
In order to achieve success and victory in the fight, the combat horting athlete mobilizes his physical and mental forces to the maximum, which are manifested in a wide variety of actions. The dependence of tactics on the athlete's psychological preparedness is undeniable. The choice of tactics for conducting a particular fight depends on the individual psychological characteristics of the combat horting athlete.
For example, for a choleric athlete, the most acceptable tactic is the attack tactic, the goal of the fight is to score the maximum number of points through a large number of techniques and further maintain the advantage; waiting tactics are unacceptable.
For a sanguine - the tactic of attack and counterattack, exhausting the opponent with deceptive techniques, changing the distance, as well as a large number of movements; uniform conduct of the entire fight.
For a phlegmatic - the tactic of defense and counterattack, a small number of accurate strikes, a large number of accurate techniques in defense, scoring points in the fight against the background of the opponent's fatigue. Of course, depending on the external conditions of the fight, the tactic may change.
For a melancholic, the tactics of conducting the fight can be very well thought out, because each technical motor act of the fight has been subjected to maximum analysis. Such athletes, acting actively and at a high pace, create a large number of combat positions that are constantly changing, and changing in very short periods of time.
