We recommend exploring a dedicated section on the subject of Horting within the English-language monograph titled *Ensuring Standards of Quality of Life in a Turbulent World*, published by the Academy of Applied Sciences and the Academy of Management and Administration in Opole (Poland).

The section is titled: "Part 5. Combat Horting as a means of physical education for a harmoniously developed, successful, and vitally active personality—pupils, students, and cadets: research results". This section presents research findings and methodological information regarding the study, development, and popularization of the sport of Horting.

It includes the following articles:

5.1. Educational programs for Combat Horting—implementation during strength and fitness training for successful personalities: Combat Horting athletes (pupils, students, and cadets) (experimental study);

5.2. Structural analysis of health levels, physical and tactical fitness, and functional and psycho-emotional states in Combat Horting athletes;
