An international horting seminar for coaches and judges took place from March 10 to 12! The seminar was chaired by the Director of the European Horting Federation - Muhsin Türk. More than 130 trainers and judges from Turkey, Germany, the Netherlands, Iran, Pakistan, Armenia and Romania took part in the seminar. theoretical, practical and training sessions were held for three days. Congratulations to the new members of the World Horting Federation!
Practical Horting Seminar Held in Manavgat, Turkey
From September 17 to 19, a practical seminar on Horting was successfully conducted in Manavgat, Turkey, bringing together specialists, coaches, and representatives of the international Horting community.
The seminar was held under the leadership of the First Vice-President of the World Horting Federation, Mr. Stanislav Fedorov, who presented key methodological approaches to the development of Horting, modern training principles, and practical aspects of coaching and athlete preparation. The program included technical training sessions, demonstration practices, and discussions focused on improving the quality and international standardization of Horting training systems.
Participants had the opportunity to exchange experience, strengthen professional ties, and explore new directions for the development of Horting in Turkey and the broader European region. Special attention was given to organizational structures, coaching education, and the promotion of Horting as an effective system of physical education, self-defense, and character development.
At the conclusion of the seminar, the participants discussed future prospects for cooperation between the World Horting Federation and Turkish sports representatives. Among the key topics was the possibility of establishing an official representative office of the World Horting Federation in Turkey, which would contribute to the further expansion and institutional development of Horting in the country.
In the framework of these discussions, it was also noted that Mr. Muhsin Turk is being considered as a candidate for the position of President of the Turkish Horting Federation, which is expected to be reviewed at the upcoming meeting of the Executive Committee. This step is seen as an important milestone in strengthening the organizational structure and leadership of Horting in Turkey.
The seminar concluded in a positive and constructive atmosphere, emphasizing mutual respect, shared goals, and a strong commitment to long-term cooperation. All participants expressed confidence that continued collaboration between the World Horting Federation and Turkish partners will lead to significant progress in the development and international recognition of Horting.

Official Visit of the Turkish Horting Federation Delegation to Ukraine

From February 2 to February 7, the delegation of the Turkish Horting Federation conducted an official visit to Ukraine, aimed at strengthening international cooperation and expanding the development of Horting in Europe.

During the visit, Mr. Stanislav Fedorov, First Vice-President of the World Horting Federation, and Mr. Muhsin Turk, Executive Director of the European Horting Federation, held a series of high-level and strategically important meetings with Ukrainian government officials, sports authorities, and representatives of national sports organizations.

In preparation for the upcoming 5th European Horting Championship, scheduled to take place on March 24–27, 2022 in Bucha, Ukraine, the leadership of the World Horting Federation met with the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Mr. Matvii Bidnyi, as well as the Mayor of Bucha, Mr. Anatolii Fedoruk. These meetings focused on organizational support, international cooperation, and the promotion of Horting as a modern and rapidly developing sport in Ukraine and abroad.

Equally important were the meetings with the leadership of the Ukrainian sports community, including Mr. Ilya Shevlyak, Head of the Sports Committee of Ukraine, and Mr. Igor Malynskyi, Head of the National Olympic Committee branch in the Kyiv region. During these discussions, key aspects of sports development, athlete preparation, and international collaboration in martial arts were addressed.

As part of the official program, the delegation also visited the main venue of the upcoming championship — the Sports Complex “Academy of Sport” — where competition infrastructure, organizational arrangements, and logistical readiness were thoroughly reviewed. Additionally, the delegation became acquainted with the facilities of the National University of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, a strategic partner of the World Horting Federation and an important center for sports education and athlete development.

Throughout the five-day visit, all members of the delegation participated in an international certification seminar for Horting coaches and referees, successfully completing the program and receiving соответствующие международные сертификаты. This training contributed to strengthening professional standards and improving the quality of coaching and refereeing within the international Horting community.

The visit marked an important step in consolidating international cooperation and further developing institutional partnerships between Ukraine, Turkey, and the broader European Horting movement.
