Mukhin Oleksandr Anatoliyovych, born on September 1, 1998. Received the state sports title of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine "MASTER OF SPORTS OF UKRAINE IN HORTING" for winning the National Championship of Ukraine in horting among men and women in the weight category of 60-65 kg, which was held on March 17-18, 2018. At the Ukrainian Championship, Oleksandr represented the Voluntary Sports Society "Dynamo", since at that time he was a cadet of the Faculty of Training, Retraining and Advanced Training of Tax Police Employees of the University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. After completing his studies and receiving the officer rank of Lieutenant of Tax Police, he remained at the faculty as a Lecturer and instructor in horting. He trained cadets of the faculty on the basis of the sports hall, which was located in the faculty premises.
