Initiative to Establish the European Horting Federation
Vitalii Plekhanov, Branch Director and Official Representative of the World Horting Federation in the Republic of Poland, has initiated the formation of an international working group dedicated to the establishment of the European Horting Federation (EHF).
The initiative includes the creation of a professional coaching and organizational committee, the preparation of the necessary constitutional and legal documentation, and the official registration of the European Horting Federation as the first continental governing body for the sport of horting in Europe.

The European Horting Federation is envisioned as the official continental organization responsible for coordinating and promoting the development of horting throughout European countries. Its primary mission will be to strengthen cooperation among national horting federations, establish unified organizational and technical standards, and support the continued growth of horting across the continent.
Following its official registration, the European Horting Federation will be responsible for organizing and sanctioning major continental sporting and educational events, including:

The establishment of the European Horting Federation represents an important milestone in the international development strategy of the World Horting Federation. The organization will serve as the principal coordinating body for all European member federations, official representatives, clubs, and affiliated organizations while ensuring high standards of governance, fair competition, coach education, referee development, and international cooperation.
This initiative marks a significant step toward strengthening the organizational structure of horting worldwide and expanding opportunities for athletes, coaches, officials, and sports organizations across Europe.
Leadership and Professional Qualifications of Vitalii Plekhanov
Vitalii Plekhanov possesses extensive international experience in the organization and management of major horting events. Throughout his years of service within the World Horting Federation, he has successfully contributed to the planning and delivery of World Horting Championships, World Cups, European Championships, European Cups, and numerous prestigious Category A international horting tournaments conducted in accordance with international competition standards.
Mr. Plekhanov holds a higher education degree in physical education and sport and earned a Master's Degree in Physical Culture and Sports. His academic background is complemented by many years of practical coaching, organizational, and administrative experience in the field of martial arts and international sports management.
He is an International Category Horting Referee, qualified to officiate official international competitions at the highest level. During his athletic career, he actively competed in various full-contact martial arts disciplines, gaining valuable competitive experience that continues to contribute to his professional work as a sports official and organizer.
Since the earliest stages of horting's development, Vitalii Plekhanov has been actively involved in the growth of the sport. He has regularly participated in international seminars, instructor education programs, coaching camps, technical workshops, and qualification examinations organized by the World Horting Federation. Throughout his professional development, he completed numerous technical training and certification programs under the direct guidance of Dr. Eduard Yeromenko, Founder of Horting and President of the World Horting Federation, whom he respectfully recognizes as his mentor and teacher.
In recognition of his long-standing dedication to the development of horting and international sport, Mr. Plekhanov has received numerous honors and distinctions from the World Horting Federation as well as prestigious governmental awards presented by Ministries of Youth and Sports and other public authorities in several countries for his contributions to physical education, international sports cooperation, and the promotion of martial arts.
The sports community of the Republic of Poland has expressed strong support for the establishment and official registration of the European Horting Federation, recognizing its importance for the future development of horting throughout Europe. The proposed headquarters of the Federation will be located in Gliwice, Republic of Poland, where it is expected to become the principal continental governing body coordinating the activities of national federations and official representatives across Europe.
