World Horting Championship - 2015 among youth (boys and girls), juniors (boys and girls), men and women in sections “Fighting”, “Form” and “Fight-Show”
Objectives
The competition will take place in accordance with the calendar plan of the World Horting Federation for the year 2015 with the following objectives:
    • development and popularization of sports, improvement of recognition of Horting worldwide;
    • improvement of sports achievements and mastering of the participants;
    • development of sports-methodology and establishment of new connections between sports organizations;
    • determination of the strongest Horting sportsmen in the world;
    • strengthening of friendship between the participants.
 Time and location of the Championship
September 24-27, 2015, Poland, Kędzierzyn-Koźle, 1A Mostowa street, sport complex “AZOTY”.
Transfers from the airports and railway stations:
    • from the International Warsaw Chopin Airport by bus to the central railway station of Worsaw, then by train to the station Kędzierzyn-Koźle. Distance 300 km;
    • from the International Wrocław–Copernicus Airport by bus to the central railway station of Wrocław, then by train to the station Kędzierzyn-Koźle. Distance 141 km;
    • from the John Paul II International Airport Kraków–Balice  by bus to the central railway station of Krakow, then by train to the station Kędzierzyn-Koźle. Distance 127 km;
    • from the International Airport Katowice-Pyrzowice by bus to the central railway station of Katowice, then by train to the station Kędzierzyn-Koźle. Distance 87 km;
    • after arrival to the station Kędzierzyn-Koźle bus No.1 goes both to the hotel “Centralny” and to the sport complex “AZOTY”; 
    • national team of Ukraine is leaving at 14.00 on September 24, 2015 from the railway station of Lviv by charter buses.

15:00­­­ – 18:00 – Registration of the teams, weigh-in of the participants, registration of referees (Conference hall of the Hotel);

19:00­­­ – 20:00 – Official drawing procedure with participation of the teams’ representatives (Conference hall of the Hotel);

08:30 - 09:00 – preparing of the Hort (mat), equipment, referees’ meeting;
09:00 – Opening of the Championship;
09:00 - 11:00 – Preliminary demonstrations in the section “Fighting”;
11:00 – competition in the section “Fight-Show” and “Form”;
15:00 - 15:30 – Intermission;
15:30 - 18:30 – semifinal tournaments;
19:00 - 20:30 – final tournaments, forms and show performances;
20:30 - 21:00 – Awarding of the winners.

Requirements to the participants and conditions of their admission
Conditions for admission of the participants and organizations to the competition:
All martial arts organisations of the world and their teams that recognize valid International rules of Horting are allowed for participation in the competitions;
Every participants should provide the following documents to the Mandate Commission:
    • National or international passport;
    • Document confirming sport and style qualification of the participant (certificate of a Rank in Horting, issued by an official organization should contain corresponding requisites, stamps and signatures);
    • Certificate of insurance (original);
    • Permission of the doctor for participation in competitions, properly filled in the application form of a team;
    • Acknowledgment of the participant.
 
Age of the participants should be:
For youth (boys and girls) – 14 years,
For juniors (boys and girls) – 16 years
For men and women – 18 years.
Juniors 16-17 years old, who passed qualification tournament, allowed to participate in the sections “Fight-Show” (in pairs or team) and “Form” for men and women.
The participant shall compete in the sport uniform using a protection equipment according to the “International rules for Horting tournaments”.
Section “Fighting”
The Championship shall be carried out in accordance with the International rules for Horting tournaments approved by the International Horting Federation on 21st of July 2009 as per Protocol No.2 of the Executive Committee dated 21.07.2009. The section “Fighting” shall be divided onto the weight categories.


Preparing of the premise for competition
The owners of the promises shall prepare the training and competition facilities.
Monitoring of the training and competition facilities preparations as well as safety conditions during the tournament is laid onto the Working Committee, which should be created by the World Championship Organization Committee and approved by the official representative of the International Horting Federation. Owner of the premises shall submit to the Working Committee a report of readiness for carrying out the Championship minimum in 4 hours before starting the tournament. Unfulfillment of this requirement that may lead to unexpected force majeur circumstances during the course of the tournament is a subject for bearing the responsibility.
Medical assistance 
For provision of a medical assistance qualified medical staff shall be present during the tournament. The doctor of sports medicine must be present during the competitions at all levels. Doctor of the Championship is included to the Jury with the Rights of the Chief Referee. All its decisions within the competence are obligatory for participants, referees and organizers of the tournament. The doctor shall provide a Program of medical assistance provision to the Organizing Committee or the Jury and the Report of medical assistance at the end of the competition.
 
Application forms
In order to receive visas and invitations it is necessary to provide the following information about the sportsmen, referees, coaches and accompanying persons that will take part in the Championship:
- Last name, First name, Second name, contact phone number of a sportsman;
- Date of birth;
- Country and city that will be represented by the sportsman;
- Home address;
- Photocopy of the national and international passport (Sportsmen younger than 16 years old should submit the birth certificate);
- Tax number (identification code) (photocopy);
- Section of the tournament for participation, age and weight category.

Preliminary application forms should be sent not later than three days before the tournament (before 21st of September 2015 - Wednesday) to the following e-mails:

Preliminary application forms should contain the following information: Full name, date of birth, country, section of the Championship, weight, sports rank, the best result of the previous year.
Nominal application form for participation in the Championship should be handed over to the Mandate Commission on the day of the participants’ arrival.
 
The application form should be attached with the Identification document copy, date of birth and the insurance policy for injures.
Only those teams and sportsmen who confirmed their taking part in the tournament to the Mandate Commission within the indicated terms for preliminary application forms are allowed for participation.
The application forms should be submitted in printed version and should be signed and stamped by the Head of the organisation that sends the team to the tournament. Preliminary applications are sent by e-mail. Number of allowed participants is indicated in the application form in words and approved by the signature of a doctor and stamp.

Original application form together with the other indicated copies of the documents should be handed over by the official representative of the team to the Mandate Commission of the World Horting Championship.

 The Horting World Championship took place at a magnificent sports complex in the city of Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Poland. The Polish athletes hosting the event treated the tournament guests with great courtesy and friendliness.
 
City officials, including the mayor, attended the opening ceremony and the awards presentation, noting the high level of preparation demonstrated by the participants. The event organizers provided excellent hotel accommodations and meal
s, as well as transportation between the lodging and the sports complex where the matches took place. Teams from various countries—including Poland, Ukraine, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Slovakia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Hungary, Bulgaria, and Germany—along with the panel of judges, demonstrated great dedication and conducted themselves with distinction. The venue was filled with local residents and supporters of the participating teams. Coaches were able to assess the athletes' level of preparation and outline future training plans. Concurrently, the event attracted representatives of Horting from other countries who expressed a desire to represent the World Horting Federation in their home nations and participate in high-level international competitions organized by the Federation around the world.
