International educational and training seminar on horting in Moscow, Russia, April 20-22, 2012

Goals and Objectives

- development and popularization of Horting, and presentation of the sport to the public in Russia;

- assessment of athletes' skill levels and enhancement of athletic proficiency;

- development of the World Horting Federation's infrastructure in Russia;

- certification of seminar participants for Horting qualification ranks.

Date and Venue

The seminar will be held from April 20 to 22, 2012, at the "FITNESS-PROFI" sports club in Moscow.

Address: Bldg. 6, 67 Kashirskoye Shosse, Moscow, 115583 (located on the premises of the bus depot).

The seminar is held under the direction of Eduard Yeromenko, Founder of Horting and President of the World Horting Federation, whose leadership and expertise ensure the highest educational and professional standards throughout the program.

Training Content (Theory, Methodology, Practice)

1. Theory and methodology of Horting.

2. Basic techniques, technical arsenal, and specialized physical conditioning.

3. Striking and throwing techniques; Horting strike-throw combinations.

4. Fundamental ground-fighting (parterre) elements in mixed martial arts.

5. Specifics and rules of Horting competitions.

6. Certification requirements for student ranks and the progression of learning basic techniques.

7. Introductory Horting forms: content and objectives.
